We stayed in 2 separate rooms from Sept 12 to 16 2025. Hotel exterior is dirty. The foyer vents were dusty and had fuzz coming out. The carpets in the rooms were old and very stained. the appliances were the old white kind. the vents in both the rooms had dust and fuzz hanging out of them. the back of the doors were stained with oil from the hydraulic handles up top. the bathroom tiles were stained and had mold in the grout. the wall sconce over the bed was broken & handing out the wall a bit. the shutters on the window didnt roll all the way up so you could only see outside 1/3 of the window from the bottom. 1 of our rooms had no phone, so if you needed anything you had to go all the way down in the elevator. Beds were comfortable with clean sheets. The house keeping is less than stellar. The listings say that they give free water. When we went to get the water were told that we would have to pay. I directed the guy to the website and then he said that the posting was outdated. The whole place is outdated. They need to upgrade the place. The pictures were obviously taken from a long time ago. It was safe enough and i was comfy enough but they definitely falsely advertised this place. If you are just looking for somewhere to rest you head, this is fine, but its not well cleaned. Even the drapes in our rooms were dirty and discolored. Also, they told us that we would get our deposit back in 72 and 7 days later, no deposit returned. Staff was friendly though limited English.
Near the airport with shuttle services.
Very good for price if you don’t mind traveling an hour to Paris via public transportation.
The staff was very professional It was a very good experience
Enjoyed sauna and gym facilities. Loved our stay
Pleasant staff
Propert could really use updating
The hotel was great value for money. Perfect if you dont want a late night in central Paris, the area is quiet so you will get good rest and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were polite and transport us close by. A restaurant and McDs wirhin walking distance.
Given the reasonable price the rooms are actually pretty good and nice. An okay option if you have an early flight in Orly. The problem is with the front desk people that have no clue on what they are going. We were given incorrect information about the time of the shuttle that brings people to the Orly airport. So we missed it and had to take a uber. The shuttle comes every 1/2 hour. The checkin was super long because room cards were given for rooms that were already occupied creating a huge mess in the computer system. Didn’t try the breakfast.
I did not expect to find the property with such condition. Carpet was filthy, i don't believe they wash the towels. The place is simply not clean.
It’s a good hotel for long stay
Its a good location if your staying for a couple of nights. Free transport to airport.
The gentleman at the front that night we check in was so amazing! Quick and easy. I highly recommend
We spent 2 nights at the hotel and loved the breakfast there! We appreciated the free shuttle to/from Orly Airport. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised to see that there was a kitchenette in the room! We would recommend this hotel to others!
Excellent property
Great place. Had a blast
I had a good experience at the this Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful, i recommend it for long stay
AFFORDABLE
Nothing good and no good service
Good stay for one night by the airport. My biggest complaint was the very strong moldy smell that came from the bathroom. Unbearable.
Excellent location for early flight at Orly
The property is too far from the Paris downtown. If you are planning for few days do not stay here as transport is not feasible from so far. They do not even keep tea/coffee and charges $2 for each cup. The stay is not worth the money. And I was totally dissatisfied since I want to cut down my stay there but they were very rude in letting you know your options. Will never stay here when I come again.
The ac didn’t work it was horrible they had no cleaning person who did room service tho we put service request
Elevator out of order, had to haul our luggage up the stairs. Room needs a refresh, carpet stained, a piece of sheet rock is jammed in front of exposed pipes in kitchenette. Bathroom sink clogged. It was quiet at night, bed fine, blackout shutters made it dark.
It is fine for the airport
friendly staff
The beds were super nice, the price was right. However apart from a shop inside a gas station, there is absolutely nothing around it. If you don't have a car, pass this place. The staff was very friendly and nice, someone was available 24x7
A nice and relative close to Paris center with a Peripheral highway exit just near. Perfect for a several days visit. Good parking for a little extra and Gas station just near and a McDonalds at two blocks away and even commercial center at 12 minutes. Nice and helpful staff. I recommend definitely specially if you go with car.
I was surprised how good the hotel was for the price they charged! (The breakfast could be better).
