A lovely updated little hotel in downtown Hope. Everything is walkable in this little town between the mountains. Loved the little balcony which looked out over the town square (don't miss the Sunday morning market). The staff was very responsive and welcoming. Our room was quite modern with all the amenities, and plenty of space. Enjoyed.

That according to the pictures in booking we were expecting a room on the first floor with a balcony but we got a room on the ground floor with views to the road. Also the room was sribking. The staff kindly tried to spray it and clean it but then the carpet was all wet. They did their best.

The showers are brand new, clean and confortable

There is a lingering smell in the room, which I believe is due to it having been a smoking room in the past.

great location, nice room's helpful staff close to lakes' and river, the weather was great during our 2 day stay except for the forest fire smoke that was a bit of a disappointment.

Zeer ruime kamer, mooie badkamer. Gelegen vlak aan de snelweg. ‘S ochtends ontbijt bij Rolly’s een straat verder. Voor ons een prima tussenstop op een lange route.

De muren zijn erg dun. Om 1u s nachts opgestaan om op de muur te bonken omdat een vrouw aan het bellen was op speaker. Om 6 u stond iemand op en je hoorde de voetstappen alsof hij in onze kamer rondliep.

The location is great right across from the park and close to coffee shops and stores. Nice to have parking in the back. Beautifully renovated!

The room lighting needs help. Please at least put a smaller table lamp in the rooms. The only options are blinding lights.

Great spot, right in the heart of Hope. We had an amazing stay at Inn The Mountain. The property exceeded our expectations and they were very accommodating to our requests (as we were traveling with a 10 month old baby). The balcony offers a great spot for morning coffee and the play room in the first floor has lots of activities for the whole family.

Upon entering our bedroom the floors weren't as clean but we called room service and they took care of it instantly.

Die Lage ist wirklich optimal, es gibt eine ausreichende Anzahl an Parkplätzen und die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe für drei bis vier Personen. Hope ist eine süße kleine Stadt und ein Muss für Stallone Fans. Man kann schöne Ausflüge machen oder an zwei nahegelegenen Seen die Seele baumeln lassen

Das Housekeeping ist leider sehr unbemüht. Es werden nur Handtücher getauscht und Mist ausgeleert. Bei drei Nächten hat niemand unsere Betten gemacht. Die Klimaanlage und der Kühlschrank wechseln sich beim Lärm machen ab, wenn man sie ausschaltet wird es schnell sehr warm im Zimmer. Es ist zudem generell sehr laut und der Rasenteppich am Balkon riecht grausam weil er nicht so gut reinigbar scheint. Generell darf man in Bezug auf Sauberkeit nur oberflächlich hinsehen. Wenn man genau schaut wischt niemand die Beine des Sessels ab, putzt im Bad Spiegel oder die Wand am Spiegel die viele Ritzen hat. Auch der Fernseher hätte mal ein feuchtes Tuch benötigt. Es gab auch keinen Fön und keinen Safe. Bin hier sehr kritisch weil bei fünf Sternen die das Haus angibt das alles passen sollte. Hier würde ich knapp drei Sterne für angemessen halten.

The location is perfect, the most perfect panoramic view of the mountains and opposite the beautiful park. It looked retro which was cool but inside was modern and clean, the beds ate incredibly comfortable, monsoon shower was ace & the room was everything you could wish for. It was incredibly clean & the staff were so helpful. Just the best!! We also had a balcony on the front overlooking the mountains on either side. Honestly, stay here!!!

Best hotel in Hope

Sehr schöne Zimmer, frisch renoviert, großzügige Betten, super Dusche und schöner Balkon. Parken direkt am Haus möglich. Für einen Zwischenstopp auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, in der Gegend gibt es nichts, was weitere Übernachtungen erforderlich machen würde.

Kein Aufzug und alle Zimmer im 1. OG… also Koffer die Treppen hoch schleppen. Kein Föhn im Zimmer. Nicht so schöner Gras-Geruch auf dem Gang.

