Location was great

The bed was damp and wet every night from the AC , it was unpleasant and uncomfortable to be in.

The hotel is very clean and the room was a good size and immaculate

I tried to request a room online as offered but it did not work. I wanted a room on the upper floors as reviews advised but when I arrived the hotel was full and we were given a room on the 1st floor despite explaining the online request service did not work. I also asked for a double bed but was told the hotel was full and all we could have were single beds. I was therefore offered an upgrade fo an extra 75euros a night. I felt in the circumstances I should have been given the upgrade for free. Location is fine but a walk to decent restaurants

Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Location is a 15-29 minute walk to see front bars and restaurants, bathroom shower and baths a bit dated. Balcony had no view or anywhere to sit and relax. Lighting in room and sink area very dark.

Very friendly staff - smiling and always available for advise

Gym a bit old fashionned - not very fancy room

Nuestra experiencia fue magnífica. Limpieza, ubicación, trato del personal, comodidad, instalaciones. 10/10

Great place,

Room was good. Balcony too small to really sit out on

Breakfast was dark downstairs in basement Pool and lounges not great. Outside very dated and looking out the room was depressing Reception understaffed

Do pequeno almoço e do quarto

The room, the hygiene, the staff were very friendly and helpful

Nothing

Que la piscina estuviera fuera del hitel

Exceptional reception staff, very friendly and helpful...Room was immaculate.

Localização , conforto , limpeza

Le standing est très bien

We had an excellent stay at NH Collection. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was with a great selection, and the service was outstanding throughout our visit. A special thank you to the NH Collection team for the wonderful birthday surprise. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my day even more special. We would be delighted to stay here again!

The location was a bit from the center but since we like walking it was no problem for us take a walk by the beach.

The pool area and breakfast were great.

Our room initially smelled like fish. It was also very damp throughout our stay. Our check in was a massive hassle with the check in staff being exceptionally rude. We had rented 4 rooms from our group and they were upset that a room had 2 children (one under the age of 2 and felt the children should be separated and a second room booked for that group, but ultimately made an exception). The towel system was terrible as there was often no one to give towels to guests, but if you took a towel (because no one was there and you wanted to dry off for a moment) someone would find you and tell you off after.

Perfect not in the center of it but perfect location - to town in 5 minutes via loca bus

Établissement bien placé calme accueil chaleureux et personnels accueillant et agréable

Rien

Hele ruime kamers & grote bedden.

Niets.

Clean Roomier than we thought Very lovely and patient staff Would definitely stay here again

Lovely hotel in amazing location, close by to Puente Romano and the golden mile. Super clean and comfortable with friendly and very attentive staff. Very comfy beds and pillows. Really enjoyed our stay here, it was like home from home!

Everything was great!

lovely clean and modern hotel. Loved the pool area.

The location was a little far from the main beach promenade and from Old Town. We could walk it but sometimes needed to take a bus or a cab.

Cercano a playa

Perfect place to stay!staff was friendly. Everyday my room was cleaned. I suggest to everyone.

Location: Excellent - central location located conveniently for access to all major landmarks Staff: Excellent and friendly Room: Great room and facilities Other: Sweet/Snack table at reception was great :)

Everything was great apart for staff member at checkout who when request was made for stored luggage was extremely rude. She displayed an arrogant attitude which was a unfortunate given that everyone else was super helpful and friendly.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Lourdes and Sergio deserve a special 'thank you'. They were so welcoming on reception! Air-con in room was brilliant. Breakfast brilliant! A good choice of hotel!

All was excellent!

I liked the location, the pool area, having private parking and the easy access.

I didn’t liked to be hearing our room neighbor at night time as the walls seems to be not well insulated, that wasn’t nice.

Skvělá lokalita v klidné části. Výjimečné snídané a super bazén na velké zahradě.

Nice room.

Expensive.

Definitely not like the pictures, the lobby was nice but that's about it

Nista

Fijn verblijf, mooie kamer

Liked the location and how close it was to the places we wanted to go and easy to get around

Didn’t like how pricy it was. It’s a bit dated the hotel and rooms were smaller than what I expected to see in the pictures

The rooms were clean and there was a nice selection at breakfast

We booked a superior sea view , but got a view of the pool and the filling station across the road and a bare glimpse of the sea, very disappointing as this was the start of a trip for a friends wedding and we just got married 1 month ago so we added on a mini moon either end of the week. We were offered to be moved to a higher room the next day but as we were only staying 2 nights it was too inconvenient. We ordered food at the pool bar and waited 1 hour 20 mins with multiple people ordering after us and getting the food well ahead of us. I raised these issues at reception and they were apologetic and sent some macaroons and champagne to the room by way of apology. for the pool area you need to go out the front to the side rather than through the hotel, and the restaurant is completely covered with nowhere to eat outside. Generally I think the hotel is mediocre and slightly overpriced for what you get.

Comodidad de las camas. Que tuviera piscina. Bien desayuno.

The interior has been completely modernised and is clean and really well designed. It has a high end feel. The staff are super friendly and the hotel is not far from the beach. The rooms are excellent. Mine had a small balcony with views of the mountains to the north and the sea to the south. The breakfast was excellent.

The exterior is a little dated. Accessing the pool is a bit of a pain because you have to walk out the front door of the hotel. No chairs on the balcony.

Recently refurbished rooms, comfortables beds, amenities and staff were good.

Breakfast wasn't the best.

Ganz schlechte Erfahrung

No outside space for breakfast
