The room is clean and fully equipped with amenities. There are three private onsen rooms, and the location is not far from convenience stores.

The air conditioner in the room wasn't cooling properly. The hotel moved me to a new room, but the cooling performance was still only slightly better—especially when compared to other hotels I've stayed at.

Facilities and complimentary is good. 3 private hot spring rooms, leisure room with comic books and massage chairs, free ice cream and Yakult

The location of hotel is convenient and the onsen is good. The breakfast is perfect.

The bed is too small for family and there was an extra cost for the kid. The price was quite high even the facility is good but still feel the price was over than it should be.

직원이 친절합니다. 가족탕이 너무 좋습니다. 북해도산 식재료로 구성된 조식이 맛있고, 특히 신선한 메론, 요거트, 카이센동은 최고입니다.

프런트와 객실의 향이 조금 아쉽습니다. 오염으로 인한 냄새는 아닌 것 같습니다만, 들깨기름 냄새와 같은 향이 느껴지는데 저는 그 향이 싫었습니다.

Property is great, loved the facilities. Really like the fact that you can monitor the statuses of the private onsen and washing machines on the top floor. Cultured milk drink and popsicles are available after your onsen.

The two double beds room we chose were too small for our family of 4.

The hotel is right next to Furano station. There is a very nice onsen. The staff was super friendly. We asked for a knife to cut a melon we bought. They offer to cut it for us. We had a great time.

お風呂のお湯が好みの温泉でした。大浴場のドライヤーが2種類あり、素早く乾かせるものと髪を傷めないもののようでした。翌朝の髪の状態がよかったです。入浴後に無料のアイスをいただきました。朝食ビュッフェには海鮮丼やスイカ、メロンがあり、美味しくいただきました。テレビで大浴場の混雑状況やランドリーの空き状況を確認できたのは助かりました。シャワーとトイレと洗面所が別なので、2人で宿泊して1人がシャワー中でもトイレや洗面所を使えるので不自由がなかったです。

貸切風呂がありますが、お盆で混雑しており利用できなかったのが残念です。大浴場には、洗い場がもう少しあるとよかったのにと感じました。

這間酒店整體非常令人滿意！早餐選擇豐富，味道也很好。溫泉非常舒適，浸完之後還有雪條食。早上有益力多飲。晚上10點有拉麵供應。 酒店附近已經有幾間不錯的餐廳，晚餐非常方便，不需要特別開車出去用餐。 雖然這次我是自駕前往，但酒店其實就在火車站附近，交通非常方便，即使沒有自駕的旅客也很適合入住。 是一間非常值得推薦的酒店！

露天風呂が最高でした。 シャワーヘッドも良かったし、シャンプーバーも良かったです。 スチームサウナも良かったです。 マッサージチェアも無料でできて、身体がほぐれました。 展望デッキも最高でした。 夜泣きラーメンも良かったし、朝食のブュッフェも最高でした。メロンが大人気でしたね。塩パンが美味しかったし、もちろん海鮮丼も美味しかったです。ホットケーキも焼きたてで美味しかったです。 お部屋にはマンゴープリンがサービスで置いてあって、気遣いだらけのホテルでした。 また是非行きたいです。

Convenient location and great onsen.

Several ladies in the public bath were talking very loudly and socializing with no regard for others. This is supposed to be a quiet, relaxing ritual but it was awful having to listen to them the entire time. UGH! They clearly were Asian foreigners who did not get clear instructions. Staff should tell them this is a quiet zone when they check in!!!

It was in a central location just next to the train station (if you don’t drive) with convenience store across the street. The onsen is nice with an outdoor tub that overlooks the mountains. The breakfast was very nice with many food variety.

温泉がいつでも入れて最高でした。 朝食をつけていたプランでしたが、山の中だしあまり期待していなかったのです。それなのに海鮮もあり酢飯の用意もあり海苔にとろろなんかもあって大満足の海鮮勝手丼が出来上がり大満足。 プリンはどうもインスタント？卵から作っている感じがしなく残念。どちらかといえば海鮮より乳製品の方を期待していたのでガッカリかな？

そこまでの送迎はあったけど駐車場が遠かったです。

Walking distance to furano station. Room is clean and decent size. Asked for extra pillows and delivered almost immediately. The default pillow is low but is ergo for neck support.

The environment was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

Parking space is quite limited. Upon arrival, the staff had to guide us to a second parking lot and drive us back to the hotel. However, during the rush hour the next morning, we waited a very long time for a staff member to drive us back to the lot, but no one was available, so we ultimately had to walk there ourselves to get the car.

