宿へのアクセスが送迎なし　それ以外は全てが満足でした。久しぶりに優良な宿で良い旅になりました。

Great property. 6th floor with ocean view and private hot bath is perfect.

L'hôtel est dans son jus. Vieillot , il mériterait grandement un coup de neuf . Nous avions pris une chambre avec osen sur le balcon, très bien. La chambre était grande , accueillante mais toujours le bruit de la clim . L'hôtel manque grandement d'une extraction d'air, il propose au restaurant du 6e étage, des plats cuits a table , mais pas d'extraction d'air, ça sans le poisson grillé partout dans les couloirs. Le osen hommes est très bien.

食事のレベル高い、食材が非常に良い高台だったので見晴らしが非常良い、ただ道が悪い、フェリー乗り場から遠いので、行くまで大変だったので、また来るのは悩むけど、多分また来ると思う。

muy bien las habitaciones con muchos detalles, amplias y zona muy tranquila vistas de la ciudad y el mar espectaculares. Lo que menos nos gusto es que los pasillos olian mucho a cocina.

Great service from the staff and room (432) was the nicest i have stayed in over 21 years visiting Japan. This is a traditional style Japanese Hotel so no shoes but well worth the stay. Highly recommended and a must over ight stay if visiting Miyajima !

部屋のシャワーの水圧が弱いのと 取り付け金具？が壊れていた

ゆったり温泉に入れてよかった。また、チェックイン前とチェックイン後の荷物預かりをしていただき有り難かった。夜のイベントが楽しかった。

Très bon hôtel. Les chambres avec onsen privatif sont très agréables, ainsi que l'accès à une petite piscine. Dommage que le jour de notre séjour, le store occultant était cassé, le levé de soleil nous a réveillé très tôt.

海側の露天風呂付きお部屋に滞在しました。眺めは最高です。 ベッドは広く、快適でした。 露天風呂と部屋を仕切るドアが固く、閉められなかったせいか、部屋は露天風呂の熱気で熱かったです。 また、スタッフの手違いで暖房がかかっていて、お部屋はサウナ状態でした。 空気清浄機のフィルターはお手入れランプが点いていました。 洗面所の蛇口はお水に合わせても出なく、お湯の方しか出ませんでした。 チェックアウト時、写真をスタッフに見せて説明しましたが、ただ謝罪をしているだけで、本当に申し訳ないという感じは一切伝わってこなかったのが残念でした。 お盆休みの時期だったからかもしれませんが、早めにチェックインしないと、8時からの朝食の枠がありません。また、朝食時はとても混むので要注意です。

食事は朝夕ビッフェでしたが量が少なくなったり無くなったりしてもなかなか補充してもらえず食べれなかったものもいくつかあって残念でした。　お部屋はジュニアスイートでしたが、寝具はとても快適で熟睡できました！アメニティももうしぶんない品揃えでした！

Trevligt hotell, vi hade rymligt rum med havsutsikt. Ett plus med egen badtunna, ”semi-open”. Bra läge i den lilla staden. Ett tips är att hyra cyklar på hotellet, ett smidigt sätt att se mer av ön.

pasamos una noche en familia en la isla, el hotel tiene una buena ubicacion, buena vista, sin embargo las instalaciones no son nuevas, reservamos 2 habitaciones, la habitacion del piso 6 llegaba olor fuerte a comida en todo el pasillo ya que en ese mismo piso se encuentra el restaurante, la habitacion del piso 4 no tuvo ningun olor a comida en el pasillo. En la habitación del piso 6 vimos una cucaracha grande en la noche.

全体的にすごく良かったです！朝食夕食共に満足でした(^^)岩盤浴は低温すぎて汗かかなかったのでそこだけ⭐︎-1にさせていただきました。

受付の方の対応もとても丁寧でこちらの質問にも親切にお答えいただけました。 お料理も大変豪華で楽しく美味しい食事がいただけました。

ビュッフェ形式の食事に期待を持っていませんでしたが、お料理も美味しくお部屋も最高でした。また宿泊したいです

Reception staff were very unhelpful. Restaurant food wasn’t the best. Bathroom flooded. Noisy hallways with music playing early hours of the morning. Could hear other guest through the walls. There are better hotels.

Tres bonne etape sur l'île pour une nuit. Hotel où on quitte ses chaussures dès l'arrivée et dans la totalite de l'hôtel, ça surprend. Onsen privatif ideal avec vue sur mer. Un delice! Nb : Un petit coup de peinture sera bientot necessaire pour garder le standing

建物自体の古さゆえか…、部屋の畳が随分とくたびれていたり、窓の下に割れたコーヒーカップが放置されていたり、部屋を出た正面の壁紙が汚く剥がれていたり、1Fトイレが古臭かったり…コスパ的に、全体的な劣化が気になった。 ただし、朝食は立派で、品数・味も良く、非常に満足出来た。

This was an amazing hotel. The upstairs onsen was a huge bonus and it was very relaxing. The products provided were of a high standard. We had a deluxe suite which was expensive but worth every penny. We had a private outdoor bath and balcony which meant we could watch the sunset. The hotel provided a lot of freebies and comfy kimono robes too! The staff were so friendly and also allowed us to leave our luggage the next day whilst we explored the island. This was a very tranquil stay and a highlight of our trip.

