Great stopover from ferry. Didn’t make use of what looked like excellent spa facilities. Apartment was basic but did exactly what we wanted. Short walk into town. Helpful chap on front desk

Wi-Fi wasn’t brilliant but no complaints about room. It was a bit characterless.

Nous avons eu un début de séjour avec un petit soucis concernant une des chambres de la résidence Mais aussitôt nous avons tenue informer l’hôtel et nous avons été transféré dans une chambre de l’hôtel. Pour résumer , très réactif et nous avons passé un super séjour

Difficulté pour touver les logement extérieurs au batiments principal

L’accès au spa permet de rendre le logement attrayant. L’intérieur du logement était propre.

Malgré les multiples commentaires à ce sujet depuis des mois, je ne comprends pas pourquoi il n’y a toujours pas eu de rénovation. Arriver devant une porte d’entrée rouillée ne donne pas très envie …

Le calme dans la résidence.

Le manque de clarté des indications d'orientation de la part du personnel. Les plans fournis ne sont pas clairs.

Ottima struttura con sauna, bagno turco, grotta di sale, due piscine di acqua salata all'interno e vasche esterne. Molto pulita e accogliente. Il centro citta' e' facilmente raggiungibile e il personale cortese. Ci siamo davvero riposati! (p.s. per l'uso delle piscine occorre la cuffia e il costume da piscina).

The accommodation was good, comfortable beds and a kitchen. The breakfast was exceptional with an enormous range of items to choose from, but don't get there near the finish time as they start clearing away as it approaches 1000.

It would have been good to have been told that check-in was in the Hotel and that they would give us directions to the rooms which were remote, as we drove around for sometime trying to find our accommodation. When I finally tried the Hotel to find out where we should go, there was no-one on reception and no means of summoning someone apart from looking into doors and calling out. There should also be better signage on the remote residences. Also, it should be noted that the breakfast was in the hotel which was a 325m walk away, which would be difficult for someone with mobility issues and if it was raining!

Everything! Nice self catering apartment. Lovely views of sea from hotel and pool. So convenient for roscoff and ferry.

It was all wonderful!

We stayed for 1 night and we were really surprised by the facilities and location. We had 2 bedrooms, a very well equipped kitchen and the seafront location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly.

Some parts of the apartment were a little tired and the parking space was a bit tight (we have a van) - but these are literally the most minor things! We would definitely book again!

La struttura era secondo le aspettative. Ci sono stata solo 1 notte ma ho notato che c'era tutti il necessario per fermarsi di più. La colazione viene servita presso l'hotel ed è stata davvero molto buona e abbondante. Inoltre la sala colazione è posta fronte mare con un panorama davvero suggestivo.

We tend to always stay in these apartments before and after the ferry crossing. They are clean and comfortable and the location is perfect to walk into the centre of Roscoff.

Nous avons passé un nuit dans l’appartement qui est très vieillot, surtout le chambre et la salle de bain. Par contre il est très bien placé, l’extérieur est agréable et l’accès gratuit à la thalasso est super.

Appartement grand et lumineux. A proximité de la thalasso avec accès compris dans la location. Terrasse. Jolie surprise sur la table.

Zariadenie zodpovedalo popisu z cene. Vybavenie bolo jednoduché ale účelné. Lokalita bola výborná, rezidencia bola kúsok od hotela. Skutočne výborné raňajky s výhľadom na more. Vnútorný bazén a pekná pláž hneď pri hoteli. V blízkosti bolo centrum mesta, obchod, prístav.

Nutnosť nosiť čiapku v bazéne a pre pánov nesmeli byt šortky ale iba obstiahnuté plavky.

Près de la thalasso mais indépendant. Près du centre mais très calme. La thalassothérapie est formidable.

Der spa und Badebereich des Hotels mit dem Ausblick aufs Meer sind definitiv außergewöhnlich und toll. Schon alleine einen Besuch wert. Service des Hausmeisters und Hotels waren schnell und sehr gut.

Wir hatten ein Apartment ca 200 m vom Hotel in einem separaten Gebäude. Sowohl Hotel als auch die Appartements haben schon viele Jahrzehnte auf dem Buckel. Beim Hotel sieht man das äußerlich, bei den Appartements auch innerlich. Allenfalls funktionell eingerichtet, aber nicht gemütlich, altes Interieur mit Charme eines Krankenhauses (vor allem Küche und Bad) Etliches hat nicht funktioniert, wurde aber alles umgehend gerichtet. In Summe würde eine Modernisierung gut tun.

Had been told we had been upgraded to the hotel weeks in advance, but this was rescinded the day before arrival and couldn’t be honoured which was a disappointment that could have been avoided with better communication

Le parking est très petit pour le nombre de logement, donc pas facile de s'y garer. L'appartement n'était pas forcement propre et manque d'une serpillère pour le nettoyage car juste le balai et l'aspirateur ne fond pas tout.

Le logement est mal entretenu, le mobilier est vieillissant (canapé convertible endommagé, table basse bancale) et le ménage très mal fait (table non essuyée, aspirateur passé à la va vite)

Locatie en zeer mooie badkamer, toilet en perfect bed.

Kamer op de begane grond met alleen een schuifdeur voor frisse lucht. Keus tussen (on)veilig voelen en frisse lucht, niet fijn! Verder prachtige kamer; wel beetje viezig oud tapijt en ook de gang er naartoe was groezelig. Daardoor voelde de kamer minder mooi en schoon en perfect dan deze verder is.