We absolutely love the well-maintained onsen, we went to both private and public ones and they were lovely, we eventually went back to the public one more, it was a large space, showering stalls felt private so it wasn't awkward. Lots of complimentary stuff at the hotel, it's yakult in the morning outside onsen room in the morning and ice cream in the afternoon, made my kids very happy. Complimentary coffee and minute maid orange juice at the lobby, would be great if there's complimentary sake too. Complimentary half ramen at night. Washing machines are free to use, you just have to pay for the dryer.

Bed size was so small, I booked the Hollywood room and they mentioned its 2 single beds pushed together, I was thinking 2 120cm beds(as other hotels we booked uses single beds too but they were 120cm) and that'd be fine for our family of 4, unfortunately it turned out to be 90cm beds, we hardly have space to sleep on the bed, they should put a king size mattress topper so the connecting part is not painful to sleep on. One thing to take note - there is no on-site parking, it was a 2 min walk away which was fine, except that its a small area, if you drive out in the evenings its likely you'd not get a spot later when you return. The staff will guide you to another parking space, and you'll take their car back to the hotel.

今回の旅行が退職記念旅行だった為、お祝いにラベンダーの石鹸と栞を頂きました チァツクイン時間より、早く到着してしまいましたが、チァツクインの時間を少し早めて対応して頂き助かりました 支配人を始め、スタッフの若い皆さんが笑顔で対応してくれ、とても居心地が良かったです

ホテル側の事ではありませんが、海外の方が多く宿泊されており、お風呂で声が大きく煩かった事、使った物をそのままで元に戻さない事等、気になりました

駅近で動きやすく、温泉あり、温泉後の飲料や夜鳴きそばもあり、チェックアウト時間も遅く、ゆったりと過ごせました。

特にありませんが、忙しい時期でうっかりだったのでしょうが、部屋内の前の人のゴミがそのままだった事が少し残念でした。

The bed was hard to sleep

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient too - a carpark just a building away, a 7/11 about 4 minutes on foot, and several restaurants within easy walking distance. The bath facilities were a real highlight. There are 3 private bath rooms of different sizes (first come, first served - you can check availability from the TV in your room), plus regular bath house split by gender. We managed to try all 3 private rooms and they were all great. Everything you need is provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, toner, and moisturiser, plus good quality hair dryers. After the bath, you can grab a free ice block and they offer a variety of flavours. Free ramen was served every night at 10pm and it was genuinely delicious. The location is also great if you enjoy local produce: there's a winery nearby, and the hotel gives you a voucher for a free bottle of wine (choice of red, white, or a third option). There's also a cheese factory close by with an attached pizza place and an ice cream shop with unusual flavours like asparagus. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a relaxing stay with a bit of local flavour built right in.

There was a slight smell from the bathroom but once we closed the door it was fine.

Great hotel in Furano within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, etc. We were based here to explore Furano’s lavender fields. Onsen is great. Staff very friendly. Our room with 2x 2 rooms and 4 single beds was spacious.

大浴場は全体的に少し狭かったですが、清潔で露天風呂も楽しめました。 洗面台もきれいで、ドライヤーも使いやすく、鏡が大きくて良かったです。 客室も程よい広さで、清潔で快適に過ごせました。 朝食も美味しかったです。

駐車場の場所が第3駐車場、第4駐車場と色々変更がありました。 一度停めた駐車場が確定ではなく、チェックインしてから、外出のため車を移動すれば、また再度新しい駐車場を確認しなければいけませんでした。 予め、車移動したら駐車場が変わることを教えて欲しかったです。

There are good dinner places nearby. Liked the private onsen rooms and the ramen supper. Guests could have free icecream after our onsen. The staff are generally attentive too. The surrounding is nice and quiet.

Wished there were good breakfast places around and do not have to rely on hotel breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff - lady on breakfast reception was very nice and receptionist from Nepal. Onsen is amazing, great views and very relaxing being outside. Breakfast is a fantastic spread with lots of Japanese options. Lots of free extras make for a special stay.

Fantastic breakfast buffet, great facilities such as private onsens and massage chairs. Convenient location next to train/bus station.