We had booked a group of 9 people in October 2022. Some of our clients were followed by a person to the hotel and were sitting in front of their rooms for a couple of hours. It has been noticed that the front desk staff provides room access keys to any person without investigating and an unknown person entered one of our client rooms with an access card issued by the front desk at night. We followed up on the invoice multiple times however, no invoice was issued, no response to our complaints from the receptionist, supervisor to the director and to date we have received no communication after the full payment was taken in advance. Highly unprofessional staff with no regard for customer satisfaction. **Not recommended**
It was a nice stay . Pleasant reception , stayed for 3 weeks the room was cleaned only once a week i wish it is cleaned twice a week . The hotel near the bus stop
Lugar limpio y cómodo. Transportación al Aeropuerto
The Apartment is a nice place to be with, the receptionist was nice and helpful the room i lodged was big and the Kitchenette was a great one for a traveller. The only problem i had was that i lodged for Five days and my room wasn't cleaned i had to ask the Cleaning attendant for sheets to change my bed and when i asked the receptionist she said its the standard, also there is this Offensive smell from the bathroom that is not pleasant at all..if the Manager can work on this then it will be more pleasant for Visitors and Tourist
Very disappointed! Used to be nice and clean, not anymore. Only the men at the reception are nice and very helpful but the women are rude and helpless. Strange. So be aware!
Pros: Internet connection was strong Bed was comfy The ladies at the desk were sweet The sounds of a lady getting railed for more than an hour a couple times a week Cons: Dirty floors Dirty walls Parking is €8/day unless you’re fortunate enough to find a spot on the street When you shower water gets all over the floor The sounds of a lady getting railed for more than an hour a couple times a week I was there for three weeks on business. They’re renovating the place so maybe it’ll be cleaner when it’s done. The carpets and walls in the rooms really need cleaned. Bad.
It was a great experience! The close proximity to the Orly Airport. The food places around were very limited due to the area. It was a quiet place for business and leisure relaxation. A free shuttle takes you directly to the airport. Which is a A ! The kitchen area had all what you needed. It has Centrel A/C and you can open your window. A cool breeze comes in and out which is rather nice. The added amenities were worth it for a budget traveler.
Good stay but lots of things missing from the room. Only 1 mug and 1 towel in 1 room for 2 people which wasn't great as we'd pre-booked so they were aware it was for more than 1. no spoons in the other.
Room had a terrible odor. Beds where not comfortable. Was not up to our standards. Pictures on the Internet were old. Would never recommend this property to anyone. Overpriced for the type of room. I had booked a second night I am not staying.
We appreciated the airport shuttle. It is also close to a bus line for convenient transport into Paris.
Very smelly rooms... The smell of sewage in the toilet... The room was not cleaned during my stay even though I was asking the reception to do it... The person at the reception was rude and insulting, he went as far as saying "the client is not king in my book, it is not our fault that the room was not cleaned, since we have a contractor that comes and cleans the rooms"???!!!
The hotel was advertised as close to transportation to get around easily... Wrong! Staff smiling but unfriendly and do not care attitude. Too far away from anything.
The manager helped us make our stay comfortable after we missed our flight. We couldnt have done it without the manager going out of her way to endure we were comfortable. The free airport shuttle was a plus and free!!!
I liked the hospitality of the staff, everyone was very professional, polite and respectful. The breakfast was good and the place was clean.
nice clean i do not like the location. good bed nice people
I was charged twice for certain things, once on expedia then again in the hotel
Stayed one night when i had a 23 hour layover at the Paris airport, the location was great only being 2 miles from the airport. The hotel was very nice with beautiful accommodations. Unfortunately I found the hotel staff to be rude and not helpful. My review would have been great if wasn’t for the attitudes of the staff.
Not cleaned whilst I stayed for 8 nights!!!
Great hotel 🏨 to stayed I really enjoyed it. I totally recommend to anyone whoever wants to visit France 🇫🇷.
These suites are brand new and very clean. Check-in was easy and when we called in advance, they put us in rooms next to each other. The shower door is too small, so water goes all over the bathroom floor. The only tables for eating are the 2 desks with only 2 chairs. A four-person suite should have at least 4 chairs. But the rooms were comfortable and a good price. Very close to Orly!