その日だけかもしれませんが、客室の天井にクモの巣、G発見、浴槽に髪の毛、がっかりしました。

展望風呂の排水の流れが悪くシャンプー泡やお湯がたまって気持ちが悪かった ブッフェは期待していなかったがやはり想像通りでした。これは、仕方のない事 卓球やクレーンゲームがあったのはよかったと思います

料理の種類はかなり豊富でしたが… 味が… お刺身の新鮮さなど… もう少し頑張っていただけたらとおもいました。

Location of hotel is about 12 minute walk from ferry terminal and short 5 minute walk to tourist areas. For those who have mobility issues may have some challenges going there by foot. Only the front desk staff is able to speak some basic english, otherwise most other staff spoke almost primarily japanese. The hotel room we chose (western twin room with onsen bath in room) looks updated compared with the rest of the hotel. Clean room and comfortable twin beds and a very nice in-room onsen with a beautiful view of the torri gate and the ocean. Word of advice is to NOT get a room on the 6th floor because its the same floor as the buffet restaurant (with its very poor ventilation) which has grilled seafood and the smoke not only fills up the restaurant (and your clothing/body) but the smoke also lingers in the hallway of the 6th floor in the evenings. Thank goodness it did not get into the room as long as you keep your doors closed. Buffet restaurant otherwise is not too bad for a buffet but selection is primarily japanese food if thats an issue for you. "Outside onsen" not truly outside is abit on the small side and one of the two shower handles was leaking badly and needs replacement rather then taped up... regular onsen also had some maintenance issues with its bathing facility. Overall, it was an average stay.

Booked 1/2 board and glad I did. It was amazing. seafood galore. It was fun also as Westerners being a little Japanese.

ホテルのスタッフさんがとても丁寧な方もいらっしゃいますが、アルバイトなのか、若いスタッフの方の態度は無愛想でした。行くタイミングによってはご飯が全然なかったり冷めていたりします。ですがお風呂は2種類あり、価格を考えると満足です。

お料理は牡蠣やアワビ、ハマグリなど海の幸を堪能でまさお刺身も盛りだくさんでとても美味しかったです。使用済みのお皿を下げる場所があればよかったかなとおもいました。。また行きたいです。

2回目の利用でしたが、スタッフの方の対応も良くゆっくり過ごせました。

LiveMax hotel on Miyajima was a the perfect place for an overnight trip. Perfectly situated close to the ferry station and walkable to all the sights on the island. They rent bicycles if needed. The dinner buffet was insane (mad rush to the sushi and beef for yakitori at the table) but it was a unique experience to say the least. Delicious food provided. We had excellent customer service during the check in and check out process. You are assigned a locker for outdoor shoes upon arrival and have to wear the provided leather slippers while on site. The room was extremely spacious (for Japan standards) and the 2 waters provided were appreciated.

酒店位置近商業街，房間空間很大 一泊兩食，自助晚餐好豐富，海鮮魚生熱食甜品樣樣齊。自助早餐同樣豐富，性價比高。👍 有泳池，我哋入住時候係冬天未有開放。 大浴場都OK 男士們的浴衣不夠，無大碼只好穿了M碼😔

布団が汚かった

泊まったのは露天風呂付きの客室でしたが、もともと古い部屋をリノベーションしたのか…冷蔵庫が押し入れの中にあり、始め見つけられなかった。岩盤浴を楽しみにしていたが、室内の温度が低すぎて、日頃利用している岩盤とは全く違う。汗も出ないしただの床暖房に近い。もう少し部屋の室温を上げた方がいい。お休みどころは私達しか利用していなかったが、スタッフさんが良い方でゆっくりできました。部屋の水回りが古く、タオルかけがあったと思われるところが破損しており、急遽用意したような低めのタオルかけがあったが、しっかり付けた方が良いと思います。 部屋のお風呂の配管の音が定期的に流れる音が大きくうるさかった。 お風呂は鍵付きのロッカーに変えた方が良いと思います。今時カゴだけと言うのが不満。貴重品ロッカーはあったがそれよりも中の脱衣場をロッカー型にしてほしい。宮島の観光に来たので便利だったし、価格も安かったので仕方ないかなといったところ。

The hotel had a short walk distance between the Ferry terminal and hotel. One aspect, I enjoy was the breakfast/dinner buffet.

Big room, slightly dated, nice private onsen

Tres bon hebergement! Les lits étaient TOP, on avait plus envie de les quitter. Lessive facile, staff super, emplacement près du dôme ! Déco un peu old school mais sûr. Nous avons meme eu un tremblement de terre et aucun souci.

