Wonderful property with lovely staff. Service was superb. Location was brilliant for the ferry and the shrines. Stayed half-board and really enjoyed the food.

ひとり旅で訪れた宮島 こちらの宿はフェリー乗り場のすぐ目の前にあるので利便性がバツグンでした。 お部屋も清潔で使い勝手が良く心地よく過ごせました。スマートテレビがあり、ランドリー設備があるのもポイントが高いです。 大浴場もとても清潔で混み合うこともなくゆっくりと利用出来ました、部屋からタオルを持っていかなくても浴室入口に置かれてあるタオルを使える点も良かったです。 朝夕の食事はバイキング形式で、一人でもゆっくり落ち着いて食事が出来て満足でした。 選んで良かったと思える宿でした。

Excellent séjour de 4 nuits dans cet hôtel, ce qui nous a permis de faire nos visites à contre courant des flux touristiques. Le petit déjeuner est très abondant et délicieux, la chambre calme et confortable (dommage de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre). Joli onsen peu fréquenté au dernier étage. Personnel très souriant et sympathique.

The hotel was really close to the Ferry Terminal and we were able to drop our bags and head off quickly to see the sites. Restaurants close early on the island so eat around 5-6pm. Staying overnight lets you go up the ropeway at 9am before the day crowds hit (they are substantial). We went over on the JR Ferry and came back on the fast boat to the Hiroshima Peace Park. The Ropeway is excellent. Hotel breakfast is very good.

Location: it's a few steps from the ferry/boat ports, so you don't have to lug your bags through the island. All the sensational things to see on Miyajima are in walking distance. Food: I only had breakfast, but people seemed to like the cocktail bar too. Breakfast wasn't complex: half continental, half Japanese, all fresh and good. I appreciated the salads every morning. Extras: the cheapest coin laundry I ever seen in Japan. Free drinks (including 10+ types of coffee/tea, soft drinks) and ice cream in the lobby. Rooms: much bigger than the Japanese average, with a fantastic bathroom and an enourmous bed. I personally didn't like the pillows, but that was survivable. Staff: the best thing in all these good things: everyone was always 100% helpful and kind. If you come to Miyajima (and you really should), this is the hotel to stay.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just to the left of the ferry exit. The staff are very friendly and all speak English. The rooms are very clean, and the hot spring baths are a real treat! There's a small bar on the first floor, as well as a lounge for guests to use, offering a variety of free drinks, coffee, tea, and even ice cream. There's also a restaurant on the basement floor, offering a buffet-style Japanese and Western breakfast and dinner, with a wide variety and delicious food. I'd definitely stay here again if I had the chance. Highly recommended!

なんと言っても食事が美味しいです。 親子とも偏食なので、旅館などのよくある 食事提供のサービスと違い、ビュッフェタイプはとても助かります。 さらにシェフの献立も好みに合い、まず食事でホテルをリピートしました。 3度目になりますが、何度来ても食事が最高です。 また次回もお世話になります。

Excellent customer service provided by a young lady by the name Hazuki ,who spoke superb English facilitated check in and she explained all the services that were provided by the hotel including the rooftop Onsen. Superior food choices offered at breakfast , along with comfortable room options & a very hospitable staff made for a wonderful stay in Miyajima !

一階ラウンジの無料ドリンクやスイーツのサービスは特に良かった。ラウンジが混み合うこともなく、いつも気軽に利用でき、ゆったり過ごせる。夏場で喉がとにかく乾くので、外出して帰ってきてラウンジに直行して、一息つけるのは至福でした。

Remarkable property on one of the most beautiful islands on earth.

Extremely convenient location across from the JR Ferry terminal. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to our 2 year old. The room and bath were beautiful. Breakfast buffet was great and the free drinks/treats in the lobby were a nice addition

Charming place. Ideal so that you can feel a part of Miyajima island. Staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. Understand their western guests while still making you feel like you are having an authentically Japanese experience. So convenient to the fairy boat but just out of the way of all the tourist traffic. Ready to go back.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is ideal: right across from the ferry, great views, and close to shopping and hiking. The staff went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcome -- can't say enough about our stay

食事が美味しかった。

The hotel is super nice, and all the staff are very friendly. They knew it was our honeymoon and even gave us a gift. Highly recommended.

The staff rarely speak English. It’s very hard to communicate with them. They gave us a room next to the elevator. It’s very noise early in the morning and late in the evening. I spoke with them 2x about the noise。They didn’t do anything about it. The breakfast selection is very limited compared to other hotels given the same price.

Great and helpful service from staff on the front desk and a nice hotel in a great location for travel from Hiroshima. The hotel itself is very clean, modern, and well equipped. Would have loved a cold bath and sauna along with the onsen but realize you can't have everything you want.

No vale lo que cuesta. La cama es una tabla con colchones delgados. La ubicación es buena, pero es demasiado caro, no lo vale. Mejor quedarse en Hiroshima.

Great hotel on every level - wish we could have stayed longer.