We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The first night was on our arrival day and the second night was the night before the departure. Both stays had problems with our reservations. We had booked suites to sleep 4 but the hotel was unable to accommodate this so they ended up giving us two bedrooms not even on the same floor. Also the airport shuttle only operates at certain times of the day which didnt work for our flight in or out of Orly. The rooms also smelled of mold or dampness and there was visible water damage in the ceiling of one room
Expedia changed us to this property because of a mistake on a previous booking, and oh my .... This place was horrible
Modern hotel with very confortable rooms. Kind people at the desk but the maid only came in my room three times for five days and the breakfast is a little bit too expensive; 10.50 €.
Far distance from the central Paris. Hard to communicate with English with the staff. Only one bus goes to the Metro near around the hotel(216) but not running often. Good location for who uses Orly airport and free shuttle every 30 minutes Morning and Evening time.
It was an okay hotel. Customer service could have been better. The location was annoying.
From the hotel photos, everything seems quite ok, however, things are very different, room n corridor got bad smell, carpet very dirty, all drains from the sink in pantry, bathroom... are all blocked, water flows out from shower, everything in the pantry was not cleaned properly. Room badly need repairing. Hotel is just by the motorway, with a see thru curtain. Parking Eur10 a night.
Staff is very rude especially if you speak English we are from America they were very very rude to us. The room is filthy. The sheets smelled like it’s been used over and over again. You can tell the don’t wipe the toilet seats and sanitize it. Stay somewhere else
A drab hotel with basic amenities but large suite type rooms with plenty of space. Very basic breakfast facilities made worse by a lady who slowly hauls a large trolley around the serving area the entire time, which she also uses to clear tables (in slow motion)
The address was easier to find it,but the break was that good with the prices
I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. All the staff are very kind and very helpful.
The hotel room was big and clean. However there was not enough light. The bathroom was large and clean as well. We even had our own little kitchen but we didn’t have time to use it.
Staff were not very friendly and common area of the hotel was not very clean. Inside of the room was clean and not bad, for the price the overall stay was acceptable.
Bed bugs lots ,breakfast not good, rude break fast lady .room service many time request but no point
Booked a Family Suite with 3 beds a long time ago. Got to hotel and told that they gave all the suites to police convention. Basically told us nothing they could do - LOL! Yes, they could have... Not given our room we booked to someone else. So they gave us two separate rooms with king sized beds not even beside each other. Not what we booked. Wasn't too happy. We had early flight and asked them to get us a taxi to get us to airport. They booked us private driver and not a taxi. Guy wanted $50 for 5 minute drive. We thought it was $15. Customer service at Hotels.com did take care of us after our complaint.
Had overnight stay for early morning departure. Rooms are spacious, but a little dated, and average furnishings. Front desk was helpful checking in. The hotel felt secure/safe enough for my family and I. We had rental car parking was 10 euros.
Bad: Staff is not doing any effort. Room is smelly and too hot. Crappy air conditioning. One room had a very hot floor (in the middle of summer). Only evening food available is a vending machine or a cheap dinner down the block that closes at 11PM. Good: Bathroom was spacious and decently equipped. Note: if you need to go to CDG, take an Uber (about 1 hour w traffic), cheaper that any driver the hotel may recommend you.
The front desk was helpful. The hot water was not working so I didn't bother trying to shower. They did have signs in the elevator apologizing for maintenance work. Large piece of shattered and taped mirror in the elevator. There was also a hole and exposed insulation where work had been completed in the closet of our room. Not much in the area to walk to for food. Would be an ok hotel for European business travelers after the maintenance issues are resolved. Note - I did not try the breakfast; it is not included in the booking price.
The room had 2 beds and it was a suite with a kitchenette. The air conditioner did not work very well and the one bedroom. Did not have any air flow. The walls were in need of repair. The beds were not comfortable. The carpet was non existent, squares of fabric covering the floor. The shower was a stall that when used water got all over the floor. The staff when we checked in did not speak English and kept asking what do you want when I asked if the restaurant across the street was open. Checked out the next day and the concierge ordered us a taxi and said there were 4 people but neglected to tell the taxi service that we had 7 bags (4 of which were large suitcases). The taxi driver told us to take a bus to the airport and left. The 2nd taxi driver damages one of our suitcases when he threw it into the back of the taxi.
