Reviewed Aug 15, 2026We had a triple and a quadraple room. It is generally a value for money option considering other options in amsterdam. It was my second time. Location is good, station nearby and car park nearby as well. Clean, basic and convenient. Staff provided iron and board and multiple room key cards and face towels for free after our request. Huge supermarket nearby has everything you need.
room was ready earlier than check in but didn't rush the staff to do it. We still needed to pay 25 euros for 2 hours earlier check in. I understand that the stay price is low but i would like to have another chair in the room, a safe, hairdryer and provide a face towel as well as a standard. Not just one bath towel for each person. Vending machine is quite expensive.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Flexibility
Dear Guest Relations Team, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service and treatment I experienced as a guest at your property. I made a 17-night reservation for a professional trip representing the Greek Government in a European program, for a total amount of €1,976.02 (utilizing my top-tier Genius discount on Booking.com). At the time of booking, the only available option was a single room type under a non-refundable rate, giving me no alternative choices. Upon arrival, I realized that the assigned room was far too small for a 17-day stay. I immediately addressed the issue with the reception. The receptionist who initially assisted me was exceptionally professional. She checked the system and informed me that while there was no availability that day, 9 rooms would become available the following day, and a room change could be arranged by paying only an additional cleaning fee. However, during my subsequent interaction at the front desk, I was attended to by Mr Hotel Manager. After acknowledging the prior communication and confirming room availability, he initiated the change process. Shortly after, he contradicted the initial terms provided to me, stating that in addition to the cleaning fee, an extra daily charge would apply. Although I expressed my disappointment over this discrepancy, I accepted the updated terms and agreed to the payment. To my surprise, Mr. Hotel Manager then reacted in what appeared to be a vindictive manner, abruptly informing me that a room change was no longer possible as there were no available rooms—directly contradicting both the initial information provided by his colleague and his own confirmation moments earlier when he started the procedure. I would like to emphasize that the initial price difference between room options was merely €10—a negligible sum compared to the overall payment of €1,976.02.
