Not value for money. Secondly we had already booked the property, however we had to wait for Atleast 30 minutes at the property just for the staff confirm the booking

Rooms and bathroom were not maintained properly. Beds and pillows were mold formed. Not worth of money to stay with family

Location is quite good. Have good view from properties. My staff is too much worst. It will vanish your total mood to trip. Manager tell us it was your responsibility to check room first before paying amount. He is tell ‘ I know how to fight. And also I am not responsible about smell coming in room. If you do not like this property move on to next and amount will not refundable’.

Rooms shown online by booking.com are different from rooms tulip elk hill gave, dirty room with horrible mattress, worst staff, the guy in the reception said these are the rooms available take it if you want. Nobody should book this hotel worst hotel.

The property is very old around like 15 years. No clean, dust and dirty interiors with zero hygiene. The photos looks new but the property is old and not clean. Not worth for money. But the staffs are good. No food option available. Bare minimum hygiene is also not provided. Room cleaning is not effective. The bed spread and comforters are so dirty with odour smell. I asked the maintenance guy to change the pillow cover but he said to adjust us as due to seasons there is shortage for people who does laundry. Totally disappointed. I went with kid, not hygienic place as I expected For hygiene and cleanliness I would rate 2 out of 10 Food availability is 3 out of 10 Apart from that the other are good I'll rate 8 out of 10

My stay in Tulip was good. Location and the ambience is very good. Cleanliness little more required. Overall it is an average hotel.

Room are not clean ,bath room water problem,room service worst Breakfast fast also not good Not value for money. If any body wants to book go for other hotel

Nothing to like it's a toooooooooooo worest resort, even while handovering the room bathroom was not at flushed condition. No maintenance, no clean floor, room full of dust...blankets are smelling like anything, it's not worth of 1000rs at my state but they charged 6000 rs per one night. It's a disaster for me ,along with two kids of 3 years and 6 years was visited at the time of 7.30 pm (already reserved) after visiting the rooms I was literally shocked. I planed for 3 days but vacted immediately and shift led to another resort with the help of local guide who along with as as a driver. I am suggesting the people that this resort is watse if your money don't book it. And the the BOOKING app also I am suggesting don't include this type of resort in your network otherwise I will post the same on you also because what ever I paid that amount some portion you will get as royalty. Worest resort ...thuuuu denemma jivitham enduku vacham ra babu Ooty annatlu chesaru ...worest Management.......NOTE: they are serving breakfast at paying 200 RS as complementary, on that day only idle,puri, bread and tea was avilable ...Puri is full of oil bath and sambar was taste less...for spoons and forks also we have to beg them ...worest Canteen...night we ordered pepper chicken ....they served chiken with pepper powder sprinkled heavily on it kids or nit even even small peice...chiken nuggets or not peoperly cooked...0/10 points I would like to give ....

Location was really good.

Rooms were not up to the mark, they were really old and furniture inside rooms were also in really bad shape.

Only location is nice.

I booked deluxe double room, they said bed size will be big, but bed can accomodate only 2 persons, children were sleeping in floor. Worst reply from management, only exterior they are developed, Restaurant what they are having their own is worst, simply they are shouting towards customer. Better don't choose this type of hotels. Not only me who ever they stayed they are fighting.

CAB FACILTY AVILABLE THEIR BUT THE COST IS DOBULE WHAT WE GET FROM THE OTHER CAB SERVICE PLACE IS 3 KM AWAY FROM THE CITY PLACE NO FACILITY OF TRANSPORT WE HAVE TO TAKE ONLY A LOCAL AUTO WHICH WE COST EXTRA BETTER TO HAVE OWN TRANSPORT. THEY ARE ONLY MONEY MINDED FOR CHK IN THE GIVE LATE IN THE EVEING ONLY AND CHK OUT IF YOU LATE FOR 10 MNTS ALSO THEY CAHRGE THEY ARE ONLY MONEY MINDED IF DONT LIKE SERVICE THEY NOT READY GIVE ANY REFUND . COFFEE HEATER IS NOT WORKING THEIR IS NO SUAGAR PACKETS AFTER REQUESTING ALSO THEY DONT COME GIVE FOR 2 DAYS . There is nothing to like about this place.

Once I booked the room,the hotel sent an email with a number which was incorrect. Tried calling several times but to no avail. Once I reached the hotel,the front office mentioned that the number was not functional. It was raining heavily at 4.30 pm when I checked in and I went to their restaurant for a cup of milk for the kids but milk was not available and would get it after 30 minutes. We went back at 9 pm for milk but we were told that milk never arrived and we were told to go to the local shop to purchase milk. The condition of the room is pathetic. The flooring is very old and not cleaned well. No window just glass which make you feel claustrophobic. It was not swept well..behind the dustbin we found used tissues thrown .The commod had black stains..not washed well for years. The park had broken swings and the indoor games were also not functional.

Bathroom had a frog ,u had paid 5.6k for double room (which is basically one room with double occupancy - so misleading ,right ), they don't even provider packaged drinking water forget about complementary breakfast . Location is good because view from the place is good . I will not recommend this to anyone .