Don't expect much from this "hotel" (actually small apartments in an unfinished building in the middle of nowhere with an apathetic receptionist downstairs. The 'complimentary' shuttle is in fact an overpriced €15 between 9am and 6pm. The gym is in fact an empty room with three cardio machines next to reception. Electrical wires hanging from corridor ceilings on all floors, flickering lights, nothing hanging on any of the grey walls part reception. Felt like a bleak spacious youth hostel still under construction. Not worth the money.
We arrived early evening and the room was still dirty from the previous guests. Bed unmade, trash on the table and used towels in the room. The bathroom smelled like there was a sewage issue. The hotel looked like it was going through construction and was a little messy and unorganized. Just very uncomfortable.
I have problems in the Sink but no body do the service even after I complen
Staff was exceedingly helpful, especially with cancelled flight issues due to air controllers strike (viva la France). Only problem: we never received our early morning wake up call.
We thought we were getting an apartment with a kitchen to cook a few of our own meals....there was sparse dishes and pots, no coffee maker (we had to ask for one) no spatula, knives and only a small cooktop....room and hallways smelled of stagnant water, floors dirty and the toilet wasn't even cleaned everyday....don't believe what you read in the room description.
I called the morning of our arrival to get details about the hotel shuttle. Was told the last run picked up at the terminal at 11 pm. I was waiting at the designated pickup location at 10:57. When no shuttle showed up, I called and was told the driver decided to leave early that night and no apology was offered. When I brought the issues up at checkin after arranging alternate travel, I was told it was my fault for waiting till after 11 to call, even though the driver was already long gone before 11 and I had done exactly what I was instructed to do to be picked up. Don't trust their word and don't expect any help or sympathy from the staff.
Very nice hotel. The front desk is very nice people. There is free gated parking, you have to push buzzer and staff opens the gate. Rooms are mid-size with a kitchenette and small refrigerator so you can save money by cooking meals. There is a couple large supermarkets nearby to buy groceries. This hotel is in a business neighborhood. A large amount of guests appear to be business travelers. Free breakfast with latte/cappucino coffee machine, juice, cereal, toast, yogurt, cold cuts and powdered eggs. The center of Paris is around a 45 minute drive away in traffic. Good Wi-Fi in the rooms, can slow down during peak times. If you are a tourist, it is a little far from central Paris and would be a pain to get to by train or bus. But if you have rental car like me then no problem.
It took three tries before I received a room that was cleaned and ready. But the room I finally received was very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall was clean, however there were two buckets in the main lobby catching leaking water. My main complaint is the fact that they advertised a shuttle bus pick up from airport. After arriving tired and weary I found out they only pick up at 18:30 hours. So if you want to wait you can I arrived at 2/33 hours. Certainly didn't want to wait that long. Paid 30 euros to go 5 minutes to hotel. Feel this is complete false advertising. Not being familiar with area had no idea how else to get to hotel. That was the main reason I book this hotel was the shuttle. Did not workout. Bummer.
Stayed for a quick overnight. We had to wait almost 45 minutes for the shuttle, but after that, the staff was great. The gentleman at the front desk was more than accommodating for our requests. Would definitely stay again. Also, just a quick 25 minutes from Versailles.
I really like my stay in your hotel but the thing is When I booked the room you show me a room with different bathroom. When I went to my room I felt cheated, because in the picture there was two bathtubs. About the cleaning service I don't understand I the cleaner doesn't wash the dishes.
The hotel was clean, the staff were nice and most spoke better English than my French. Don't prebuy the parking, it's free on the street in front and their entrance gate is annoying.
The worst internet I had when I was their
we were told by your attendant that shuttle service to the airport was available, but he failed to tell us that hours were limited to 6-9 in the morning and 7-10 in the afternoon;the taxis from the airport do not want to take you for a short distance. And in the day of our departure the reception did not wake us up as scheduled.
Excellent
Comfortable beds, easy access from Orly, modern facolonies, parking onsite. Quiet!
