The reception desk manager was very rude and unprofessional. The room wasn't available until around 4 PM, and this wasn't mentioned at the time of reservation. We had to file a complaint with customer service.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026אירוח חפ ואדיב, החליפו לנו מיד את החדר שהגענו לחדר שלא התאים לנו. שירות החדרים היה מהיר ומקצועי. בבריכה יש אזורים מוצלים ואזורים עם שמש ככה שניתן להישאר שעות ארוכות. מתקני המלון מצוינים והמיקום על הים וחמש דקות הליכה משוק הכרמל ומנחלת בנימין.

La chambre était magnifique, parfaitement entretenue, et la literie particulièrement confortable. Un hôtel propre, élégant et de grande qualité. Nous avons passé un séjour remarquable et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
