Amazing location with a heritage property. Privacy and serene. Great staff.

The staff were very attentive and prompt in providing service. Undertook a Landour Heritage Tour with guide Rohit and he was knowledgeable and cheerful.

The staff is excellent, and the location is perfect.

The food was average, and the cleanliness was not up to the mark. There was a typical smell in all rooms.

Old world charm

Excellent stay , great hospitality and impeccable rooms . The view and architecture of the property was stunning. We loved the colonial bar with the library. The dining space was intimate set up and much preferred by us.

Nothing that we didn't like , maybe a few more options on the menu would have made us not go out from the property at all.

Rooms were a little too close to each other. Noise travelled and had some early morning conversation outside the room disturb our sleep a little bit.

Rooms were great. The property is nice - away from the busy / crowded roads but doesn’t have the views from the hotel. Nothing else really at all. Stayed three nights.

I was overcharged on food bill and it was acknowledged by the front desk and the kitchen staff. When I challenged, I was told: 1. My job is to check the bill while signing 2. They came back after 30 mins and said sorry about charging more - can I pack some free breakfast for you in the morning. I didn’t get the refund. 2. The handle of the luggage broke when they carried the suitcase to the room. I made the front desk aware of this as FYI - he just behaved as if he didn’t hear. I said again and he said he will talk to the staff. Nothing happened after! 3. On our third night, the room had 1 towel in the bath (when two people stayed), no hand towel, no coffee pods. At one point, we stopped even calling and asking for stuff!

The ambience and space in the rooms and outside garden

The mechanism for regulating temperature in the shower is absolutely rubbish. The water either gets unbearably hot or cold. Very unsatisfactory

This hotel is a rare treat An original colonial building set in beautiful private grounds The staff were fantastic especially Dinesh the reception manager Ashish our driver ShailindorvSingh our waiter The Chef is super helpful One night we had the outside barbecue the guys lit a fire next to our table The food never stopped coming Would definitely give 10/10

The hotel is a walk from Musoorie but the hotel provide free transport which is brilliant

Location 🥲 which cannot be changed

The hotel’s heritage makes it an ideal destination for people looking to be away from the bustling Mussoorie. We were assisted by the Manager of Claridges Mr Virendra and the person is truly a gem in providing quality customer service.

The property doesn’t have many amenities outside on the main road. Hot water in the bath tub was limited, could be because of limited tank capacity.

Rooms were good but apart from It nothing just too overpriced

No spa no gym Under construction property didn't give us at checking I arrived at 3.30 pm check in time was 2 pm still had to wait to room to clean. Stupid hotel and service

The Hotel location is excellent away from hustle of Mussorie town. The staff is courteous. The food is great. We hired Taxi from the Hotel & need to mention Mr. Indar was so excellent to take us around worth visiting places. He has been with Hotel for 31 years & his dedication to his work is commendable.

Food was not good

I was very impressed with the property and staff during my previous stay, last year. Currently, I was in Dehradun for meetings and chose to drive up to the hotel to spend the night rather than staying in Dehradun

The staff was excellent. Dinesh, especially, was really helpful. The food was great.

The property could be maintained a little better especially since it is such a beautiful residence with original wood work. For us, personally, the large groups staying at the property created a lot of ruckus till 11:30 at night. This was a major letdown for us as we wanted some peace and quiet especially as it was in the hills. The group did not seem to listen to the hotel staff as well and kept shouting and playing loud music with speakers etc till very late at night.

Location. Away from the mall road, quiet and peaceful.

The property is absolutely picturesque and the staff very hospitable! The manager, Mr. Dilip was always eager to help and very welcoming. In the evenings, and after breakfast in the mornings, it was lovely to walk around the scenic property!

Extremely hospitable staff and property! Not a single negative aspect to point out during my stay!

Peaceful surrounding, excellent F&B, good bedding and clean bathrooms.

Rooms could be bigger, food portions could be larger. Washroom drain was blocked, though housekeeping was prompt enough to clean it.

Breakfast was not very elaborate, but whatever was served as served with love by the Hotel staff. We loved it. The hotel is beautiful and in a very good location. The staff is very friendly and courteous.
