Phi Phi Chang Grand Resort

The room is really big! King bed really confortable. I spent there a week and I liked. Aircon works perfect. The swimming pool perfect to take a good rest if you don’t wanna walk to the beach or town!

There was just ONLY ONE socket in the whole room, and it wasn’t close to the bed.

Give you comfort while keeping close to nature.

מקום לא נקי, הרבה חרקים, די רחוק נמצא הסוף של האי. מחיר מאוד זול אבל לא הייתי סוגרת אם אכפת לכם מאסתטיקה ונקיון

O quarto tinha um tamanho bom, a localização era boa, os quartos são estilo bangalôs o que facilita entrada e saída. O pessoal trocava as toalhas todos os dias.

Tinha muita barata no quarto e um cavalo que ficava pelas ruas entrou dentro da recepção e me deu uma mordida no braço e a recepcionista apenas tirou um saco de pão do balcão e ficou alimentando o cavalo.

Выбрали этот отель, потому что в нем есть конь)) он милый, весь день ходит по территории, можно покормить. Также понравилось расположение, с одной стороны, немного вдали от шумных улочек, поэтому тихо и спокойно, с другой- всё равно удобно и быстро до всего дойти. Также нам дали номер лучше того, что мы бронировали, за это спасибо!

位置稍远，步行需要12分钟。但是不吵闹。当地居民区附近，物价感人。吃住方便，晚8点之前热水和咖啡满足供应。去看日出日落方便。院落很大。还有一匹可爱的小马。游泳池漂亮。

Location

Very run down and not clean. Did not correlate to the pictures

Cheap, basic, pool great and loved the horse checking us in. Cant complain for price paid.

Could do with a bit of a refresh of the bathrooms and the shower water smelt a bit stinky at first

La piscine, les animaux,

On le savait déjà, mais l’hôtel est à 15 minutes à pied du port, cependant, nous pensions prendre un taxi ou avoir un service proposé par l’hôtel, mais non. Donc ce n’est pas l’idéal pour des personnes chargé comme nous, surtout que l’hôtel est dur à trouver, nous avons mis beaucoup de temps sous la chaleur. Deuxièmement, le personnel n’est pas aimable, on a l’impression de déranger (pas de sourires …). Le check out est à 11h mais à 10h25, une dame nous a demandé de partir (j’ai jamais vus ça). De plus, la chambre n’est pas ce que nous attendions, mais surtout la clim marchait jtrès mal la journée, et la pommeau de douche fuît partout.

It’s very quiet and clean. There are cats too. You can sit by the door and enjoy the breeze.

There are little ants. Lots of little ants are crawling all over the table. You don’t notice them at first, but once you look closely, they’re everywhere.

La atención

Todo muy bien.

The place is pleasant all around, with plants and animals; they provided towels and 1l water to drink everyday; we asked them more pillows, clutery and they were helpful.

The TV wasn’t connecting; The container with hand soap was almost empty before we use; The staff does not speak any English; they did not clean the rooms while you are there; we had to buy insecticide to avoid bugs; the pool wasn’t clean.

The Resort is in a great location, far enough away to not hear all the hustle and bustle but near enough to walk to all the bars restaurant and beach. Had all the amenities listed.

The accommodation is much more dated than the picture shows

Muy sucio todo y había gatos y un caballo todo el rato dando vuelvas, cuando hicimos el check in el caballo estaba ahí en recepción... Muy mala imagen

Absolútne nič, jedine že po areály sa pohyboval pekný koník, ale ubytovanie, izby, recepcia bola hrozná

Všade bola pleseň a bolo jej fakt veľa, odmietol som izbu na čo som dostal upgrade na lepšiu izbu, tam bolo plesne menej ale veľký zápach, špinavé postelné prádlo a obrovský šváb v kúpeľni!!!

The hotel was okay and served its purpose for our New Year’s stay on Koh Phi Phi. It was clean, but the bathroom was very small and the beds were quite hard. On such a lively party island, it worked well enough as a basic place to stay. It was quiet though as it was not in the midst of the happenings.

馬がいたりイグアナもいて自然が凄く良かったです。 プールも夜遅く入っても大丈夫です

Rien tout etait horrible

Il y avait plein de petites bete partout et surtout sur le lit. C était sale. La salle de bain insalubre. Tout etait horrible. Fuyez !! Il y a tellement d’autres meilleurs hotels.

Shower not the best

We arrived at reception to find it was full despite having a reservation. We were taken to another hotel Down the street and told to stay there. We had to pay the same price and ended up in awful accommodation. There isn’t much choice on Phi Phi being a small island and most places were full so we were forced to stay there.

Soggiornato x 2 notti, struttura pulita a due passi dal centro ma fuori dal casino, piscina pulita personale molto gentile, la cosa curiosa c'è un 🐎 che gira x la struttura, spesso si ferma alla reception aspettando che la ragazza gli dia da mangiare

Sarebbe carina se fosse come nelle foto,la realtà un po’ diversa. Bagno lascia a desiderare. Aria condizionata che perde acqua! Bello il cavallino.

