La salle de bains n’est pas séparée de la chambre, ce qui est insupportable. En plus, le restaurant du rez-de-chaussée J joue une musique forte jusqu’à 23h qui nous a empêché de dormir. Comme nous arrivions d’Europe nous étions fatigués, on voulait dormir tôt mais ce tapage l’a rendu impossible.

La clim est tombée en panne, j’ai dû me battre toute la journée pour qu’ils me rapportent une Climatisation avec un gros tuyau, cependant les chambres n’ont pas de fenêtre donc le tuyau ne sert à rien donc ils n’ont pas régler mon problème. Nous étions le jour du tremblement de terre, le personnel fuit au lieu d’évacuer les gens

Breakfast wasn't very good. The 2 days we ordered eggs came out rubbery and tasteless. They need a new chef! Our superior room was very small, only 1 chair in room so one of us had to sit on the bed.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Die Lage und das Hotel selber sind sind top. Vor allem das Personal - allen voran Orion der Concierge - ist besonders positiv hervorzuheben.
Das Frühstück ist nicht den Preis entsprechend. Die Hälfte fehlt meistens, die Tische sind nicht gedeckt und man muss allem hinterherlaufen.

The corridors on my floor were heavily scented with synthetic air freshener. These actually are harmful for health. They can release volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other chemicals that may irritate the respiratory system, and affect people who are sensitive to fragrances. It does not only affect people that are sensitive.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026We had a lovely stay overall. The hotel was clean, the location was excellent, and we always felt safe during our visit.
The only disappointing aspect was the lack of flexibility with early check-in. We arrived at 5:00 a.m. as a family and had already booked two rooms, but the hotel would only allow us to check in early if we paid an additional fee that was almost the cost of our entire two-night stay. Around 7:00 a.m. they reduced the fee, but we still ended up paying the equivalent of an extra room just to access our booked rooms a few hours earlier. Apart from that, everything else was very good, and we enjoyed our stay.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Bonito y cuidado hotel, pensado para disfrutar, con todos los detalles. Muy bien ubicado, en una zona muy segura y cerca de lugares interesantes, tanto si vas por trabajo como por ocio. Personal muy profesional y amable. Orión me hizo todo más fácil.
El aire acondicionado (necesario en días de sol en una habitación totalmente acristalada) era demasiado fuerte. Solo desayuné un día en el hotel, pero tardaron muchísimo en servirme y se equivocaron en mi pedido.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y la gran mayoría del personal es sumamente amable, servicial y profesional. El hotel es una excelente opción en Bogotá y definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí.
Deben revisar la forma en que gestionan los cobros extras. Tuve una visita por 90 minutos y , aunque entiendo y acepto el cargo de 130.000 COP por persona adicional, Eyner, el recepcionista que estaba esa noche, me exigió el pago inmediato, de forma muy impositiva y poco amable, negándose a cargarlo a la habitación. Le indiqué que en ese momento no portaba mi billetera e insistió en que debía pagarlo en el momento o a más tardar al otro día por la mañana, pese a que mi check out era dos días después. Un solo empleado empañó una estadía que venía siendo perfecta. Recomiendo capacitar al personal en hospitalidad y permitir que esos cargos se consoliden en el check out.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Staff very attentive, they accompanied us and exaplined in the room how to use what was inside and the facilities. Nice clean modern room with all you need. Gym was small but had enough for me to do all my workout.
Breakfast was ok, I think the place downstairs they partner with could try to put more efforts in the variety of the offer but overall was still decent.