Very expensive but limited number of hotels in downtown Furano probably means less competition and higher prices. Was shocked to be told at check-in "no cleaning". You had to pay extra to get your room cleaned on top of an expensive room rate. I never get my room cleaned when I travel but to charge extra for it is obscene. Have never encountered this weird policy anywhere else in the world ! Pillows were awful. You can ask for a softer one at reception but still not the quality you would expect at a 4 star hotel.

It probably offers the best service and facilities in Furano City I have been a couple of times to Furano and stayed at different host houses, airbnbs and hotels. This time I am bringing my elderly family members there and decided to stay at La Vista by Dormy Inn, and chose their superior twin room. The room is spacious and comfortable. View is spectular. Amenities are sufficient and the shower is superb. The 9th floor is an area not to be miss where you can find all the best things there. Not to miss also the rooftop view of the mountain which is stunning. The in room monitoring system by the TV monitoring the crowdiness of the bath, the laundry, the dining place for breakfast gave us super easiness to plan our activities. The hardware of the hotel is nothing to complain, breakfast is good, ice cream, library, massage chair, late night ramen, laundry, onsen all good. The staff speaks good English when we check in and parking guidance is easy and close to the hotel too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

They however have quite a lot of tour groups during our stay, not to complain but onsen and bath etiquette may not be followed as expected. Bath and Onsen area is nice but when tour groups are there, crowdiness is nothing compared with the noise, loud chatters and disregard of bathing etiquette which raises hygienic issues and causes nuisance to other users. I like the onsen a lot but the noise and inconsiderate by other people makes me reluctant to stay in the onsen.

近くのホテル駐車場がいっぱいで、第5まで誘導された。送迎はしてくれるけど、駐車場遠いのは、マイナスです。

早餐很棒,我食用了很新鮮的生魚片還有很棒的日式餐點,包含甜點. 消夜的拉麵也很簡單,味道非常好. 泡湯的選擇很多,還有個人湯屋,泡湯後的養樂多與冰棒也很貼心. 以上都是免費,CP值很好,下次應該早點入住,享受飯店的設施.

The service was excellent. The staff at the entrance were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. They helped us unload our luggage and directed my husband to the parking area. Complimentary drinks were available in the lobby, along with free ramen at night, although I did not have the opportunity to try either. Free ice cream was also available in the reading room. The onsen was wonderful. I had the opportunity to enjoy both the main onsen and the private onsen for couples. The hotel also has a laundry room, where the washing machines are free to use, although there is a charge for the dryers.

The staff member who assisted me during check-in was not particularly pleasant. The room was also rather small, and there was hardly any walking space once we had opened our luggages. Though small, the layout was great and I found it cosy.

They come with private Onsen that are FCFS basis and limited for 30mins use each time. They serves ice cream and yakult plus midnight supper at no costs daily. The communal onsen was great too

Amazing stay with incredible onsen and perks! Highly recommend La Vista Furano Hills! The room was very big and exceptionally clean. The main bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the extra bed provided for the kids made our stay even better. The hot spring experience was amazing. The onsen is very nice, and the private onsen rooms were an extremely wonderful experience! We also loved the thoughtful complimentary treats—the yogurt and ice cream after the bath were great, and the free night-time ramen was delicious. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We didn't like that the room TV only had local channels and lacked YouTube support. Adding smart features would make it perfect

ホテル全体を通して、お客様の事をよく配慮してるなという感想です。よかった点は、風呂上がりのアイスのサービス、露天風呂の近くにタオルを置く場所があること、リハァのシャワー、安全対策、ベットの快適さ、室内着、お風呂用にビニール袋のサービスなどです。ぜひおすすめしたいホテルでした。ワインのプレゼントもとっても嬉しかったです。

朝食は、ちょっと高いなという印象です。海鮮丼はおいしかったですが、もう少し安くしていただけたら嬉しかったです。娯楽がなくて、残念でした。お土産屋さんも見あたらなかったです。あったのかもしれないですが、目につく場所にありませんでした。やはり、料金が閑散期の割には高いなと思ってしまいました。そこが残念というか、お得感がなかったです。YouTubeも見れなくて残念でした。BSよりも若いひとはYouTubeだと思います。

조식부페의 메뉴가 다양하고 맛도 좋았습니다. 다른 호텔에서 보지 못한 카이센동 같은 메뉴도 있었습니다. 객실에서 보이는 후라노 전망이 매우 훌륭했습니다.

Private onsen pools were great for those shy people or those who want privacy. Results in emptier public bath which is fantastic for those who want to relax fully.

The private onsen comes with timing, so you gotta queue or have good luck.