Basic airport hotel. No food, good internet and comfortable bed. Expensive parking but you can park on street.
staff are really nice, place is very clean, a bit of problem with the bath tub, doesn't drain properly
Excellent place to stay before catching a flight home. The only criticism would be that the breakfast didn't have all the food varieties advertised and when we asked about the shortcomings we received only a shrug. As well, the cost was far too high for what we got.
I arrived and had to wait almost an hour in the airport because they failed to tell me that the bus shuttles that they have are only for a couple hours in the morning and a couple hours in the evening. When finally I arrived at the hotel they checked me in a room where the rubbish and the leftover of the previous customer were all over the place. The answer of the receptionist was that this things happen and that it is not her problem. Finally, they transfer me in another room. They promised me to give me the breakfast at 4am before I leave but it never happened.
Very nice for one night, i took this hotel because i want it something near tobthe orly airport we were arriving from a vacation of 15 days in the south of france with my two sons and living the next day by the orly airport to our country and the hotel was better than i expected very nice and confortable and brand new and pick us up from the airport to the hotel for free
The hotel itself was very good , it was a bit far for Paris
I was in need of a room near the Orly airport and I booked this. It is a residence, so the room has a kitchenette also. It has an enclosed parking, which is good.
We stayed here the night before leaving Paris. The hotel had a complimentary shuttle van which was nice. Overall it wasn't bad but it wasn't anything special. Good for one night but nothing more. Room was a good size which was nice.
The hotel is conveniently located to Orly airport and is clean and comfortable. There are no conveniences provided in the kitchenette such as washing up liquid, sponges or towels so I am not sure how you are supposed to use the facilities. The room was clean and these staff friendly and helpful.
Hotel was easy to get to. Check in was quick. But first room was not 100% clean (dirty light switches, etc..). I asked to change it and they did quickly. Room wifi is free and good quality (Many hotels are not). You can pay 9 euros for breakfast which was good and had many options. Room was quiet. Front desk was really helpful with directions etc..
Very helpful staff, room basic but comfortable.
The reason I chose this hotel because on the map it seemed to be very close to Versailles after arriving to Orly airport. I was very disappointed to learn that to get to Versailles I needed to take a train to Paris center area first and from there take RER C train to Versailles. The room was very clean and comfortable, however the commute to the hotel was complicated: you need to take tram 7 from Orly airport and after change to TVG bus.
The room has been cleaned but the bed sheets were not changed and were dirty. We had to complain and wait an hour for them to change them. Horrible!!
Nice experience but I will book ahead all the things you would like to do for example tours. Also learn what routes to take in bus or train because taxi is about 35 to 55 euros.
The hotel is okay. It does not have a bar tor restaurant. The website I booked this hotel on did not mention this, but as the actual website for the hotel was in French, I could not see the lack of bar or restaurant.
All Suites Appart Hôtel Orly Rungis was a great hotel for our trip to Paris! We had a corner room with two twin beds and a kitchenette. It was spacious and so was the bathroom. Everything was very modern and clean and the staff was very friendly and always helpful. My only complaint is that the room did not have blackout drapes so the light was an issue for me. This hotel is only a few miles from the Orly airport and does provide a limited shuttle service, only from 7-9am and 7-9pm. If you want a shuttle during other hours, it will cost you 15 euros so it "might" be less costly to take a cab. I left from CDG airport to go home and it was convenient to take the free hotel shuttle at 7am to Orly and then take a bus/shuttle to CDG for 21 euros. While the hotel is quite far out from Paris, the bus stop with transfers to the metro is very close to the hotel. Be warned that the path there does not have working lights so it's a bit scary walking at night in the dark. This is not a bad reflection on the hotel but rather on the lack of maintenance along the path. One last tip: Most of the stations do not have "live" assistance. You must buy your transportation tickets from a machine that is a bit confusing and is finicky. It would not take either one of our credit cards and it doesn't take bills. We could only use EURO COINS for the machine and they do NOT have a change machine in the station so come prepared with plenty of coins!
Good location next to a restaurant and a gas station/convience store. The room was clean and had plenty of room. I will probably stay there again next time I am in Paris.
very satisfactory I slept well and got to work easily in Rungis