Stayed two night at the Inn with my Uncle an d Aunt from L.A and they going to meet few of the aunts family over 20 years they have not seen each other , great downtown location not a fancy 5 stars resort , but the building very modern well keep , welcome laid back atmosphere with two flours to choose from , our rooms clean and spaces comfy bedding not a hair can find in the bathroom , friendly staff the downside of the Inn is no restaurant or indoor pool , few eatery close by but good for short stay .

Spotless! Clean spacious modern room 103. Has kitchenette big tv, very comfy bed, new shower and bathroom Convenient to park, main Street and river view walk.

Would stay again. To about the only shortcoming is no view of the mountains and river which would put it over the top.

If you are looking for a good hotel in Hope, this is it. The service was good, the room was clean, and we appreciated the renovations that the new owners have put into the hotel. The rain shower was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Like others have mentioned, would have liked a lower, softer pillow and there were some toothpaste stains behind the mirror in the bathroom, but in saying all of that, this were minor issues. We have stayed in Hope before for work, and this is nothing compared to our other experiences with different hotels. Service was good and the location is great.

Clean, renovated rooms, pop corn upon arriving is a great addition. Stayed overnight on our way to Vancouver, but definitely worth it!

Really nicely refurbished, great shower and bathroom, large TV, really comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. It's a fabulous place to stay and smells really good too! Exceeded our expectations and felt like a modern luxury hotel. Best place we stayed on our trip to Canada.

A very pleasent stay. Everything about the room was far better than expected when looking at the exterior of the Inn on arrival. Reception was friendly and efficient. After walking around the area we realized the outside matched the surroundings and the owners obvious concentrated on what really matters, clean, comfortable accommodations.

The very up to date TV with two remotes was challenging for a couple of not so technically smart seniors. Some basic written instruction would be appreciated.

Shower and bathroom facilities were top rate, bed comfortable , generous number of plug locations for device charging, desk was comfortable for working. Walking distance to several good breakfast places.

On ground floor, noise from street. Late arrival guest noise was also disturbing. Maybe carpet in the public hallway would work?

Petit hôtel pratique sur la route. Proximité de 2 cafés sympa, les autres restaurants peuvent se faire à pied. Chambre plutôt spacieuse, salle de bain moderne. Bon rapport qualité prix pour faire étape

Rien de spécial. Notre chambre avait vu sur le parking / côté rue (mais on le savait). Cela aurai été super d’avoir des rideaux qui voilent, pour garder un peu de lumière. Le seul rideau est occultant, donc vous êtes dans le noir en pleine journée si vous souhaitez ne pas être vu.

Location is great - you have a lovely view of the park and all shops and restaurants are close by, including a supermarket. Friendly staff at the reception. The room is really really great. Modern, clean design with a comfortable bed, big tv and rain shower. Everything you need for a stopover in Hope.

I stayed for an extended period, and for some reason the policy was that I would not get my glassware and coffee cups replaced daily. Yet, I had no way of washing those dishes myself unless I used the handsoap and a facecloth in the bathroom.. I asked for dishsoap and a cloth at least, and never recieved it. I found myself wondering, if I am paying the same rate for every night of my stay, why don't I get a fresh set as if I had just started my stay? It was a confusing policy.The cleaning staff were lovely, however. All the staff were lovely. It was just that one wierd policy that bugged me. A .microwave would have been a great addition. The lighting could have dimmer options.

The front looked a little sketchy, but lively inside. No elevator.

I didn't stay there before the name change and renovation and saw it being done. It felt luxurious!! Everything was done beautifully. I was surprised how nice it was and was very happy with my room.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious newly remodeled and super clean and fresh. Location is perfect right across from a pretty park and near cafes and stores. Super quiet at night. The Blue Moose bistro half a block away was perfect for coffee, breakfast or lunch.

The room was clean, the king bed comfortable. Conveniently located downtown Hope, across the street from the park and walking distance to restaurants. As the chainsaw carving capital of BC, the town itself is charming to a walk around to see amazing carvings.

We found the pillows too large and would have appreciated the option of a smaller/lower pillow.
