De ligging is perfect, de kamers zijn netjes!

Als het hotel druk bezet is, is er wel ruimte te kort bij de ontbijtzaal.

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, herkende en groette ons ook toen we naar buiten gingen. De kamer was fijn opgesteld, had genoeg ruimte en de locatie was top, een paar stappen van het treinstation vandaan.

Konum güzel yerde, sessiz sakin ve ulaşılabilir. Tam tren istasyonunun dibi. Ajax stadyumu ile yanyana.. çevrede olanaklarda güzeldi.

Otel gayet temiz, metro istasyonunun dibinde zaten. Bu yüzden hiçbir ulaşım ağına giderken zorlanmadık. Odalar geniş kahvaltısı yeterli. Merkeze 15 dkda metroyla gidebiliyorsunuz. Etrafı da çok canlı bir muhit.

Kullan at terlik yok maalesef, kasada satılıyor. Çevre bilinci için yapılan bir şeymiş ama 6 euro gibi bir şeydi bu yüzden ben almadım.

Fantastisch verblijf met geweldige service en uitzicht!Wat ons het meest beviel aan dit hotel was de uitstekende service en de vriendelijke medewerkers die ontzettend behulpzaam waren. Daarnaast is de ligging ideaal, direct bij alle voorzieningen en het openbaar vervoer. We hadden een mooie kamer met een prachtig uitzicht, die bovendien erg netjes was. De bedden sliepen super en het ontbijt was goed verzorgd met voldoende keuze. Dit verblijf was extra speciaal omdat het de allereerste keer was dat mijn dochter in een hotel logeerde. Het gaf de extra kers op de taart na het geweldige Roxy Dekker concert! Kortom, een heerlijk verblijf en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Minpuntje: Het was tijdens het ontbijt wel erg druk in de zaal.Omdat ik een paar maandjes van tevoren had geboekt, was de prijs toen nog heel netjes. Helaas zie ik dat de prijzen voor ons volgende concert in april inmiddels enorm zijn gestegen, waardoor het financieel niet meer toegankelijk is voor ons. Heel jammer, want we hadden hier graag weer gelogeerd, maar we moeten nu helaas uitwijken naar een goedkopere optie. Desondanks was dit specifieke verblijf een groot succes!

Het was schoon en ik kreeg de optie voor gratis drankje of schoonmaak voor die 2 nachten

Het ontbijt was veeeels te druk, bijna geen ruimte om te zitten, de broodjes waren hard, de rösties waren hard en droog, er waren enorm weinig keuzes bij het ontbijt, er was niks speciaals aan. Het bed was extreem hard, ik kon hier echt niet op slapen. De kussens waren enorm zacht zelfs als ik 2 kussen op elkaar deed was het te zacht. Er was niet eens een mini koelkast Bij de receptie was meneer alleen maar aan het liegen tegen ons, bij het inleveren van de een voucher voor gratis drankje zij hij 3x dat hij iets niet had, hij zei tussendoor ook eerst dat ie een drankje niet koud had staan en zei vervolgens "ik heb het niet" zonder te kijken. Hij deed continu enorm moeilijk. We voelde ons niet serieus genomen. Het hotel viel enorm tegen vooral voor een HILTON. Wij zijn simpele mensen, we hebben niet veel nodig maar dit was zelfs voor ons niet oke.

Personeel was vriendelijk, maar niet iedereen sprak Nederlands en als ze Engels spraken was het op een zachte toon wat moeilijk verstaanbaar was.

Auf der Toilette gab es keine Toilettenbürste.

The room was spacious and compfy enough. Well connected to the train/metro station. A classic Hampton.

Some staff really friendly and some looked like they had a bad day. Some corners of the room were not clean and we saw rubbish left by other guests after we went in the room but no big deal. No free bottle of water...

El hotel estaba muy bien, el personal agradable sobre todo el del buffet del desayuno. La habitación era amplia y el ambiente muy tranquilo, con buena insonorización

El sofá cama era bastante incómodo. El primer día nos comentaron que por tema de sostenibilidad nos daban la opción de no hacernos la habitación y a cambio nos daban una consumición gratis en el bar del hotel. No sé si no nos entendimos bien pero estuvimos 3 noches, quedamos con la persona de la recepción que al día siguiente a nuestra llegada,no nos la hicieran y al final no nos la hicieron al día siguiente tampoco. No comentamos nada porque llegamos tarde a la noche y nos íbamos ya al día siguiente por la mañana. Tengo que decir que salvo esto y la incomodidad del sofá cama, el resto de la experiencia muy contentos.

We really liked the accommodations. The location was great. It’s only a 15-minute drive by train to the airport or a 20-minute drive into the city, and the hotel is right next to the train station. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, the walls are a bit thin. I had a neighbor who was on the phone at 1 a.m., and I could hear it pretty clearly. Otherwise, I slept very well. The breakfast was delicious, but unfortunately there weren’t many healthy options. There was only a fruit salad, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Still, it was sufficient for a weekend. We can recommend it and would book it again.

Was prima en lekker. Maar lag op de veren van het bed en vooral als je al een hernia hebt valt dit niet mee. Bijna de hele nacht niet geslapen.

Had rail, Metro and bus facilities on our doorstep. Also lots of eateries around within walking distance. Property was clean and tidy. Staff very helpful especially Giorgia who was very welcoming and informative.

Slecht bed, zware schuifdeur voor badkamer en kledingkast

De locatie is prima als je een concert in de Afas, Arena of Ziggodome hebt. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid.

