The hotel is really very comfortable, amazing location, and what makes it so special is the service. You feel really welcome and Daniel was serving us with so much attention. They understood what we needed and offered us solutions and we are grateful. They honestly made our stay so special. Amazing value for the price we paid. Definitely recommended

The rooms that view the seaside is a bit noisy as it faces a wide road. But is is very common in Greece.

Siisti huone, bussiyhteys lentokentälle ja raitiovaunu keskustaan. Rannan lähellä, joskin juuri edustalla oleva ranta maksullinen. Ok aamiainen, siisti huone.

Meluisa, todella vilkkaan tien vieressä. Joten jos olet herkkä äänille, valitse hotelli rauhallisemmasta paikasta.

Noise from the road next to the hotel

On entend les voitures dans la rue beaucoup et jusqu’à tard avec la fenêtre fermée. En plus de ça on entend aussi les gens des autre chambres ( dans mon cas une femme a 2h du matin entend train de crier) ! La télé marche très mal, pas de cafetière, juste une bouilloire. Pour le bagages un peu compliqué parce qu’il faut monter des escaliers pour attendre l’ascenseur…

Gute Lage. Ein sehr herzliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

it is really one of my favorite places , a very good loction just across tVoula beach , a very good restaurant Notos just about 7 min walk , the hotel itself is a family run , so every detail is in their mind, they will help you with evrything. I have been staying many times in this area and always come back here ! Do yourself a favour , stay in the most cosy , friendly atmosphere, a client orientated hotel !

Todo muy bien

Hotel was directly across the street from several beach clubs. That is its strongest point. We visited the one directly facing the hotel and it was good. A little expensive but we enjoyed breakfast and lunch there.

bed sheets, poor quality

The hotel was convenient, room had a balcony, sea was close just across the street.

The communication before arrival was very poor, i requested early check-in several times, but they didn't even answer. Hotel is quite far from destinations, even shops and cafes and it is just on a big road, so you hear the noise coming from the street all the time.

Don't let the 2 star rating put you off booking, excellent location and a modern clean room. Very accommodating friendly staff.

L'hotel è un gioiellino, le camere sono completamente rinovate e arredate con gusto, la cortesia e la disponibilità dei proprietari e del personale alla reception , la vicinanza con la spiaggia ( basta attraversare la strada), la fermata del bus per raggiungere l'aeroporto di fronte all'hotel ed anche dei tram per raggiungere il centro storico di Athene passando per tutta la riviera.

Niente di negativo, siamo stati benissimo!

At 1st site location of the property seemed out of town. But every thing you want is on your door step. With the owners and staff being helpful to any request. I would recommend this hotel and not hesitate to stop again when in the Athens area.

Отель принадлежит семье, собственник Наталья прекрасна, очень доброжелательная и всегда готова прийти на помощь, номера просторные, все что нужно есть. Вид на море был, отлично. Вкусные завтраки за доп плату. Рядом через дорогу платный пляж со всеми удобствами, море отличное для детей.

Шум от дороги реально мешал спать, только в берушах.

Nicht besonders sauber und überall schwarze Haare (auf dem Kissen, auf der Bettwäsche, auf dem Boden … sogar auf den Handtüchern, und ich habe nach der Benutzung Haare auf meiner Haut gefunden)

Petit hôtel familial, le personnel ainsi que le jeune patron est très sympathique et chaleureux. Proximité avec la belle plage de Voula et avec centre ville également.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, jeden Tag frische Handtücher und Zimmerservice. Top Lage, direkt vor der Haustür ist die Busstation! Herzensempfehlung!

Le bruit . La porte fenêtre cassé . Elle se ferme juste avec un loquet . Le double vitrage n’a donc absolument pas été efficace. Une horreur pour cette hôtel qui est placé sur une avenue plus que passante . Les voitures et motos y roulent comme des cinglés jusqu’à l’aube . Impossible de dormir sans boules quies !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout le personnel a été extrêmement accueillant, souriant et disponible du début à la fin. On s'y sent tout de suite à l'aise. La chambre était impeccable, propre, confortable et parfaitement entretenue, climatisé parfait pour l’été. Nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème durant notre séjour. Une très belle expérience, nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec plaisir !

