Avevamo prenotato all'Helen Park e invece ci hanno sistemato all'hotel Helen, che si trova sulla strada principale trafficata e ha stanze meno belle. Stanza e bagno erano molto piccoli, una delle finestre non si chiudeva e l'abbiamo fatta sistemare. La colazione è a buffet e non è niente di che. Impossibile parcheggiare nel loro parcheggio, difficile da raggiungere e sempre strapieno.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Hotel położony w centrum miasta tuż przy porcie. Pokój bardzo czysty i przestronny. Rano śniadanie bardzo urozmaicone i smaczne. Hotel dysponuje parkingiem na którym można zaparkować samochód. Sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und hat den Schlaf erheblich gestört. Das Waschbecken, die Duschtasse und der Spülkasten waren verstopft. Der Spülkasten funktionierte nicht richtig und musste mit dem Brauseschlauch nachgefüllt werden. Als wir das Fenster öffnen wollten, blieb der Fenstergriff in der Hand.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026The hotel is in a good location, the staff is kind and helpful, the room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is varied and meets my expectations.
The parking lot behind the hotel was full, so we parked the car, accompanied by a person from the hotel, further away in the other hotel parking lot, which is about 150 to 200 meters away. But I don't consider this a negative, but rather I point out it as a possibility that could happen.

Best performance of Erol (manager),Ibrahim(at the valet park),Gokhan who prepared my car nice and clean for traveling back and Emre at the reception- English speaking and providing great hospitality! Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Het enige wat positief is, is dat het hotel dicht bij het paard van Troje is. Voor de rest beviel mij werkelijk waar totaal niets!het bedrag wat je betaald voor de kamer krijg je niet terug. Voor dat bedrag mag je acht meer verwachten.
Ontvangt en afscheid was een fiasco. Medewerkers kijken je niet aan zeggen geen welkom of dag. Ze hebben met elkaar het over een eigen privé problemen. Daarnaast was de kamer zo slecht, leek wel een kamer uit de jaren ‘80. Airco deed het niet, badkamer super vies, tv leek ook een computerscherm uit de jaren ‘80, deed het trouwens ook niet. Doordat de airco het niet deed heb ik niet kunnen slapen! Te veel om op te noemen. Ik zal hier nooit meer komen.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Foarte bine amplasat. Mic dejun suficient avand in vedere ca am stat o singura noapte fiind in tranzit (de fapt doua nopti: una la dus si alta la intoarcere). Camera curata iar in minibarul aprovizionat cu apa. WI-fi suficient de bun. Un plus foarte mare si faptul ca are parcare proprie.
Poate daca ar fi avut restaurant deschis si pentru cina ar fi fost un plus. Insa nu a fost ceva deranjant avand in vedere ca am fost doar in tranzit. Zona este plina de locuri unde poti manca bine.

Няма нещо, което да не ми хареса.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026位置非常好，我们是自驾过来的，就在轮渡码头附件。店员非常热心，帮忙指导酒店私家停车场的位置，而且还帮忙倒车。早餐也很不错，非常具有土耳其当地特色，就提一个缺点，如果再能有点水果就更好了。
睡觉的时候外面有点吵，不过都可以理解，毕竟就在钟楼这个黄金位置附件，游客和本地人晚上太多了。幸好我们开车很累，没有受到影响。

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Mi-a plăcut amabilitatea și disponibilitatea personalului de la recepție. Am ajuns târziu, însă cineva ne-a răspuns la telefon, iar un alt angajat a ieșit să ne ghideze către locul de parcare. De asemenea, am apreciat faptul că hotelul dispune de o parcare închisă și sigură. De locație nu am apucat sa ne bucuram.
Din păcate, hotelul este mult sub așteptări. Totul pare învechit și foarte uzat, lucru care se poate observa și în fotografii. Mobilierul este degradat, iar în cameră se simțea un puternic miros de țigară, foarte greu de suportat, deși solicitasem o cameră pentru nefumători. Mai mult, Booking mi-a confirmat că hotelul a acceptat această cerere. Am solicitat, de asemenea, o cameră pentru trei persoane cu un pat matrimonial și un pat single, însă am primit o cameră cu trei paturi single. Lenjeria de pat părea îngălbenită de trecerea timpului, iar paturile erau vizibil uzate și scămoșate. Per ansamblu, experiența a fost dezamăgitoare, chiar și pentru un hotel destinat unei opriri de tranzit.

Bad und Kühlschrank im Zimmer verschimmelt gewesen. Betten waren nicht sauber. Und im Zimmer war ein komischer Gestank

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Schoon hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ze geven zelfs leuke tips over bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. De parkeerplaats achter het hotel is goed beveiligd en de ligging is perfect. Je loopt zo naar de boulevard, het beroemde Trojaanse Paard uit de film Troy, restaurants en de veerhaven. Zeker een aanrader voor een verblijf in Çanakkale! Genoeg te zien en te doen daar!
Beetje gedateerde kamers die wat onderhoud behoeven. Voor de rest prima voor de prijs die je ervoor betaalt.

Я резервував номер з двоспальним ліжком і для некурців, в результаті отримав з двома ліжками і прокурений. Рушники були доволі брудні і в краплях крові.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Super Lage, direkt am Fährhafen und der Promenade und Parkplätze auf dem privaten Innenhof. Nachts ist es trotz des pulsierenden Lebens, nach 23 Uhr angenehm ruhig. Gutes kontinentales Frühstück und fleißiges und freundliches Personal in der wunderbaren mediterranen Stadt.
Eigentlich alles ok, bis auf den leicht fauligen Geruch aus der Lüftung im Bad, der sich bei nicht geöffnetrm Fenster ziemlich übel auswirkt , wenn man nach seinen Tagesunternehmungen abends in sein Zimmer ( Hofseite) zurückkehrt.

La ubicación muy buena, el personal amable y tiene parking para clientes, importante dada la zona donde se encuentra porque es difícil aparcar en la calle. La habitación era espaciosa y bastante agradable. El baño con luz de espejo retroiluminado.
No está bien insonorizado, y como está en una calle con trafico concurrido se oye bastante. Además se salía el agua de la ducha por debajo del plato.
