Lots of things broken, handles, the microwave was sparking & there was a horrendous smell from the drains. Looks like something is leaking from the top floor to the balcony stairs too which is a massive slip hazard.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026La tranquilidad , la cama era muy limpia. El agua de la ducha salia con mucha presión y la piscina es enorme y casi no había gente. Era fácil de aparcar en las inmediaciones del hotel.
Nadie nos explicó nada, solo nos dieron la llave. La cocina era algo antigua y el hotel parecía muy vacío. No había gente.

Confort de la literie, pas top. Pas de machine à café et il faut marcher 20 min pour trouver un café ! Le ménage est sporadique plusieurs équipes. Si tu passes ton tour, tant pis pour toi L'immeuble commence à prendre de l'âge !

El servicio de atención al cliente es muy limitado en plena temporada alta. Llegamos al alojamiento a las 18.15h y la recepción ya estaba cerrada, tuvimos que bajar a otra recepción a recoger la llave. Pedimos toallas de piscina y no era posible ya que hasta el día siguiente no abrían la recepción. En pleno agosto no dan servicio a los huéspedes. Pasó lo mismo con las almohadas, queríamos otras extra y no era viable hasta el día siguiente. Pagando casi 1000€ por 4 noches al menos debería de haber una persona de guardia.

Unfortunately, the service was a major disappointment. Every time we needed assistance outside regular hours, the front desk was unable to help us. We also tried calling the emergency phone number provided by the hotel several times, but nobody ever answered. We asked for fresh towels and were simply told it wasn’t possible. On another occasion, we couldn’t find the TV remote and, instead of helping us, the staff kept saying there was nothing they could do and even claimed it was their first day on the job. However, we had already seen the same employee working there on previous days.
