Reviewed Jul 17, 2026I highly recommend Pennsylvania Suites. They treat you like family. I've stayed for 2.5 months for business. Security, El sir Ivan greets you with a smile and the front desk receptionist, Miguel, Natalia and Vira are always professional and friendly! The housekeeping ladies, Vero, Jessi, Bere, Irene and Edith are so friendly and professional. I had no choice but to keep valuables in my suite. Never was anything missing or out of place and they even quit tucking in my bed at the bottom at my request. Lol It's in a great and safe location with eating and shopping within walking distance. Thank you too everyone for a great experience. I will be staying here everytime I come to Mexico City.

It’s very clean and the gym is also very good. Breakfast is until midday which is perfect for a lay in. Thanks for a fantastico stay.

From the moment I walked in, fresh off the airplane, verging on starting my first expat working experience ever, Miguel has been a trusted friend, advisor, and warm and friendly face. Every going and coming, Miguel, looking sharp in his bow tie, has greeted me with warmth and encouragement. He schooled me on how to use the public MetroBus transport system, scanned important documents, explained things to me, with nothing but a helpful and cheery attitude. He has made the first step of my integration in CDMX more bearable, and I will remember him always!

El desayuno bien, aunque un día ya no encontramos casi nada. La ubicación es buena y la zona se siente segura, cerca hay restaurantes y cafeterías. En general me pareció excelente.
Las camas no son muy cómodas.

El espacio tiene un sello de suspendido por lo cual no se como siguen operando, el estacionamiento no es parte del hotel y para bajar las cosas no hay ayuda. Solo hay una persona en recepción para apoyar lo cual se vuelve tedioso si están ocupados

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025La ubicación, el tamaño del espacio y que cuenta con cocina. Ir con familia y en mi caso una bebe fue muy cómodo poder prepararle comida. La recamara está aislada de la sala, comedor y cocina lo cuál está genial para descansar si alguien más está en otro espacio.
Algunas ventanas no cerraban bien en la cocina y en la ducha. Sobre todo permite la entrada de mosquitos.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2025部屋はとても広く清潔でした。8月の滞在でしたがメキシコシティは涼しく朝晩はとても冷えます。しかし部屋には空調のコントローラーが無いため、とても寒かったです。 無料の朝食はありますが必要最低限のもので、連泊の場合は近くのカフェに行くのをオススメします。 近所にはコンビニ、飲食店、公園もあり不便さは感じませんでした。

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025Al principio pensé que la recepcionista estaba pesada, ya que pedí early check in, pero todo cambio de pronto, muy amable y cortés nos dio upgrade a la suite máster disponible, nos dejo muy encantados, excelente habitación, excelente trato, todo de lujo. Muy recomendable. Es una verdadera habitación de lujo, el acceso muy discreto desde el estacionamiento. Habitación limpia, amplia. El desayuno de cortesía no probé, lo vi, y era muy básico.
Considero que debiera haber aire acondicionado, o algún ventilador. Ruido: pienso que las ventanas deberían ser de sonido hermético y aislantes ya que la calle es muy ruidosa y eso daría más calidad a la habitación. Sin duda la TV de la estancia debería tener streaming para ver Neteflix, o al menos poner cables que faciliten la conexión a una tableta o ipad, fue imposible, no pudimos ver TV ni conectar la tableta, la TV es vieja. Valet parking cortesía básica, buen trato, pero parece que le hacen a uno el favor, sobre todo al chico de fin de semana.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025La limpieza del lugar, la decoración, la comodidad de las camas, los baños impecables y hermosos. Me dieron un up grade a una Master Suite con 2 camas grandes, precioso departamento enorme, pero en la esquina y por ser calle muy transitada, mucho ruido, para mi que soy de un pueblo jajaja, fue mucho ruido. Pero agradezco las atenciones y el departamento, ESPECTACULAR. La pared de plantas hermosa y llena de pájaros... hermoso lugar. Al lado de un Garage food garden con más de 10 opciones de comida deliciosa, no se pierdan ese lugar, en especial el Trompo Imperial, los mejores tacos. Los jueves hay un tianguis en el parque a 1 cuadra , con toda la comida mexicana y limpio.
La proxima vez , pido que sean habitación no sobre la calle, mucho ruido para mi que no estoy acostumbrada al ruido de la ciudad.

The apartment was spacious and I felt right at home. If you like the sound of birds in the morning and seeing some greenery, this is a good place for you. Breakfast was very simple, but there are many options nearby. Great location.

The bed was not very comfortable. The pillows were lumpy. It didn't personally bother me, but the green wall is filled with birds' nests and be prepared for chirping from 5am onwards.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2025La atención del presonal es excelente, las chicas de recepción, las de limpieza y la señora de la cafetería son realmente súper amables y atentas a todo lo que uno pueda necesitar. Sin embargo es la segunda vez que veo que no funcionan los candados de seguridad de las puertas (muy grave). Por otro lado las toallas parecen percudidas y están súper desgastadas. El piso de la regadera está muy percudido y el asiento del WC estaba descuadrado. Por último NO tiene TV en la recámara, imperdonable.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2025The hotel location is superb. Everything is close by: coffee shops, restaurants and groceries. Our room was super spacious and the facilities are well maintained. It has its own parking lot. So you can go from your car to your apartment safely.
I think the American breakfast they serve is basic (yogurt, slices of bread, apples and bananas). I think without much spending they could improve the customer experience. I did not care too much about this because each apartment has a full size fridge and stove. So you can store your favorite yogurt brands, prepare eggs, have tons of local fruits etc since a decent size grocery store is only two blocks away.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2025The rooms are old and old fashioned but very, very spacious and clean (thank you, Irene! ❤️). The water is hot. The rooftop is generous and quiet. The staff is super friendly. The location is good. It is surrounded by a nice park where people make sports, cafes, shops etc.
There is no airconditionning or heating. We were there in December so it was a bit cold. Somebody was smoking on the balcony every day and night and we had this smell in our room which was supper annoying. The breakfast is quite underwealming. The kitchen is not well equipped. The rooms have carpet which is not very hygienic and there was a smell in the room that was annoying.

Reviewed Dec 22, 2024The staff, specifically miss Jessica and the installations were very nice and attentive. The view was nice and refreshing and the sound of the birds chirping made the stay more relaxing. The waffles at breakfast were great and sweet, and the location is great because a bakery is just around the corner.