L'emplacement en bord de mer et proche du centre permet de limiter les voyages en voiture. L'appartement montre des signes de vieillesse mais est tres bien équipé et tres propre. La terrasse est grande. Nous avons pu manger tous les jours dehors et même se poser dans,le transat Le SPA est tres bien aussi et cette vue mer... incroyable Nous sommes triste de n'avoir réservé qu'une semaine

La seule petite chose sont les horaires. Le SPA ferme a 18h45. Quand vous passez votre journée en visite ou en randonnée ca fait vraiment trop juste

Appartement (901) aux terrasses de Rockroum, fonctionnel, lumineux, avec une terrasse. Près des plages à à 1/4 h du centre-ville à pied, il correspondait parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions. J’ai pu profiter également de l’accès au spa marin, très agréable avec un personnel à l’accueil extrêmement sympathique.

Les matelas dans la résidence sont a changer et le fait d avoir deux petits lits. Le ménage de la terrasse non effectué.

Appartement vieillissant !!! La porte de la chambre des enfants ne fermait pas à cause du lit trop grand, prises qui se détachent du mur, serrure enfoncée…

Das Appartment ist etwas alt aber sauber und zu Fuss ca 10-15min bis zur Zone mit viele Restaurants und einem kleinen Laden um einzukaufen. Mit zwei Zimmern, Küche und Gartensitzplatz (ohne Aussicht) ist es sehr gross und ruhig gelegen. Bei uns war das WC separat und Rollstuhlgängig, allerdings auch mit den Putzutensilien darin.. also etwas Rumpelkammer aber sauber. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden was es für ein paar Tage braucht. Vor der Residenz hat es Parkplätze die inklusive sind und auch das Talasso-Bad war inklusive und zu Fuss in 5 min erreichbar (ca 100m). Als Besucher aus der Residenz gibt es zwar Handtücher aber keinen Bademantel (ist ja aber auch etwas komisch wenn man der Strasse entlang im Bademantel geht ;-)). Ein kleiner öffentlicher Strand mit einer Bar ist nur 150m entfernt. Alles in allem: Preis -Leistung absolut ok.

Location! Amazingly equipped apartments short walk into Roscoff, with parking, though there’s the big car park 2 min away if needed. Always very clean and also peaceful. We’ve stayed here many times now for ferry crossings and will always try to book here if we can. Just remember to collect keys from the hotel down the road as some have previously said they weren’t aware and obv pay the tourist tax when you check out too as a lady said to me on the way out she wasn’t expecting that. Even though that’s normal. All excellent as usual thanks. See you next time!

It was odd that all the cleaning equipment was stacked in the toilet room.

Gezien de enorme tegenvaller: Niets. Een keer in het hotel gegeten en dat was goed. Wel Roskoff en Saint Pol-de-Leon bezocht. Zeer de moeite waard!

We hadden een appartement gehuurd voor deze periode. Dat lag ver af van het hotel, de services en het zwembad. In badjas hadden we over straat er naar toe gemoeten. En het zag er alleen al van buiten zeer slecht uit en een grote heg voor het raam... We hebben dat geweigerd, konden niet meer annuleren en gevraagd om een kamer in het hotel. Men werkte wel mee. Dat werd voor twee dagen geregeld, zonder terugbetaling (meer dan €800) maar met een bescheiden bijbetaling (totaal dus ca €1000 voor twee overnachtingen en dagen.) Hebben we geaccepteerd en vertrokken na twee dagen.

Facilities in the apartment were sparse, some cutlery insufficient 2 dishwasher tablets provided. We were at the apartments for 3 nights.

On nous a dit qu on était surclassé et au final grosse marque d infiltration au plafond, ménage moyen, trace sur le lave vaisselle, moumoutes de poussière dans le placard, aspirateur sale avec poussière à l intérieur, sommier déchiré…pour un surclassement 4 étoiles et nuit à 160 euros c est sûr qu on a été déçu …

The cooker - oven had been removed. As we only stayed one night this, was not an issue but for a longer holiday this would not have been convenient.

Apartment not ready when we arrived at 1600, had to wait 20 minutes

The website said there would be a microwave, so we didn't expect a hob & the fact the micro would also grill, so preparing food a breeze.

The stairs up to the property, had knee surgery so stairs difficult, but I hadn't thought about the difficulties & probably should have asked the residence for a ground floor studio

The location is good as the residence is a short walk from Roscoff city centre. There's a private car park which in full season is probably 'vital'.

Where do I star! Staff don't seem to know what's going on at the Thalasso providing conflicting information. I had a feeling that those staying at the Residence weren't considered as those staying at the Hotel mainly building. The Thalasso is very old and there's no booking or reservation system which means that it can get very crowded with 7 people sitting in the jacuzzi at one time, for example. The flat itself is ok but not equipped to cook for a family of four. I would say you get what you pay for. The electric hob was taking ages to heat up and it would take ages even to make hard eggs. I was told I could phone reception at any time to ask anything. I did and it didn't work, I could hear the receptionist but she couldn't hear me and hang up! I had to use my mobile to phone. The TV remote didn't work properly and was filthy. The inside of the toilet door was stained and the floor and wall dirty or needed a bit of paint. The mattresses were very hard, some find these comfortable but we find them too hard for us. I don't think we'll be back and I'll not positively advertise this place to family and friends.

All great, apartment very clean and welll equipped, short walk to centre, hotel staff excellent.

Only thing would have been to be able to make ice either in the fridge or a little ice machine.
