عند تسجيل الدخول قابلنا فتاة في الاستقبال كان تعاملها سيى للاسف واسلوبها مقزز وكانت تقول انا مالكة الفندق وايضا يعيبهم التاخير في الدخول ايضا موقعه لايناسب العائلات المحافظة وابضا سماع اصوات الموسيقى من الغرف لعدم وحود عازل صوت

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Wbrew innym opiniom - bardzo czysty hotel w europejskim stardardzie typu Campanille. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. W opiniach narzekają na hałas, ale to tylko delikatne odłosy muzyki na żywo do godziny 23:00, potem jest cicho. Polecam.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Convenient location for nightlife, quite acceptable room for the price, good strong shower with hot water immediately available , fast elevator. They take good care of you with visitors. they said they only did towels every two days but they did mine every day.
Noisy busy street with a lot of adult bars, you have to walk past -the Taxi would not go down there when I arrived so I had to drag my suitcases, massive building site at the rear but not too bad considering -I think there is double glazing. Hardly any soap provided and no other bathroom accessories

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Very clean with excellent staff and reasonable prices. It can be loud until midnight or 1 a.m. due to the nearby bar with a live band. We stay here often and enjoy the Green Room bar/restaurant. I highly recommend it if you want small, clean accommodations close to Nana.

Les draps n’étaient pas changés tous les jours, et dernier jours j’ai eu des draps avec du rouge à lèvres dessus avec une odeur. Le frigo fermait mal., j’ai eu des fourmis sur un sac de bonbon oublié dans un sac dos. Le trucs des draps est le plus dérangeant . Quartier chaud , donc racolage poussé à chaque passage . Vous êtes prévenu . Hôtel en construction en face pour ceux que ça peux intéressé (pas moi).

If I had to pick one thing I would say the water doesn’t get very hot, but that’s not really an issue because of the weather outside.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Nice hotel with helpful staff, for me everything was okay. My room was in the back, where I can see a construction site on the neighboring plot. But it for me was interesting to watching as they use large machines to lay the foundation of the building 😊 The construction works was not too noisy at all, I was able good sleeping every day. On other side of the Hotel there are lots of bars, I think there i would be bothered by loud music. The location perfect near to Nana Plaza, Terminal21 Mall, many restaurants and bars everywhere. The room was tidy, every day comes the housemaid to cleaning. Bed a bit hard but acceptable, so I was satisfied here. Deposit is 1000 Baht but you get back it when you leave.
I can not criticise anything. My expectations were fulfilled.

Keinesfalls sollte man ein Zimmed zur Soi 7 nehmen sondern zur Rűckseite Soi 9. SONST HAT MAN DEN HEAVY METAL Lärm der Green Room Bar direkt unter dem Hotel bis 3 Uhr am Morgen. Die Rűckseite zur Soi 9 ist gut Schallisoliert. Wie lange noch auf Grund des Baus eines riesigen neuen Hotels dort ust allerrdings fraglich.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026The bed was really comfortable! Firm mattress with a good soft layer on top. Room was clean and reasonably sized. You have to walk trough a street with bars to get to the hotel. Or avoid them by taking the back ally and enter the street from the other side. My room was on the backside of the hotel, but soundproof. There was construction going on behind the hotel, but I did not hear any noises from it. I guess they finished noisy foundation works. Close to nana station so easy to go everywhere by public transport.
