Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und bemüht. Besonders schön ist der große Pool mit direktem Blick auf das Meer – definitiv das Highlight der Anlage. Auch die ruhige Lage direkt am Strand hat uns gefallen.

Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und an vielen Stellen merkt man, dass eine Renovierung nötig wäre. Teilweise wirkte es leider auch etwas ungepflegt und schmuddelig. Die Anlage muss früher einmal wirklich schön gewesen sein, entspricht für uns heute aber nicht mehr dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Realistisch würden wir sie eher bei 2,5 bis 3 Sternen einordnen. Schade, denn das freundliche Personal und die Lage hätten deutlich mehr Potenzial verdient.

Le personnel de cet établissement est l'un des plus sympathiques que j'ai rencontrés. Une propreté irréprochable dans les chambres. Nous avons même eu la chance d'être surclassé

L'endroit est un petit peu trop éloigné mais c'est ma faute car je n'ai pas bien identifié l'emplacement sur la carte. Je suis certain que l'emplacement convient aux personnes qui connaissent la région et qui recherchent un endroit calme.

Für unseren Zwischenhalt war es sehr gut. Auch der Strand sieht toll aus. Parkieren direkt vor dem Hotel ist auch angenehm. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ausgiebig. Der Pool toll und mit gutem Service von Drinks und Essen direkt zur Sonnenliege.

Wir hatten Probleme die Klimaanlage einzustellen. Es funktionierte nicht richtig bei der Anzeige. So hatte ich keine gute Nacht zur Erholung für die Weiterfahrt am nächsten Tag. Meine Frau versuchte die Sprudelbadewanne neben dem Bett in Betrieb zu nehmen. Das "Erlebniss" endete in einer kleinen "Überschwemmung" und alles im Umkreis wurde nass....

Im großen und ganzen eine schöne Anlage. Restaurant ist auch nicht schlecht aber teurer als im Umkreis üblich. Service ist in Ordnung aber ausbaufähig.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen die Ausstattung. Der Pool ist leider wirklich fertig, überall gehen die Steinchen ab. Und wirklich sauber war er auch nicht.

Beautifully arranged and glorious pool

The restaurant service was a little haphazard and the standard of food poor. The hotel only had a few guests but they could not really cope the poor guy by the pool bar was running around between restaurant and pool bar.

A very quiet location away from shopping malls and commercial distractions. Large rooms. The staff were very keen to please and try their best but the standard of training is more typical of a rural town hotel. But they helped us find a wedding ring that had been wrapped in a tissue and accidentally thrown in the bin! Thank you so much for that. Beside a long soft sand beach for pleasant exercise. A very good local restaurant 2 km away (Baan Suan Bu Na) was the highligt of our stay. Husband and wife team produce really excellent Thai food. Eat all of your meals there! Electric Vehicle charging point (THB150) across the road from the hotel.

Hotel is rather tired now with old and worn sheets and towels. The swimming pool water is cloudy so the filter isn't working. The sea surf is brown due to mud in the water so no one goes swimming. The hotel has a long standing problem with pigeons but since it is next to a temple there is little that they can do about it except to put up netting. The birds leave their mark on the windows and the walkways and their constant calling lets you know they are there.

Not much

There were a few things wrong with this property (not well maintained, staff didn't speak English, room was not cleaned, food was below par, service was of bad quality, etc) but the worst is that we were robbed! After checking out my wife realised that she left a Ralph Lauren hoodie/sweater back in the room. It was 15m after we left so we straight returned to get it. After struggling to explain the situation (the staff doesn't speak English) we went to the room and looked for it but it was not there already. The cleaning staff said they didn't see it and pretended to look under the bed or between the dirty sheets and towels, but it was already not there. After I asked for the manager who spoke some English and she looked for it but offered no explanation for the fact that it was gone. I contacted the property afterwards asking if it was found but again, just an excuse with no explanation or assuming responsibility. We are sure it was there. Unfortunately this was a vintage yellow hoodie/sweater that my wife always used during holidays for some years now. It had sentimental value connected with holidays. Now it's gone. It was obviously stolen. We are pretty sure that the hotel knows it, and they don't want to assume responsibility. Never coming back to this hotel, and would advise anyone to avoid it!