Awesome rooms

Perfect base to explore Miyajima. Close to everything. Facility was clean. Rooms were roomy but I can hear people in the room above me stomping at night.

The climb up the front of the hotel is dangerous. Large crack at bottom of slope. Very difficult pulling suitcases up the short slope. Too much space between stepping stones. Carpets in hallways need to be replaced. Hot water heating pot top is broken and there a large gouge in the door separating the bath from the main room

a little on the expensive side, but understandable considering the spacious room and stunning location. great view of the island and itsukushima shrine.

Es un hermoso hotel, la atención del personal excelente y la comida súper bien.

宿泊した部屋の天井の蜘蛛の巣のようなものが気になりました。部屋の風呂の天井からかなりの水滴が落ちてきました。お湯は良かったです。大浴場のお湯が出ませんでした。問い合わせたら長時間出しっぱなしにするよう言われましたが、数分出しても水でした。しかたなく水で頭を洗いました。食事は値段からみると良いと思いますが、落ち着いて食べれる雰囲気ではなかったですね。

電話の対応が愛想なく丁寧ではなく部屋の襖は敗れたままでクッションには茶色いシミが残ってた。お茶を入れようとしたら下がヒビが入っていてお湯が漏れる、Wi-Fiはかなり弱く繋いでもすぐキレてしまう。宿泊料金に見合うサービスを求めず観光地で宿泊する事を優先とするなら有りだとは思いました

Bella struttura ottima posizione

The resort seems to have been built to a high standard, has some lovely spaces and rooms. We really loved the room that we stayed in, and it had lovely features. It was a shame that the private baths were under construction and were not available for use. There was a great selection of food, but the quality was noticeably lower than our experience across other venues across Japan, especially considering the price of this establishment. We did interact with some lovely staff, and some others who were extremely disinterested in us / saw us as a bother. The surrounding area was phenomenal, with amazing sites and experiences. We felt very safe in the area.

部屋も綺麗で食事も美味しかったけど、スタッフの対応やウェルカムドリンクが故障中で飲めなかったり、大浴場の飲み水がキレてて空っぽだったり、残念です。

I hope you read this review before you book this hotel. I will recommend you DON’T book this hotel. It was the only one available for the night we wanted to stay in Miyajima so we had to book it. We read some bad reviews but we risked it. Well it was VERY VERY bad. The hotel is very old and it feels unkept and dirty. The comforters were supposed to be white but they now look yellow with stains. Completely disgusting. Additionally the entire hotel smelled like strong seafood all over. Not in a good way! We had to put towels in the door so that they strong smell wouldn’t come into our room. We ended up spending our time outside of the hotel until late at night and woke up super early to checkout because the smell was unbearable. You can have an old hotel but at least keep it clean and fresh. This hotel needs a renovation and new management. We 100% regretted booking this hotel.

Property was old. Room was not the cleanest. But you are on Miyajima which is a plus. Stains on the sheets. Dirty rooms. Old furniture.

施設の古さは否めないが、よいベッドで寝心地が良かった。あちこち改修中だったので、今後が期待できる。 夕飯バイキングに浜焼きや土瓶蒸しがあったのが良かった。 お酒を注文したら、スタッフが沢山ついでくれて、嬉しかったです。

Des petites mouches volaient autour de la lampe du plafond, et un couvre lit était taché. Par contre un membre de l’accueil zaïrois d’origine parlait français. Ça faisait plaisir!

An amazing property, we were very well looked after from start to finish. Food and service was great, staff helped cooking traditional Japanese meals in buffet restaurant. We had previous poor reviews, but we certainly could not find fault in any part of our stay. We would return without hesitation.

We stayed only one night, the Japanese room was clean and quiet. Great breakfast with Japanese and European choices. The only problem are the inside shoes for people with big feet they don’t fit.

Nice location and the island is fantastic. Our room was very run down compared to others who had the same newer areas and views. Very average for the money. Room was traditional which was not mentioned when booking. Had to set up beds ourselves. Not fun after a long day.

The traditional Japanese experience was a nice idea, but from the beginning with having to where slippers, that were only one size for all ( much too small for me) it fell short. The room was spacious, the view was a very partial view of the water mostly looking at roof tops and backyards. They included dinner and breakfast and although there were a lot of choices the quality was very bad, worst food experience on our two week stay in Japan. Breakfast looked like they brought out several items from the night before. On a positive note the hotel is close to all the shopping and the Otorii Gate. They don't offer a shuttle from the ferry to the hotel (saw many other hotel shuttles) and the walk is about 15min, so dont bring a lot of luggage! The island is incredible and I will be back, but not at the LiveMax

After walking up Mt misen it was a luxury to check into this hotel and not have to do any climbing for the rest of the night. The rooms were spacious, bath was wonderful and the buffet was delicious.

A bit of a walk uphill from ferry building, printable directions would have helped. Loved this hotel, they were great, they recommended a place to dine that was great considering there is basically nothing open at night on Miyajima. We loved our experience, thank you for everything
