The pool was warm.

When we arrived the room looked dirty, the floor was not clean, the bathroom had some little hair on the cover of the toilet. The sheets in bed had some hair, the pillows were dirty. At night the cockroaches sneaked through the main door!!! The water inside the pitcher tasted strange. According the policies you can do the check out since 5am but the clerk did not arrive early, we had to wait until 7:20am to be able to do the check out.

The staff were great! From front desk to cleaning, to the attached cafe and even the night security guard who I encountered when taking my dog out at night! They upgraded my room when I had to change rooms because of a minor plumbing issue that caused a leak they couldn’t fix instantly. Nice large comfortable rooms, cold a/c plus ceiling fans, pool was great and always clean and inviting, Front desk staff accepted my service dog form from the US DOT, the restaurant had great food and drinks and friendly helpful staff as well. It was quiet, even though it’s in a central location in Todos Santos. Everything is walkable from the hotel.

La ubicación, la piscina y la cama eran absolutamente perfectas!

No tenían una consigna o espacio donde dejar nuestro equipaje por unas horas al hacer el check out y eso fue bastante depecionante porque es algo muy solicitado en hoteles.

Posizione eccellente, struttura raccolta e molto piacevole. Ringrazio il personale alla reception, Africa, e il personale del bar che ci hanno dato un valido aiuto per un problema all’auto noleggiata. Grazie

Nice & cozy modern. Located at the skirts, end of town in order to walk. Pool and rooms surrounding pool. Quaint & stylish.

Beautiful property, great restaurant/bar, wonderful cocktails and food. Room was very comfortable and a good size, very clean. Loved staying in a small property. The pool and pool area was very appealing although I didn't get in the pool because we were in town for an event. This property is in a great location to get to all the sights, restaurants and shops in Todos Santos.

Would have loved bottled water in the room instead of a pitcher of water but otherwise the room was comfortable and great.

The hotel was adequate. We stayed in room #7. The sink was electric to say the least. Never before have I seen this in a hotel at this price. Our granddaughter struggled with the water temp in the shower. The room was clean, small and adequate. Dogs barked in the middle of the night. Make sure you know what you are booking. They do take a deposit that can subsequently be used at the adjoining restaurant. The highlights were the hot cakes with heaping amounts and fresh fruit and the latte.

El hotel es bonito, una piscina muy chula aunque no nos bañamos. La habitación era amplia y cuarto de baño espectacular.

El hotel esta bien a secas, es un hotel muy basico modelo "vecindad" en donde se escucha todo y esta pequeño y bonito.

No me gusto el precio, no creo que sostenga pagar ese precio por noche, mejor hubiera pgada un hotel beachfront pagando un 20% mas.

El hotel es pequeño pero precioso y muy bien diseñado! la alberca inmaculada y apetecible. Hay muchas terrazas y espacios para estar y el desayuno es delicioso.

Good location, albeit loud, that is to be expected downtown. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice pool area. The adjacent restaurant is great, especially for breakfast.

The shower had no water pressure and didn’t get warm. The room was cold at night, the mini splits were not set up for heat. Unfortunately being cold with no relief, not even a hot shower made me sick. The internet was extremely spotty. Mostly it didn’t work, so the computer connected to the adjacent restaurants router, which was too far and sup slow. I asked multiple times and was told they’d check it every time, but it never worked for more than 2 hrs max in a row when you got lucky Don’t get me wrong, this used to be the norm, but not anymore! A hotel in this category should have reliable service.

Central location. Beautiful pool area. Stylish and functional rooms with lovely walk in shower. Friendly and helpful staff offering advice and support re general info and ordering taxis to beach. Efficient and unobtrusive room service . Excellent service from bar staff .

Excellent location and value. Friendly staff. Comfortable. Good outside restaurant serving breakfast. I prefer the rooms at the front with more light and view.

Disappointed roof top bar not open. Rooms ar the back only have a small window so not much natural light.

Wonderful little boutique hotel in a great location!

Beautiful location, good area close to amenities walking distance. Lovely staff, was able to check out later and the pool is open for long hours. Very comfortable rooms with large shower.

Lovely stay in the centre of Todos Santos, the room had a small balcony with a view over the city and a nice and clean interior design. Jumping into the onsite pool was very refreshing and the restaurant and bar next to the hotel served delicious cocktails and breakfast! It is a bit on the pricier site but absolutely worth it for a short trip to Todos Santos.

Everything was excellent. Relatively quiet, but in a good location and close to things. All the staff was really nice. Parking was easy.

At first glance it’s very charming . The staff and service is great; however the room is spartan which is not a problem except there is no hot water, no WiFi and no mini fridge and they supply only a small carafe of drinking water. Unfortunately, we were upgraded to the king room with balcony right over the street and the truck traffic noise was really terrible. Fortunately we were given a day pass to their sister hotel on the estuary and ocean which was truly superb.

This was our 2nd time staying. Two really negative- 1. The beds are so hard that your body hurts after a very restless no sleep night. 2. The wi-fi. Now a days it’s really important to give your customers a strong signal that doesn’t reboot every 5-10 seconds. Very disappointed. 3. Your pool doesn’t receive afternoon sun. Loved the 2nd floor lounge area and the indoor/outdoor cafe!!!

Everything was great--the staff (especially the Manager) provided excellent service/help! The property is centrally located--clean and well-appointed. We had everything we needed, and if you want to be in town--this is a great spot. We walked everywhere in town, but did have a rental car too. Parking was easy and free.

Bed was very hard--very. Sadly, did not sleep well because of this.

Super cute hotel, close to town. Little bar/food in the front of the hotel. Pool area comfortable and clean. Feel safe, rooms and pool are away from street.

WiFi was not working well in room. Had to be by the pool or lobby for connection.

No TV, No fridge, no coffee m/c, no a/c in restaurant. In hot weather, need fridge to keep water, insulin cool. Restaurant staff allowed to keep my stuff in their fridge, so they were nice.

Me gusto mucho mi habitación, muy limpia, aguita de cortesia con vaso (no me gusta el plastico), amplia, la piscina divina y toda la arquitectura esta fabulosa.

La Señora que me recibio, parecia estar molesta, no me compartio ningun detalle de la ciudad, no me dio la bienvenida, me dijo que le tenia que dar un deposito lo cual se me hizo muy rudo ya que en la aplicación de booking no te piden eso, tengo muchos años viajando, nunca he tenido un problema y la señora me trato como con desprecio o como si desconfiara de mi en fin. Afortunadamente un muchacho muy joven, mesero del restaurant rescato la experiencia.

Clean, friendly staff, good location.

AC did not work on first night. They said they didn’t have available rooms until the following night and they would change me then. They later tried changing me to who-knows-where at 8pm when I was tired. I decided to stay and asked for a fan. They said they would refund me that first night but have yet to see a dime and it’s been 2 weeks.

It is located at the top of town. It’s close to everything. The room was big and comfortable.

There was no coffee facilities in the room.

Well located, clean, comfortable in a minimalist way. Extremely basic room accommodations that met our needs. First floor room, and had some issues with noise from the second floor late at night. There was a very strong scent in the room that was probably meant as an air freshener, but was very offensive to us. There was no way to get rid of it as the source was a mystery. It was too overpowering for us. Overall we found the room to suit our needs and we liked the location. Staff was really friendly and service was very good.

Beautiful architecture and decor. The location is the best, right in the centre of the city with loads of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. It is very confortable and clean.
