Excellent location in the center of Tel Aviv with lots of restaurants and shops around, also just a short walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable room exactly as advertised. We also really enjoyed the rooftop patio for a nice outdoor seating area.

Bonjour on a passés nos vacance avec ma cousine un véritable calvaire on voudrai être rembourser la totalité du séjour on avais pas le droit de ramené un ou jne invité 5 minute il nous etegnais les lumière a distance le propriétaire de l’hôtel m’a lever la main dessu parceque il étais énervé on est parti car o se sentait pas bien on voudrai avoir un remboursement svp je n’ai jamais vu sa je recommande jamais cet hôtel

Emplacement exceptionnel sur Dizengoff à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Ménage fait tous les 3 jours. Personnel agréable et disponible surtout Denys.

Très bonne localisation ! À huit minutes de la plage Gordon et au coeur de tous les commerces et restaurants L’appartement est assez spacieux, il manque un peu de confort Le personnel est très sympa👌

Интересный тематический отель на одной из центральных улиц Тель-Авива. Очень удобное расположение, от моря до кафе с магазинами. Номер очень уютный, с мини-кухней и кондиционером. Шикарная удобная кровать. Интернет работал без ограничений. Все необходимое есть в номере. Все вопросы решались мгновенно. Очень внимательный и доброжелательный персонал. Спасибо за прием! Теперь в ТА только к вам!

De locatie is perfect!! Overdag strand op loopafstand, OV voor de deur om makkelijk naar andere delen van de stad te gaan. In de avond overvloed aan leuke restaurants en barretjes plus gezellig omgeving om te wandelen en te genieten.

Великолепное расположение, в шаговой доступности море, много кафе, ресторанов, аптек, супермаркетов. Прилетела в полночь, несмотря на нерабочие часы для администратора, организовали заезд в гостиницу, все было четко и удобно. Номер убирали один раз в три дня с заменой постельного белья и полотенец. На кухне была посуда, мини холодильник, микроволновая печь, чайник, переносная плита, средство для мытья посуды и даже маленькое полотенце. В номере был сейф.

Душевая!!! Подвесить лейку на стенку нельзя, нет держателя. Самое неудобное переключить воду с лейки со шлангом на большую лейку, т.к. переключатель расположен у потолка на верхней лейке, если у вас рост меньше 170 см. нужна стремянка или табурет. Попросила поменять номер из-за этого, отказали, сказали, что в каждой комнате так, хотя это неправда, я уже останавливалась в этой гостинице и с лейками было все в порядке. Мой номер был 304.

Неудобно переключается душ. При пользовании ручным душем из верхней лейки постоянно капает вода.

Очень удобное месторасположение. Качественная уборка! Очень чисто! В кухонном уголке достаточно посуды, если надо что-то разогреть/приготовить. Проживанием остались очень довольны, обязательно вернемся еще!

Tres bien situé. Tres bon accueil. Terrasse avec belle vue sur Tel Aviv, ce doit être un endroit très agréable à la belle saison. Chambre confortable et bien équipée.

This was our second visit to 130 rock apartments. We enjoy the apartments, the size of the room, the big bathroom and quiteness of the place. It feels like you´re the only guest present. The area is amazing for walks (including walks to the beach), foods and drinks.

The location is PERFECT. The room, actually, a mini suite, was spacious, airy, and clean.

Because it is not exactly a hotel, there is no staff around, and occasionally one person filling in as a receptionist downstairs, at the entrance to the building. There is a nice kitchenette but for some reason, no paper towels available AT ALL. Room cleaning is only done once every 3 days, but at least clean towels and extra toilet paper should be made available.

The location is great. Could be a bit noisy at night but if you close the windows you can barely hear the outside. I expected as much due to its location.

I had two issues during my stay that unfortunately were not resolved to my satisfaction. 1. The first night - there were feces in the shower. I asked to reclean my room and was told that they only clean every 3 days. Pictures were provided both nothing was done unfortunately. 2. During my first night I kept waking up because a battery died in one of their devices. I was told that it happens often and that they replace it. It was fixed but other than say “sorry” nothing really was done even though I didn’t sleep much because of the noise. I expected a bit more from the staff/ hotel.

מקום מושלם! המלון 130 Rock הוא פשוט תענוג. החדר יפהפה, נוח ומצויד בכל הפרטים הקטנים שהופכים מקום לבית. המיקום לא יכול להיות טוב יותר, ממש בלב תל אביב קרוב להכל. הגג כיפי במיוחד, עם מוזיקה שמתנגנת 24 שעות ויוצרת אווירה נהדרת. הצוות גנה, טל ומיכל מקסימים, אדיבים וחמים. אין ספק שאחזור לשם בביקור הבא בארץ.

Good location. Friendly staff is almost always in touch via the WhatsApp. Wifi was fast.

A small repair is needed (the sheets are old, the shower shelf will fall off soon, the bedside lamps are a bit dirty. There are a lot of small things that can ruin the experience)

The property has a shelter, but it was closed to people from a neighboring building who were begging to come in. Some of them even approached me crying and asking to enter the shelter during the alarm. According to Israeli law, all shelters must remain open during a missile alert, regardless of the type of property or ownership. The next day, I walked down the entire street — this was the only building and hotel with closed gates and locked doors during the alarm. After the first night of bombings and sirens (which lasted all night), the owner called me at 6 a.m. and accused me of disrespecting the property simply because I had opened the door to the shelter and hotel to let people in. As for the room itself — it’s good for the location and the price.

The hotel is right in the heart of tel aviv , the room was clean and comfortable with a small kitchen and the staff were kind helpful and friendly We will definitely stay again on our next visit to tel aviv

Clean, equipped with great staff in the heart of Tel Aviv!

Perfect location, clean, well appointed with amenities.

Only applicable if you are staying for Shabbat and observant - Not conducive for a sabbath observer - gate, front door and room door all electronic, with no option for a manual key.

Very good location, nice and clean. The only con is that there is no one at the reception desk…as it’s 50% of the units are monthly use

Lovely location!

Very complete room. Big closet to hang your clothes, nice sized bathroom, windows you can open. Overall clean.

The rooftop terrace is amazing, I only didn't understand why the music is turned on so loud! Even though we had planned to drink some wine enjoying the nice tempatures we only stayed a couple of minutes.

I personally didn't like the place.it was no where near what's on the pics.the room was so little and stuffy.

Amazing location, wonderful and helpful staff. The room was spacious with a kitchenette and a pretty large bathroom. The soundproofing is quite good for being on such a loud street. Lots of restaurants and cafes around.

The bed could have been more comfortable, but that was the only downside of the place. The wifi was a bit spotty in the room where we stayed.

We stayed at the Ben Yehuda Apartments which are run by the same company. The apartment was clean, basic, and a reasonable size. It was well situated for access to the beach and the Ben Yehuda and Dizengoff shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

The taxi that was supposed to meet us as the airport failed to meet us so we had to arrange and pay for our own taxi. We did not stay at Rock Apartments as access to the building requires electronic keys which we could not use over the Jewish Sabbath. Fortunately for us the same company runs 119/121 Ben Yehuda Apartments which was more Sabbath observant friendly.

It is in a good location in the middle of a very busy area, but very quiet and relaxed vibe inside.