We had an incident reason for which 2 of the parties arrived a day later than planned. The hotel staff was very welcoming and gave us an upgrade which made our stay even better. Staff friendly and welcoming.

The ocean water is muddy and hence is not very inviting for swimming at this strip of the beach. So one needs to rely on the pool. We also found the food to be too sweet.

Det minder mig om filmen ondskabens hotel - totalt øde , ingen service overhovedet - køkkenet var altid tomt og maden var direkte klam og så er der ikke et marked i miles omkreds - værelserne lugter af mug og deres jacuzzi var så beskidt og balkonen … ja det føles som at bo i et stort fuglebur … ad aldrig igen

Very isolated

The property is lovely and right on the beach. The food was excellent. We had breakfast and lunch- both we were very happy with. The staff were very good.

We needed a hand rail up the stairs in the pool villa as my husband has injured his back. Mosquito nets on the door to the villa would be a good idea. We took wine to have in the villa but there were no glasses. The hotel doesn’t have any coffee shops or restaurants nearby but was well placed for Kuri Buri National Park.

The staff are excellent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Quiet rooms, so we slept very well.

The restaurant and bar gave very good service but a number of items on the menu were not available.

Il giorno del check in siamo arrivati tardi e al ristorante la sera (okay, erano quasi le 22 - orario di chiusura) quando abbiamo chiesto per il dolce ci hanno portato invece la ricevuta. Il giorno dopo, quando abbiamo fatto aperitivo le prime 2 birre le abbiamo pagate 200 bath, il secondo giro (sempre due birre) ce le hanno fatte pagare 400 bath..... perché? Non ci hanno dato spiegazioni.

I like the large size of room and bed. Breakfast is good especially Thai desserts like Khanom Krok.

We stayed in a 3-bedroom pool villa that were 3-storey building, each storey had one bedroom. Since each villa was connected with tall wall in between, it blocked the wind to blow especially at the front area that had low level awning made us feel burned. We had to spend most of the time in the bedroom with air-con on. Moreover, the outdoor area around the pool has no drain, the floor is quite slippery and get very dirty when wet.

Can totally recommend. Very friendly staff. The junior suite is amazing! We got it as a free room upgrade. Very lage and beautiful room. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The pool is nice. Location was good for us, in the center of the national park and the cave.

We stayed there on our journey south after visiting Kui Buri NP. Check in was quick and the apartment huge. We had a place at the 4th floor with views on coconut palms and a bit of the sea. There is a gigantic living room with a kitchen as well as two ensuite bedrooms. There is a bathtub on the balcony. At night there are mosquitos outside, so we did not try it. There is a huge pool and also a children's pool - the latter not usable while we were there. The beach is right next to the pool though and very nice. The water is not crystal clear, but perfectly suited for swimming with the children. We had the beach for ourselves. The breakfast was a la carte, tasty and plentyful. It was not totally clear what you would get based on the English names. There is a childrens play room (Kids Club) with lots of toys. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Very clean rooms. Rooms were large and have a mini kitchen. Kids club available. The hotel is on the beach. There is enough car parking (not covered).

The facility condition looks old. The swimming pool was not filled up, many tiles were broken and it was easy to get injured. the breakfast was the main disappointment. On one hand there was a fresh omelette stall which was really good, but the rest was not good enouugh. no real coffee or fruit juice.

Poor English skills, can open the window by myself- it was locked.

The staff are friendly, especially the bellboy who also helped patking.

It was ok. I typed in prachuap Lori jan as the destination. Not being from the area I didn’t notice how far the hotel was from where I wanted to be. The food was ok but a bit heavy on the fried end of the spectrum. Definitely get a salad. It was an ok place to just relax and get away from the city

This place is worth more than what you spend. The spacious rooms and common guest areas pleased us. We were disappointed by the kids club being closed, but everything else was beyond our expectations. Great for family and couple trips.
