There wasn’t any water included in the room. We went to the bar and asked it was 6 euros for a big bottle and the tiny bottles (less than a can of coke) were 3 euros 50. Some of the staff were so lovely and helpful but some were quite unfriendly

Our experience with this hotel has been extremely disappointing, especially because of the way we were treated after making our reservation through the hotel’s official website. Before our stay, we made a reservation directly through the hotel’s official website. We were subsequently contacted by someone pretending to be the hotel. This person had very specific information about our reservation, including our exact check-in date, the number of nights, and other information that we had only entered through the hotel’s website. Because of this, we genuinely believed the message was legitimate and came from the hotel. We were then directed to a website through a link and made a payment for what we believed was our hotel stay. It turned out to be a scam. We immediately contacted the hotel and explained what had happened. We informed them that their website or reservation system appeared to have been compromised, because the scammers had access to very specific information about our booking. Despite this, the hotel simply told us that this was our problem and our fault. There was absolutely no willingness to help us find a solution or offer any form of compensation. The message was essentially: you paid the wrong party, so now you have to pay us the full amount again. After spending months trying to recover the money we had lost, we ultimately had no choice but to pay the hotel the full amount again. We therefore paid twice for the same stay, without receiving any discount, compensation, or other form of assistance from the hotel. And unfortunately, the disappointment did not end there. When we arrived at the hotel, we brought up the situation again and asked whether they could at least think along with us and offer some form of compensation or a reasonable solution. Once again, there was absolutely no willingness to help. On top of that, we were confronted with several additional costs that were not clearly communicated to us beforehand. This includes a €65 cleaning fee that we have to pay at the end of our stay. We also have to pay to use regular shower towels. Not even beach or pool towels — simply towels to take a shower. For a stay that costs us more than €200 per night, we find this extremely disappointing. The room itself also does not meet the standard we would expect for this price and given the overall appearance and image of the hotel. There is air conditioning only in the living room and no air conditioning in the bedroom, meaning the bedroom does not cool down properly. On top of that, the curtains are extremely poor, allowing a huge amount of sunlight into the room in the morning, which means we are basically woken up by the sunlight every day. However, what disappoints us the most is the customer service and attitude towards guests. We understand that a hotel cannot necessarily be held responsible for every type of fraud. What we do expect, however, is that a hotel takes a situation like this seriously and makes an effort to help guests who have potentially lost a significant amount of money because someone had access to highly specific booking information. Instead, we were repeatedly made to feel that it was simply “our problem.” Even after arriving at the hotel and explaining the entire situation again, there was no attempt to find a solution or offer us any kind of goodwill gesture. A hotel can have a beautiful appearance and a luxurious image, but ultimately, the way you treat your guests says much more about the quality of the hotel. And in that regard, we are extremely disappointed. Our advice: do not book this hotel. Especially not for these prices. We expected a hotel of this size and with this kind of image to provide decent customer service and at least make an effort to help when something this serious happens involving a guest’s reservation. Unfortunately, we experienced none of that. For us, this is absolutely not a hotel we can recommend.

Die Zimmer sind okay. Schade war, dass das Hotel keine Liegen am Strand, sondern nur am Pool besitzt. Das hätte es für mich perfekt gemacht.

Der kleine Strand direkt neben dem Hotel mit kristallklarem Wasser und schöner Steinformationen, die Sonnenuntergänge, der Pool mit Meerblick, die schön materialisierten Restaurant-, Bar- und weiteren Aufenthalts-Terrassen mit viel Holz direkt am Meer haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Rien (peut être juste que la chambre au rez-de-chaussée a une vue mer mais pas si on est assis sur un transat car il y a un petit muret et de la végétation ;-) )

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025Hotel Abbartello is a beautifully maintained hotel located in a stunning and relatively secluded spot right by the water, surrounded by gorgeous beaches both at the hotel and nearby. The hotel features a great pool and a restaurant with a breathtaking sea view, serving delicious food. Our room was spacious with a fantastic sea view, the bed was comfortable, and the WiFi worked perfectly.
The only downsides were the breakfast, which we found quite average, and a persistent issue with ants near the balcony doors that lasted throughout our entire stay. Although we had no food in the room, the cleaning staff swept them away daily, but they kept coming back.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Die Lage ist fantastisch. Das Restaurant direkt an kleinen Strand und über den Steinen gelegen einfach traumhaft. Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten. Pool mit Blick aufs Meer , durch ein kleines Tor kommt man über die Restaurant Terrasse direkt zum linken Strand. Auf der anderen Seite 100 m weiter ein weiterer Strand. Direkt hinter dem Hotel auf der anderen Straßenseite liegt ein „Spar „ zum einkaufen und ein süßes kleines Restaurant .

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025Чистый небольшой отельчик после ремонта прямо на берегу моря. Пляжа как такового нет, есть большие камни, о которые разбивается волна. Но такие захватывающие дух виды и очень атмосферно. Спасибо всем замечательным барышням в лобби, они были очень заботливые ко всем просьбам. Мне особенно хочется отметить Хлою, она нас с супругой заселила в номер 401 на 2-ом этаже, подсказала самые красивые места и пляжи, и откликалась на любые наши просьбы. У отеля есть свой бассейн, небольшой фитнесс, ресторан с видом на море и большая парковка. В целом, очень приятный и позитивный опыт, мы остались довольны.
Не очень понятна уборка с 8 до 10, нам утренние часы были неудобны, поэтому мы просто меняли полотенца и запрашивали необходимое, так что все было хорошо. Номера очень маленькие, но комфортные, особенно порадовал большой балкон с видом на море. Немного напрягала душевая, она совсем без двери, поэтому вся вода стекала на пол в большом количестве. Очень непродуманный дизайн, дверцу-то можно было сделать, чтобы каждый раз не убирать мокрый пол. Ещё хотелось бы большей приватности на парковке для гостей (резидентов) отеля, чтобы эти места были отделены от приезжающих поесть в ресторан. Нам места не всегда хватало.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025L’hôtel Abbartello est idéalement situé. Il est doté d’une superbe piscine à débordement ainsi qu’une plage avec peu de monde. Le restaurant a une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et le personnel est très agréable. Je recommande ce séjour pour une famille ou pour un couple. Tout est réuni pour passer de très bonnes vacances !
Le ménage n’avait pas été fait correctement le premier jour, sinon rien à dire.

Reviewed Jul 31, 2025Wat een TOP hotel!!! En het restaurant wat erbij zit is helemaal geweldig, 1 van de mooiste plekjes van Corsica om te eten. Maar het hotel de kamer de locatie etc etc alles is echt super goed! Al met al een geweldig verblijf gehad.
Om 1 ding te noemen (beetje zeuren misschien) maar de dekking van de wifi is matig, met name bij het zwembad.
