We booked 2 rooms, the AC was horrible in both, the fridge wasn’t clean in one of the rooms when we checked in, the other room was really small it had no chairs no storage shelves or anything even though the room was for 4! And the worst of the worst was the housekeeping, they didn’t change the bedsheets during our stay, towels were so smelly, overall we didn’t like the place at all.

ลำบาก ทางเดินเข้าล็อบบี้ ต้องเดินขึ้นบันไดหลายก้าวมากๆ น่าจะเกิน 20 ขั้น คือเดินขึ้นบันไดจากชั้น 1 ไป ชั้น 2 เพราะล็อบบี้ตั้งอยู่ชั้น 2 และที่ชั้น 1 ก็ไม่มีลิฟต์ให้ขึ้น บันไดเท่านั้น ไม่สะดวก ถ้ามีกระเป๋าเดินทาง ก็ต้องยกขึ้นบันไดไป ตรงทางขึ้นมีทางลาดเล็กมากสำหรับลากกระเป๋าขึ้น และทางลาดนี้ก็ใช้งานไม่ค่อยได้จริง ลองลากแล้วลำบากมาก สุดท้ายต้องยกขึ้นบันไดเอา ห้องน้ำไม่ดี อาบน้ำแล้วมีน้ำขังนองเยอะมาก แทบจะล้นออกไปข้างนอก ที่จอดรถไกล ไม่แนะนำอย่างมาก

Reviewed May 25, 2026As others have said, room layout is unusual but not a problem. I didn't have any problems with anything. A bit of a seaview from the 5th floor. A quiet and clean room and the location is nice.
They will not consider later check out but they would keep your luggage. Would benefit from a movie channel as the weather could be erratic. But there were some English speaking channels.

Reviewed May 17, 2026It was a great location. Walking distance to beach. Everything was clean. I was in a shared room. The other guests were quite and respectful. There was a free water-filling machine in the lobby that was cool.
I don't really have much to complain about. I was happy overall. I was only there for 2 nights. If I have to make one complaint I would say that I was confused by the the laundry machine said that said 10 baht for 10 minutes but actually needed 40 or 50 baht to start so I waisted 20 baht trying to start it when I didn't have enough change with me.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Hôtel très bien situé. Adapté aux voyageurs de passage pour 2 à 3 jours. Petit déjeuner dans l’Hôtel voisin parfait.
Les équipements peuvent être vétuste. Nous avons notamment eux des problemes de prise électrique, la laverie en panne, et des baies vitrés qui ont parfois du mal à fermé. Situé dans un quartier très animé, il y a un peu de bruit la nuit mais ça reste correcte.

Les lits superposés était relativement confortables et spacieux. Grande douche. Parfait pour une nuit. Nous n avons pas eu l occasion de tester la piscine. Je recommande

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026The pool and gym use at the neighbour hotel is a real bonus as it’s so hot during the day to go out and enjoy. Dorm rooms are big and you get a locker, it’s a good space to reorganise your bag without feeling cramped. You can get thin towels from reception for the pool. There is drinking water station so you don’t need to buy water (mega plus, as haven’t seen any chargeable refill machines around).
You need to use your key to get electric in the room, but when in a shared dorm, the person who’s key is in the space may leave before you/while you sleep, so it’s not ideal to wake up to no air conditioning. The housekeeping come in and empty bins each day, but they do not clean the areas. The sink in my room had someone’s facial hair (shaved) in it for a couple days before I cleaned it 🤢 There is a washing machine here, but no dryer. The dryer was broken and only found this out when I had washed my clothes and was looking for the dryer 😅 outside laundry places are weigh per kg, but Palace Hotel does have self-service laundry nearby.

Eigentlich fast Nix. Wir hatten ein Bett extra bestellen müssen. Der Aufpreis dafür für 5 Tage war schon unverschämt. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig. Schaltete sich mehrfach ab und das auf der Sonnenseite. Servicepersonal war ehr „naja“ habe Getränke vergessen aufzufüllen, nicht richtig gereinigt und Handtücher des öfteren nicht gewechselt oder sogar vergessen. Der kühlste Raum war der Empfang. Die Leute dort saßen mehr am Handy und spielten damit oder schauten TV. Durch den Iran-Krieg mussten wir einen Tag früher abreisen. Keine Kulanz für frühzeitige Abreise. Klar können die nix dafür, aber das Extra Bett, welches ich erst im Nachhinein bestellt hatte, dafür hätten sie wenigstens einen Teil erstatten können. Schade eigentlich. Reviewed Apr 1, 2026The pool is the resort next to the hotel which is a very nice pool. Close to everything, shops, beach, restaurants. Great location. Has a microwave and a water filter on site so you don’t have to buy water.
A bit old and surface materials were chipping. But for a few days stay (in private room) I’d do it again.

Harde madrasser var ikke veldig gode. Noe dårlig renhold da enkelte puter og sengetøy hadde noen små flekker som ikke var så fine. Men de harde madrassene gjør så scoren blir det den blir. En liten ting var at det var en dør som sto og pep høyt gjennom første natten. Jeg sto opp og gikk til resepsjon (i nabo hotell da det var ingen i resepsjonen her) han ble med og så på det men fikk ikke gjort noe så det var en irriterende pipe lyd hele natten.

The water pressure was awful. We had to wait a long time for a decent shower and even then it wasn’t enough.