Check in at 3pm but you can rest at the lounge area for drinks and ice cream. Walking to the Torri gate takes about 10-12min but lots of interesting shops to browse thru. The magnificent Torri gate is definitely worth seeing and you can go out at low tide. The miyajima JR ferry terminal is just across the hotel which made access easy. Dinner at hotel was buffet style , not say plenty food options but most items are done well. Same about breakfast too. You will not regret taking a room facing the ocean. Pay that bit more. Hospitality at hotel is excellent.

女子3人で泊まっても部屋が広く荷物もひろげられ、洗面所の所に化粧ポーチなども3人分置けるので、とても快適な部屋でした。

El hotel esta muy bien y justo delante de la estacion de Ferry. Personal amable. Hay un salon comun donde tomar cafe/infusiones y degustar unos dulces típicos de la isla, todo gratis. Delante de recepcion tambien hay una panaderia con bolleria por si apetece comprar. Habitacion muy espaciosa. El onsen esta muy bien, con productos de cosmetica facial. Hay todo tipo de ammenities para el aseo, así como yukata. Nosotros cenamos en el hotel, buffet de comida, bebida y licores, y la verdad que bastante bien y variado

格式張った感じはしませんが、快適に過ごせました。大浴場も客室も清潔で必要な物は揃っていたと思います。 客室の窓には障子があり、遮光カーテンはありませんでしたが、窓とベッドの間にブラインドが下ろせるようにしてあったため、眩しい等の問題はなかったです。 ビュッフェスタイルの食事は、品数が豊富で素材が良く、どれを食べても美味しかったです。夕食時にはアルコール類も追加料金不要で提供され、スウィーツ系デザートも種類が豊富でした。また、朝食のフレンチトーストも美味しかったです。

館内でのんびり過ごせた

Great hotel; the shower is too small and awkward for people above 5’ 7”; kind of dangerous. Also, why a slanted step up going into room? Not necessary and also dangerous.

After battling crowds in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima, Miyajima and the Hotel Miyajima Villa were just what the doctor ordered. So much that as soon as we checked in for a two-night stay, we extended by an additional night. Ideally located just steps from the ferry and a short walk to the island's attractions, the hotel is immaculate, comfortable and staffed by very helpful, courteous staff. The buffet breakfast got each day off to a good start and our afternoon soaks in the top floor onsen were a great way to get rid of the kinks.

Good stay, uncomfortable beds, we are not used to Japanese beds. We need wester style mattresses. But an over all great Hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The location couldn’t be better.

Good-sized room with surprisingly tiny bathroom. Bathroom so poorly designed that it is very difficult to actually use. No place to hang towels or clothes. Angled step near bathroom door that makes falling easy. Spoke to manager about same. Room significantly overpriced for such discomfort. Would not recommend.

It's a high end hotel with an onzen, and a 1 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The high room prices reflect this. Hikes on the island are really great, and the Itsukushima Jinja Otorii (Grand Torii Gate) makes for a great photo opportunity. The wild but very tame deer are cute but of course certain foolish/ignorant tourists insist on feeding them even though it is forbidden (and moreover bad for the deer).

Everything about this stay was excellent. The hotel and rooms were nicely appointed with amenities and the food (bar, restaurant, and bakery) was all excellent. The onsen was fantastic, very well maintained and clean. Additionally, the location right next to the ferry and just minutes from the main shopping arcade was perfect. Itsukushima shrine and Mt Misen should not be missed! We wanted a few quiet days in between the big cities, and this hotel is the one to stay at!

Very close to the ferry when you arrive. The staff are lovely and helpful, however, the rooms are a bit strange. Our queen room with Mountain View didn’t have a window (other than the one in the bathroom), and the view was of shrubs outside, not mountains. Maybe because we were on the second floor… Breakfast buffet was very plain for the price you pay for this hotel, if you have to pay extra for the breakfast, I strongly suggest you skip it, it’s not worth the price. It’s a decent hotel but I don’t think it’s good value for money.

The best thing is that it is right across from the ferry, so very easy to find. They facility is very clean and the meals are excellent. A little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. They public bath facility is great.

Awesome place to stay. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms (ours even had a massage chair!), great breakfast including western options. Just across the road from the ferry terminal. Definitely recommended.

施設や食事は良かったです。残念だったのは、遮光カーテンがなかったことです。部屋の中に外からの光が入り、明るいままでした。後、ベッドのマットレスやコンフォターの質も期待以下でした。温泉施設は普通でしたが、食事の質は高く、種類も豊富でした。

Hôtel très bien placé à côté de l embarcadère.Le personnel de l hôtel est très professionnel. Notre chambre était spacieuse et très agréable . La literie est excellente.Nous avons pris le buffet à volonté le soir sur place car il n’y a pas grand chose sur l île. Il y avait beaucoup de choix .très bon petit déjeuner

Given that it was raining when we arrived we were glad the hotel was right by the ferry station. Rooms were very comfortable. We booked dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both were buffets, but the selection was very good and it felt like a choose your own kaiseki. The service was also excellent, the front desk helped us make a restaurant reservation for the next day. The onsen is as pictured, with separate sides for men and women. Outfits were provided that you could wear to the onsen.