Voor een Hilton hadden we wel iets meer verwacht. Er zaten wat vreemde mensen in de lobby waar we s-avonds laat ook door werden aangesproken in een vreemde taal, dat voelde een beetje vreemd. Een flinke scheur in het dekbedovertrek verwacht je ook niet van een Hilton. Het voldeed aan de eisen maar volgende keer toch weer een ander hotel.

De locatie van de accommodatie was top! 1 minuut lopen vanaf station Bijlmer Arena.

De bedden waren waardeloos. Slecht opgemaakt, 2 persoonsmatras was net beton, slaapbank zakte je in weg. Kamer rook niet fris, airconditioning maakte hard geluid waar niet bij te slapen was.

This hotel was just great. Lovely staff so accommodating, room was clean. Very good location just outside Amsterdam but with excellent train and metro to the centre and the airport. We hired bikes and it was great to cycle around the canals and into the city.

If I had to pick anything it would be the bed, I didn’t find it that comfy but that is personal preference I think

Very difficult to find by using GPS Not able to find the Parking Garage, no signs or anything of help, needed to look for another alternativ with a lot of stress and no help from the Hotel, when calling, only music.

I liked the property, the location and the breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly. And the room was very clean.

I didn’t get slippers for the room plus there were no bathrobes in the room. I was expecting that. Also we were not able to park in the private parking lot because our bus was to high. The website does not give you an estimate about what the height of the car or bus should be , It just says private parking lot.

Otel amsterdam merkezinin dışında kalsa da hemen önündeki metro istasyonundan ulaşım oldukça kolay, merkezde eski, pis ve pahalı bir yerde kalmak yerine burayı tercih ettiğim için mutluyum. Otel, odalar tertemizdi, kahvalti yeterli idi, çalışanlar guler yüzlü ve yardımcı olmak için cabaliyordu, özellikle Reyhan bizimle çok içten sohbet ederek ilgilendi, otelden sabah kahvaltı yapıp çıktık akşama kadar valizimizin kalmasına musade ettiler bu bize inanılmaz konfor sağladı.

Alleen Engelstalig personeel. Alles met card, zelfs de lift en het trappenhuis. Geeft onbehaaglijk, opgesloten gevoel. Wat gebeurt er als de stroom uitvalt. Kom je dan nog wel het gebouw uit? Eetzaal voor ontbijt veel te klein voor zoveel mensen. Tafels en stoelen staan bijna tegen elkaar. Locatie heeft geen mooi uitzicht o.i.d. Parkeren was absurd duur: 40 euro voor 1 nacht.

Nous avons pu occuper la chambre avant 15h00, tout était parfait, le petit déjeuner très varié, le parking était très bien pour un prix correct pour amsterdam. Nous étions idéalement placé pour tram, métro, bus. le jour de notre départ, nous avons pu profiter du hall d'acceuil et des toilettes après notre chek out, ce qui est très appéciable

Het personeel bij de receptie was vriendelijk.

Het personeel voor de poets en in de ontbijtruimte waren alles behalve vriendelijk. De ontbijtruimte was veel te klein voor de vele mensen. Toen ik vriendelijk vroeg of ze onze tafel even kon afruimen want er was nergens plaats werd ik afgesnauwd. Iets later ruimde ze bewust eerst de tafel naast ons af, om dan nadien die van ons af te ruimen. Mijn man heeft zich gewoon verzet. Ook het poetspersoneel in het algemeen negeert je gewoon als je iets vraagt.

Ontbijt voldoende en prima keuze, wel heel druk.

Perfekte Lage für einen Konzertbesuch in der Arena. Bahnstation genau gegenüber und man ist super schnell in Amsterdam Hauptbahnhof. Sehr viele Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafés drumherum.

Leider waren die Matratzen für uns zu hart. Schlafen war somit unbequem. Ich hatte am nächsten Tag Rückenschmerzen.

The absence of toilet brush and not providing it on request was a negative surprise: if you vouch for less room service and reward not having maids clean the room daily, you need to provide toilet brush. No-one wants to have a soiled WC in their room.

Posizione dell'hotel accanto alla stazione treno, parcheggio P&R per le auto a pochi passi (hanno fatto delle modifiche rispetto a ciò scritto online e non è né intuitivo né funzionante, abbiamo pagato tariffa intera). Camera spaziosa e pulita, staff disponibile e sempre presente. Colazione ottima con la possibilità di cuocersi dei waffle che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Location was fantastic right next to the train station! Easy to get into centraal to explore. Lots of food locations nearby. Staff were so helpful, even on a fully booked weekend! Breakfast had so many choices and was a lovely way to start the day.

No ac in the room. sleeping was painful! further the room feels like hostel or 2 star hotel. If you have money go elsewhere this one does not worth it.

Tiszta, kényelmes szobák. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, közvetlen a vasút és metró állomás mellett.

The rooms were small, dirty, and room service didnt change sheets just threw on comforter, wrinkled, did not replenish full set of towels, when I arrived conditioner was gone and they replaced with a tiny amount had to scrape my hand inside container as would not pump out; one coffee avail in room tho booked for 3 ppl; staff gave inconsistent offerings for drink sizes if forego room service; I was charged 5 nights for a not needed room tho told it was fully reversed within minutes of the charge and the computer showed no amount, will figure that out; few staff tho a convention was in town meaning long wait times to speak with front desk