Habitación espaciosa. Estaba muy limpio.

La cama y las almohadas no eran cómodas

Lugar muy tranquilo, la habitación cómoda, había nevera en la habitación. El lugar de la piscina era bonito.

La piscina tenía el agua verde, no ofrecen desayuno.

The property is in a good location, easy walk to shops and cafes

The word Grand should be taken out of the name. The pool deck is broken and unsafe, the yard is unkempt. The housekeeping was almost non existent. Upon getting our 2nd room(first one had messed up air conditioning) we reported a serious leak under the sink which did not get fixed and the housekeeping did not give us a dry towel to soak up the water, by day 3, we had a bug infestation! Nothing grand about the Grand Chang

Que tenía un pony por los alrededores

Cama dura, habitación con el mando del AC roto, recepción muy mala (no estaba ninguna vez que fuimos y teniamos que contactar por aquí a traves de mensajes), música de la fiesta de la playa se escucha hasta las 03:00/04:00 AM… Parecia que iba a ser una buena opción, pero sin duda decepcionante.

La localisation, la piscine et la chambre.

L’isolation, nous n’avons quasiment pas dormi pendant une nuit à cause de voisins bruyant jusqu’à 7h du matin !

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber und hatte eine Klimaanlage. Der Pool war ganz schön und es hatte viele Tiere. Auf dem Gelände findet sich ein Waren, ein Pferd und einige Katzen. Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt und es gab jeden Tag neues Wasser.

Aus der Dusche kam nur kaltes Wasser und das Waschbecken war undicht, sodass man sehr oft in einer Pfütze stand. Das Bett war leider extrem hart und unbequem.

Não gostei de nada, tinha reserva para 3 dias ao final de dois dias mesmo pedindo para mudar de quarto eu não gostei, não corresponde nada com o que se vê nas fotografias, a entrada é miserável e os quartos não são bons, estragou a minha estadia pelas phi phi pois não me senti confortável, acabei por vir embora mais cedo, funcionários muito simpáticos, mas tem de melhorar muito pois tem pormenores na casa de banho que são horríveis

Cama e almofadas duras. Fomos para este hotel mais distante para fugir do barulho das festas mas foi a pior escolha porque passávamos a noite toda a ouvir o barulho dos animais

Pas de sèche cheveux Lit et oreiller dur Ménage pas fait tout les jours donc pas de changement de serviette, pas de bouteille d’eau et pas de café (quand on le signale, ils s’excusent et nous donne ce qu’il faut)

Que al menos tenía aire acondicionado.

El baño se encontraba en pésimas condiciones higiénicas. Había moho en las paredes y el suelo. La papelera también tenía mucha suciedad. El baño no tiene enchufe y tampoco los habian cerca de la cama. Cuando los huéspedes de las habitaciones colindantes caminaban se transmitía el ruido ya que vibraba el suelo. El horario del desayuno era muy tarde, no lo consuminos en ninguna mañana (lo teníamos incluido). Había maleza amontonada en las zonas de los jardines y estaban descuidados. Indica en las características del hotel que tiene servicio de lavandería y es falso.

Nous étions dans une des 4 chambres d'affilée. Le très gros plus: localisé suffisamment loin de la partie animée pour ne pas être dérangé par les boum boum mais près du centre malgré tout (15 minutes max du pier). La piscine et l'endroit sont propres. Une bouteille d'eau offerte à l'arrivée. Le linge est changé tous les jours et tous les jours nous avons une bouteille d'eau. Situé dans une zone arborée. Chambre lumineuse avec un petit frigo.

La douche a très peu de pression. L'épaisseur des murs fait qu'en cas de voisins indélicats, on entend tout. Pour résoudre le problème, réserver un bungalow. Lis et oreillers très durs.

Nettes Personal. Soweit OK. Leider, optisch nicht wie auf den Fotos , welche Luxus und Sauberkeit offerieren. Kein Luxus , kein Restaurant oder Bistro. Laute Kröten die ganze Nacht ( sehr viele) . Es wirkt etwas heruntergekommen , es war offensichtlich ein ehemaliges Muay Thai Gym… was jetzt einfach nur unansehnlich aussieht. Für ein paar Tage nur zum schlafen OK.

Armaturen verkalkt und oder rostig . Duschköpfe verkalkt … Wenn man den Raum mir Schlüssel verlässt wird der Strom getrennt. Hier aber auch der Kühlschrank. Wenn man ein paar Stunden Weg ist ist der Inhalt des Kühlschrank warm.

The room was huge and the staff were all kind. The breakfast was amazing.

The toilet. When it was wet we had the feeling that we would fall at any moment.

Pool was a bit dirty, there were some plastic sun loungers but no umbrellas so couldn’t sit in any shade.
