No me gustó la cama, se le viraron los tubos q la sostenían y parecía q iba a caerse muy débil, deberían limpiar mejor los baños el lavamanos estaba sucio . La hora de check-in muy tarde veníamos muy cansados del vuelo, llegamos media hora antes del check-in y nos dijeron q nos avisaban por teléfono tan pronto la habitación estuviera lista y jamás recibimos la llamada🤷🏻♀️

The views are absolutely beautiful and best part is coming back to the resort, washing off all the sand at the outdoor showers to enjoy the pool. Very friendly staff, clean facilities, they offer breakfast/lunch and dinner on site, perfect for everyone looking for a relaxing get away.

It was a last-minute reservation and they were wonderful with getting us a room We loved it so much we stayed the next day and they accommodated us so well the staff was amazing and went out of their way to help us with anything and everything we needed. Juan in the café was amazing. Made me a fresh coffee that was out of this world. The girls at the front desk were all so so sweet. We are already planning our next trip next year and will definitely be staying there again. The place was so clean, smelt great and the beach access was a big big bonus.

Lamentablemente encontramos cucarachas en la habitación (más de 4), lo cual nos preocupó mucho por cuestiones de higiene. Además, las habitaciones no cuentan con cafetera, un servicio que consideramos básico para muchos huéspedes.

One mattress was clean and one was dirty. It wasn't worth the money for the location because one block away you had the exact same beach access for free.

Reviewed May 12, 2026La propiedad esta excelente. Volveriamos a quedarnos aquí otra vez cuando visitemos esta area de nuevo. Hice doble reservaciónes por accidente y me di cuenta cuando llegue al lobby. Pude cancelar para un refund que me lo aprobaron el mismo día sin problema.

Reviewed May 4, 2026The best hotel in Combate is Class A. It has everything you need for a dream stay. Most importantly, the staff is outstanding. They go out of their way to serve their guests. They're like a second family to me. I've been staying at this hotel for many years. I recommend it 100%. You won't regret it. Thank you, Combate Beach Hotel.

It was stated that a baby crib could be requested, subject to availability; however, it ultimately wasn’t available during our stay. For a resort, having this more reliably available would be a great improvement. That said, they did arrange an extra bed, which was much appreciated.

El servicio del chef y kaisy, fue excepcional, super atentos, professional, educados, mas allá de una buena atención, su aptitud y carisma demostraron qué les gusta lo que hacen. Se siente uno bienvenido. Comida muy rica. Incluso nos llevaron los alimentos cuando no entro la llamada a mi teléfono. Nos dieron muchas buena recomendaciones.
Lo unico que note es Falta música y/o videos en el área de la piscina. Hay que subir escaleras si te toca el 2do piso. El cuarto que me toco olía a que alguien estuvo fumando aun siendo área de no fumadores, pero eso es culpa de los que no siguen reglas no del hotel. El TV necesita un upgrade, direct TV no es muy bueno, al menos poder poner tus apps favoritas ayuda a la experiencia.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026The staff were very helpful and kind. The location was AMAZING. The beach was just a few steps away. Each room was provided a drying rack. They loaned you beach towels. There are bike trails but we did not have time to take advantage of them - next time. We were there on a Sunday and Monday night and it was quite quiet. The hotel seems very family oriented. We ate breakfast at the hotel and Juan greeted us each morning with a smile. Thank you to all the staff at Combate Beach Resort.