夕食のビュッフェが印象的で、 奥田シェフセレクトのワインも料理にとても合っていて満足度の高い食事になりました。 スタッフの皆さんの笑顔がとても素敵でした。

スタッフの皆さんが笑顔で対応してくださり、チェックインからチェックアウトまで気持ちよく過ごせました。 大浴場は畳敷で、足元が冷たく無いし滑りにくかったので、全世代が安心して入浴できると思いました。 海側の部屋に宿泊しました。残念ながら鳥居は見えない距離でしたが、桟橋の目の前で、荷物を預けて散策に行けるので行きも帰りもとても便利がよかったです。 また宿泊させていただきたいです。 ありがとうございました。

セルフドリンクいただけるラウンジスペースがとても落ち着いていて良かったです。 ベッド横のコンセント🔌便利でした。

和モダンな雰囲気の部屋は居心地が良く、癒されました。部屋からの景色も朝と夕方でそれぞれ違った景色がありどちらも楽しむことができました。

フェリーターミナル駅とタクシー乗り場から近いのでチェックインが簡単ですぐに観光出来ました。部屋も豪華でアメニティも充実しててくつろげました。5階の浴場の洗い場が畳敷きなのが新鮮でしたが、大きいお風呂だけでサウナとかはないのでお風呂を重要視するならもっといいところがあるかもです。

The location is ideal as it is directly across the street from the ferry. The shopping street and the famous Itsukushima Shrine is just a short walk away. I stayed in a room that had the bed in an upstairs loft. Things to consider if you book this room are the stairs are pretty steep and it’s not a small flight of stairs. The shower is separate from the toilet. The shower opens up to the hallway In the room, there is no separate area to change in privacy. I loved the bed, I think the mattress was on the floor or only slightly lifted off the floor but is was very comfy. I did eat at the buffet for dinner one evening and I didn’t enjoy it for the price however it did include Beer, wine and some spirits so if you are a drinker then it may be worth it. Other than the buffet you really can’t go wrong with this hotel. The staff there are the best and I look forward to going back!!

Hotel Miyajima Villa is a well located hotel just across the street from the ferry landing. The room I had was interesting. It was on the top floor and was a loft room. I found it fun but would recommend other rooms to anyone who has a problem climbing a steep staircase/ladder to the bed level. The staff is excellent. There is a little bakery in the lobby that sells delicious bread. The restaurant is in the basement but is excellent. On the topmost floor there is an onset bath that looks out over Hiroshima Bay. It is an artificial onset but the water is very soothing to the skin.

食事が残念だった。

The location was excellent close to the ferry. The accommodation was spacious, clean and the staff were attentive and professional. The scenic onsen was also an experience not to be missed. Dinner options seem to be limited on the island but if you love oysters you’re in for a treat! The bar offered a limited range of tasty snacks and the Miyajima Micro brewery serves excellent deer beer! Very much needed after a hike up Mt Misen.

They have a free coffee/tea/soft drink bar all day and night. As a special campaign, they offered free Haagen Dazs ice cream!! Their bakery is excellent. Try the blueberry twist bread.

Amazingly comfortable, pleasant, beautiful and sophisticated. The lobby plays the best jazz music and has wonderful books. Free tea and pajamas. Cool Onsen. Yummy small bakery in the lobby. Perfect location right when u arrive on the island. Stayed 3 nights. Wanted more.

大浴場で髪を乾かす時に、足元に髪の毛落ちまくりのまま。清掃回数少ないと思う。 料理は、凝り過ぎて味に疑問なモノもあったが、品数も多いしトータルでは美味しかった。フルーツの新鮮さに欠けてる。 →これは、ホテルズドットコムへのこと。トリプルの部屋予約を、ツイン予約に変更した後、ホテルズドットコムからも変更完了メールが届いたのに、実際はトリプルのままだった。宮島別荘フロントに尋ねたけれど、ツインルームが満室のためトリプルのままでとなりました。

Good clean facility. Great location for those with luggage hotel is right in front of ferry peer. A bit disappointed not having have Japanese style dinner available.

항구 바로 앞에 있음 시설도 좋음 5층에 온천이 있으나 노천탕은 없고그냥 자그마한 탕하나있음

酒店位置很好, 近碼頭, 只需步行約2分鐘, 且房間很整潔, 職員也很有善, 我們住的房間內的座厠還有自動感應打開蓋和關蓋, 十分先進。

満足のいく滞在でした。コーヒーだけでなく、無料のドリンクバーかあったのがよかったです。パンも美味しかったです。8時からやってたらさらによかったですが、、。寝巻きが外国人用なのか、ちょっといまいちでした。部屋の備品が気がきいたものがありました。全体的に満足のいく滞在で、また機会があったら泊まりたいです。
