Necesita reforma integral, electrodomésticos viejos y mal funcionamiento, aire acondicionado estropeado, el cierre de la ventana roto, asi que podían entrar cuando quisieran, limpian cada 3 dias, cuarto baño viejo y con mal mantenimiento, y seguro se me olvidó algo

No me gustaron los colchones de las camas pequeñas del apartamento, las almohadas q nos tocaron ni lo que es el trayecto para ir y volver hasta la piscina para personas de movilidad reducida ( repito ,el que nos tocó a nosotros)

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026De mooie ligging rustig apart hotel alles op korte wandel afstand supermarkten souvenierswinkels restaurants en het mooie strand. Het openbaar vervoer kan je ook aan de post op de hoek nemen naar het zuiden.
Het zwembad was vroeg gesloten en mag op zen minst 1u later sluiten zoals bij andere apart hotels. De bar aan het zwembad was gesloten tijdens heel het verblijf wat we wel jammer vonden.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Lo que más me gustó fue la piscina, y el sitio que está bien ubicado ya que tenemos un supermercado Lidel a pocos metros.Agradecer a Nico el recepcionista que nos acomodó en otra habitación y se portó muy bien con nosotros facilitando el traslado y dándonos soluciones, al contrario del otro recepcionista, en fin es una pena pero el sitio está obsoleto y necesita muchas reparaciones.
Las habitaciones obsoletas, sin aire acondicionado, ya que se hacía insoportable dormir, nos dejaron unos pingüinos pero hacían mucho ruido lo que después te afectaba al descanso.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026All The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble, from recommending a restaurant to helping us Hire a car. The Apartment itself was amazing exactly as advertised. It was spotless and we had cleaning service several times during our 2week stay. There was so much room and the Balcony/ terrace area was fabulous.
This isn't an issue with the apartment more the general area. Everything was on a hill..... not normally a problem but I recently injured my leg so that kind of walking was difficult for me. This is something to note for anyone with any mobility issues.

El último dia tuvimos un percance con otros huéspedes xq mi hijo d 3 añitos estaba sin bañador, en la piscina y me parece q la gente debería de ser mas empatica,y ponerse en el lugar de nosotros ya que no saben como es el niño ni que a su corta edad esta en proceso d aprendizaje de las cosas y parece que se escandalizaron x ver eso.

Falta de carteles con las normativas del hotel y piscina. Con estos carteles informativos se evitarían quejas sobre el uso de la piscina así como los horarios de descanso.

Hacen todo lo posible pasta que te sientas cómodo y con la mejor de las sonrisas. Ahora el complejo está muy viejito. Es la única pega. Pero muy limpio

🧗♂️ L'hôtel compte beaucoup d'escaliers. Ce n'est vraiment pas le plus pratique si vous voyagez avec des enfants en bas âge (poussettes, petits qui fatiguent vite, etc.)

Reviewed May 19, 2026Ideally situated for our short stay. A 20 min walk each way to puerto de Santiago beach and centre and the same to Los Gigantes. Great friendly staff, life guard at pool. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Ours was a little dated but completely adequate and very comfortable. Massive balcony. Pool was warm and a great size. Very chilled feel. If you want to keep your break cheap, Lidl is just behind it across the road!
Probably the time of year but the pool bar wasn't open.

This property is over20 years old and I have been staying there for many visits but there is deterioration that is not being addressed ie bathrooms need completely renewing. Basic utensils need upgrading. Flooring is shabby. Insect fumigation needs addressing as standard practice and basically the apartments are in dire need of refurbishment

Lavadora rota que debió haber sido revisada con antelación y aún así no acudió en los 5 días de estancia ningún técnico. No estaba bien limpio, había demasiado ruido ..la piscina muy pequeña y mucha gente apenas habían hamacas para todos. Lo mejor era el tamaño del apartamento de resto ni bar ni cafetería nada servicios nulos no repito más la estancia ahí

Pues que cogimos la estancia con bar piscina y era mentira , el bar piscina estaba cerrando porque se Iban de ahí, la limpieza daba asco , nos vinieron a limpiar y solo cambiaron las toallas y cambiaron la basura , no fregaron , no le pasaron a las vasijas , ni barrieron , parque cuna roto y quemado , tuvieron que venir a cambiármelo, pésimo y como nos quedamos nos dieron 2 días de parking gratis .decepcionante .

Opening times for a swimming pool. Other holes around hat it open much longer than our hotel. This time of the year it should be open at least till 8.00pm

Unfortunately the place is due refurbishment and it smelt damp when we arrived, the water didn’t stay hot enough for more than 1 person out of 6 to shower. Then we had a burst pipe flooding the whole apartment at 2:40am… thankfully it was noticed by one of our group so we all knew to be careful and although very disturbing , thankfully no one slipped over

No atmosphere at the pool bar. Some music would have been nice. No food allowed around the pool so you have to eat there, €4 for a small portion of chips.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Spokojne miejsce, czysto, bardzo miła obsługa i piękny widok na klify. Mieliśmy w apartamencie wszystko czego nam było potrzeba i dodatkowym plusem byl podgrzewany basen.
Najsłabszym punktem były śniadania, ale w tej cenie, naprawdę nie ma na co narzekać.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Ruim appartement, goed uitgerust. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, receptionist gaf veel tips over de buurt en waar lekker eten. Ruim balkon. Slaapkamer had goede verduisterende gordijnen. Was ook goed gelegen in een rustig stadje, waar toch voldoende restaurants en winkels waren, maar niet te toeristisch.
Garage vol was en daar niet kon parkeren. Wel jammer dat het zwembad al om 19 uur dicht was. Bedden iets te hard.