I liked the balcony view that we had of the beach in front of us and the hotels room was very spacious and also the shower is amazing . The tv was entertaining and I enjoyed every bit of it

I didn’t like fact that the bed sheets were not regularly changed and they forgot to put toiletries in our room like soap and tissues

La posizione . a pochi metri dalle fermate di tram e autobus, compreso l'autobus per l'aeroporto

Freundliches Personal und in der Nähe nette kleine Essgelegenheiten und ein Supermarkt. Schöner Strand in Kavouri, ist mit dem Bus zu erreichen, Haltestelle praktisch vor der Tür.

Hinweis: Das Haus liegt an einer vielbefahrenden Straße. Mich hat das allerdings wenig gestört.

La vicinanza a spiaggia ed a tram e bus

L' albergo è sulla strada litoranea di grande traffico veloce a sei corsie ed ha camere non protette dal rumore. Il materasso era scomodo forse perché usato troppo a lungo. Ho pagato per una camera vista mare ...ma poi ho accettato una camera interna per ridurre il rumore e l' albergo si è rifiutato di accreditarmi la differenza di prezzo

The room stank of cigarettes and was a bit small, the bathroom was also poorly laid out.

Questo piccolo Hotel è semplice e pulito. Il personale è gentile e disponibile e sono passati tutti giorni a fare la camera e cambiare gli asciugamani. Il giorno del check out ci hanno tenuto in custodia le valige e la reception è aperta h24. La posizione è ottima: la fermata del bus è a 50 metri e da lì si può raggiungere sia l'aeroporto (96X) che Atene (bus 112). Di fronte all'hotel c'è il terminal del Tram con la macchinetta automatica dove si possono prendere (solo con carta) i biglietti trasporto urbano o il biglietto express per l'aeroporto. A 25 minuti a piedi in direzione Glyfada c'è una spiaggia libera grande, con ombrelloni gratuiti, oppure davanti all'albergo bagni attrezzati. Posizione davvero ottima. Vicino al hotel ci sono diverse soluzioni per mangiare e anche un piccolo supermercato. In 20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Glyfada e il centro di Voula. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, ma in camera c'è il bollitore e ogni giorno avevamo a disposizione una bustina di te e una di caffè solubile.

L'hotel è proprio sulla statale che attraversa le città costiere (anche il lungomare, in realtà) quindi il rumore delle macchine che sfrecciano si sente. l'edificio è stato ristrutturato, ma ci sono dei dettagli che si notano. Nella nostra camera il wifi non funzionava. Il patio esterno è molto piccolo e affaccia sulla strada. Tutto sommato però i pro sono maggiori e siamo state bene nella nostra breve vacanza.

Buena relación calidad precio, cama comoda, limpio y confortable. Al lado de la parada de Tranvía si quieres ir al Centro de Atenas. Tambien hay bus.

Al estar ubicado al lado de una carretera con mucho tráfico hay ruido si no cierras las ventanas

Все было очень хорошо. Приехали в 1.00 встретили поселили. Спасибо Виктории за кофе. Выезжали поздно, на ресепшене Виктория сделала кофе , даже денег не взяла. Константин молодец! Все рассказал, как куда добираться, разговаривает по русски. Спасибо за приятный отдых! Уборка проводилась ежедневно. Также кофе, сливки оставляли. Номер чистый, постель белоснежная. Видела как Виктория ее гладила. Море рядом через дорогу. Чтоб не платить за вход на пляж 8.50 можно обойти и зайти бесплатно.

Soba je potpuno ista kao na fotografijama i svakodnevno se temeljno čisti. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i predusretljivo. Baterija u kupatilu i TV zamenjeni su istog dana nakon prijave problema.

Pošto se hotel nalazi uz ulicu, preko puta koje je prelepa plaža, može se čuti buka ukoliko su prozori otvoreni.
