Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The property wasn’t that great—just okay. It’s about 2 km from Mall Road. However, the hotel staff were very polite and helpful, and their behaviour was good.
The room and other areas of the property were not very clean. My room was on the ground floor, and it felt quite stuffy and uncomfortable.

Scarsa/minima cura dei corridoi/spazi di passaggio. I piatti sporchi lasciati fuori dalla porta della stanza dopo servizio in camera sono rimasti lì 3 giorni, stessa cosa bicchiere rotto nel terrazzo fuori dalla camera. Stanza umidissima, sarebbe bastato lasciarla ventilare

A gyakori esőzések miatt minden nedves volt, kissé penészes a takarításon van mit javítani, de amit kértünk készségesen teljesítették. Ha nem is szoba szinten de a hotelben jó lenne ha lenne legalább 1 db hajszárító.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The staff was irresponsible and canceled my Confirmed booking, even after repeated requests from my side. The contact number of hotel, provided by booking.com was also wrong. The staff also refused to tell his name and insisted me to cancel my booking, as they wanted to accommodate another customer from "make my trip" website. Pathetic service.

Reviewed May 26, 2026The hotel is located right on a steep road (Nagar Palika Road) rising from the crowded Mall Road. The hotel is in a bad condition, with room latches dangling and not working. The staff gives unnecessary stupid 'gyan' trying to justify why the latches should not be used! Heavy water seepage has taken place in a number of walls in the common areas like staircases, passages etc and again the staff tries to justify that the condition is due to heavy rainfall in Mussoorie. Food is ok except breakfast. There is NO lift. The staff have to drag your suitcases from the parking place in front of Nagar Palika office, which is located even higher and drag the luggage up the stairs. Most of the staff are good and prompt but the guy at the reception desk acts too smart and keeps asking for payment immediately on check-in, without letting the guests even see the property which has so many drawbacks. Overall, AVOID this hotel which is NOT a 'Superstay' at all. It is a CHEAP hotel. The pictures are misleading. The only good thing is that it has a budget price and located close to the Mall Road, which facilitates shopping.

It also had outside table and chair seating which I used in the late evenings. the breakfast was OK. I also had dinner here which was very nicely prepared. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room and bed was comfortable.
