最初にチェックインした部屋のシャワーの温水機能が働いておらず、シャワーが浴びれなかったが、フロントに連絡をして違う部屋を当てがってもらった。

It's in a good location, close to many restaurants. The staff is friendly. There is free parking.

You check in and out yourself using a tablet, while the staff simply verify that you're doing it correctly. The next step will be to eliminate the need for staff.

조식을 양식 및 일식으로 선택해서 먹을 수 있어 좋았습니다.

에어컨에 곰팡이가 잔뜩끼어 있어서 시설관리가 부족한 느낌이었습니다.

接待人員有台灣人，使用機台check in蠻方便，房間較小，但還算乾淨，浴池也較小，維護尚可，地點周邊還算方便

とにかく、立地が良かった。 富良野は、 閉店時間が早いお店が多いので、 あまり、ホテルから離れた食事はできないと、、、駅近くで飲食店も多いので立地が良かった

地點就在富良野車站旁邊 停車場有三個所以不用擔心停不到車 附近就有一間大間藥妝店可以補貨 有名的餐廳也都在附近步行可以到 另外入住也有附贈一張葡萄酒兌換卷可以去酒廠兌換 早餐有西式或中式都是好吃的

如果對於房間大小有需求的話 房間稍小 沒辦法一次打開兩個行李箱

歩いて夕食を取りに出かけましたが、紹介してくださった郷土料理屋さんまで距離も短く大変美味しいお店でした。施設も新しく、とても清潔でしたし、スタッフの対応もとても丁寧でした。

はなれに泊まりましたが、広くてキッチン、広いお風呂、洗濯乾燥機完備でした。朝ごはんおいしかったです。

大浴場が小さい、大浴場に行くのにはなれだとカードキーをフロントにもらいに行かなくてはいけない。部屋がホコリっぽくザラザラしてた。

Muchas prohibiciones, cobran por una toalla para el onsen artificial, el desayuno es una bandeja cerrada sin dar opciones más que a si lo prefieres japonés u occidental.

早餐很好。

The staff were very friendly and helpful, for example, sharing with us that heat warning was in effect. There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers, a small hot bath and sauna room, and free parking. Our double room faces the road and has a good view of the houses and fields afar. We didn’t hear any sound from outside. The quality and quantity of the breakfast is good. The room is small and the bed not the most comfortable. We were inly able to sleep better on our second night when the air-conditioner was set to 20C and speed to strong from the default of 25C and speed auto. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Furano station is right across the street and there's a lot of food places around that you don't have to worry about a hungry stomach or rushing for the train and bus. Staff are very friendly and room is comfortable

The staff members are great and speaks good English. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It may not have many frills such as Restaurants or a pool but definitely a clean and nice place to stay!!

Security. The lift does not need a room card to go to each floor.

There was ample free parking and location seems convenient to food options nearby but there was a couple of popular restaurants that need prior booking. Staff were friendly and helped with the check-in and check-out process. They also accommodated us for last minute breakfast request as we didn't book it on the night beforehand.

Rooms were small and tight. The window blinds for the bathroom was on the outside - not a big issue if you trust who you are sharing the room with.

Very convenient location, right smack in the middle with great access to public transport (trains and buses) and rental companies (Toyota) and food.

Next to Furano train station, and just a short walk away from a large convenience store and pharmacy (2mins). We drove, and we were appreciative of free parking.

There was no black out blinds in the room. The shutter blinds were not enough for summer (especially when it is bright at 4.30AM, and we woke up very early due to bright light streaming in. Artificial Onsen, but better than nothing - I did not use it though.

My husband & I recently spent 2 nights at this Hotel during our driving tour of Hokkaido. From the outside, Natulux looked impressive & we had high expectations. However, stepping into the lobby/reception area felt like we had stumbled into a budget hotel...everything looked "cheap"! After checking in and receiving our keys, the next shock came when we entered our room. It was shoebox sized, and the first thing that greeted us was the washbasin/vanity, right smack along the passage leading to the bedroom. The bathroom was so small that they had to bring the basin out! And next, one side of the bed was abut to the wall which means that if I slept inside & wanted to use the bathroom at night, I had to crawl over my husband! Other items in the room looked dated, the curtains smelt musty & even the bedsheets were stained. The bathroom had a sewer smell...no wonder they provided a bottle of room deoderiser in the wardrobe. All in all, I would only give this Hotel 2 stars and the most frustrating part is that we were charged 5 star rates. Breakfast was also a let down, and even though they offered a choice of Japanese or Western, both were equally disappointing!

Breakfast was good. Room was a little small but it had all the basic necessities. Bed, pillows, shower and toilet were all very good. and of course the location was the best, being just across the train and bus stations.

The room could have been bigger. One set of front office staff on June 26 also unnecessarily gave us some anxiety when both ladies told us that it would take two days for our baggage to be received at our hotel in Sapporo when their colleagues had told us the day before (June 25) that it would take only one day. When we arrived at Sapporo, our luggage was there. So in fact it took only one day to be received.

Staff is super kind and helpful

Rooms and communal spaces are old, dirty, small. There is a strong smell , dead bugs and layered dirt . Furniture is in desperate need of a change. Overall, you can’t wait to get out of the place

Extremely close to the train and bus station. Although no ice machine, but upon request, hotel staff will get a full bucket of ice from the restaurant for us. The hotel also given a free coupon to redeem a bottle of wine if we visit the winery.

I liked the location. It was within walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Two pillows were provided so I could choose the one that was firmer. The breakfast was nice even though it was just a set meal.

The room was a little old. There was a sofa in the room. I would rather have a wooden bench than the sofa. Then I could place my luggage on it to open.
