Cherry Central Hotel- Near Opera House

早餐還不錯，附近吃飯很方便。晚上有點吵。

插頭有點不好用。自帶延長線也不是很好插。

Les murs sont très fins, on a été dérangé plusieurs fois au milieu de la nuits a cause des voisins qui criait.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber und ästhetisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr groß und es gab eigentlich von allem etwas. Die Lage ist extrem gut, direkt neben tollen Restaurants und man ist direkt in der Innenstadt. Auf der Dachterasse hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick.

Dass das Frühstücksbuffet nur bis 9:00 offen hat und dass das Personal nicht wirklich mit einem in Kontakt tritt oder redet, das war ein bisschen befremdlich. Man muss auch mögen dass das Bad/ die Toilette komplett offen sind, vielleicht eher für Paare etwas, als wenn man mit Freunden reist, sieht sehr schick aus, ist aber nicht für jeden etwas.

A good daily breakfast. I was mostly confined to my room due to medical reasons. The staff were amazing bringing food and drinks to my room. They even outsourced any meals I wanted. Extremely helpful.

The area is quite busy traffic wise but it has a good vibe.

Location was great, amenities good, I watch a lot of Asian dramas and know one key they give you goes by the door in the electricity box, if you remove all lights out, the breakfast was a big plus very good food, also the bellhop was super helpful talks you through the room set up

Only stayed one night didn't see much of the facility, entrance is a down step into lobby didn't see any wheelchair access we didn't need it but not used to that, checked in past midnight lobby crew where sleeping woke up quick but seemed off, no computer at reception desk handed me a print out of my reservation, when given given keys and went to the room someone's belongings where there, the ease of access into room already taken, which is understandable when a key is given it will open, but should they not have know someone was in that room, beed was a mattress on floor don't recommend if you have problem getting low to ground

Everything was clean and comfortable, well maintained except for hot water system.

During my 3 nights stay, there were no hot water came out from shower for 2 nights. Asked to fix on the initial morning but not been fixed on the second night too, fixed on the last day. As long as your room has no problem very recommended place.

I like how close it was to almost everything, I also like the view from the bedroom.

I didn’t like the breakfast it was very limited not a lot of choices, but it can be improve.

-Es war sehr laut, auf der einen Seite Hauptstraße, auf der anderen Seite Rotlichtviertel mit tausenden Besuchern -Klimageräte am Fenster auch sehr laut -Überall Haare auf dem Boden und allgemein schmutziges Zimmer -Schimmel auch Teilweise an der Decke -Schimmlige und dreckige Teekanne im Zimmer -Bad Stinkt und ist allgemein unhygienisch -Der Orangensaft und das Trinkwasser beim Frühstücksbuffet, Standen Tag und Nacht einfach an Ort und Stelle und wurde nicht nach Beendigung des Frühstücksbuffets in den Kühlschrank gestellt oder entleert.

The hotel and rooms were great, location was really convenient and the breakfast was very tasty. Staff were nice and helpful.

They messed our booking the night we arrived and put us in an apartment hotel just half a block down the street. That was not a a place I would return. Also the bathroom doors were glass so no real sense of privacy when you shower or use the toilet(toilet glass is frosted)

Location perfect,quirky hotel and staff lovely and helpful . Value for money

The beds on floor comfy but not easy get in and out ,breakfast OK but could put more selection on and lovely roof top but bar not open to us missing a great selling point

シャワーからボディーソープ設置場所が遠いので取り出して近くに持ってこようとしたら設置されていたビーチサンダルが地面に貼り付き足を取られた結果ボディーソープのボトルを落として割ってしまった。そのあとベッドメイクの際も新しいボディーソープは置いてくれなかったのでこちらからお願いしました。ボディーソープ容器弁償代30万ドンも請求された。客間に注意事項も掲示してない。それに翌朝時点でベッドシーツがインクで汚れていたのに気がつきましたが、フロントに伝えると信じられない感じでした。このホテルは本当にサービスの質が悪く、がっかりしました。

繁華街の近くのため、非常に便利です。空港からも近く、ご飯も困らず、コンビニも複数あります。部屋も広く快適ですが、1点だけ難を挙げると、部屋にもよるかもしれませんがシャワーの温度が安定しなかった点です。それ以外は非常に良いホテルだと思います。

Great hotel very friendly staff. Interesting location but could be quite rough.

I didn’t did like the property but it wasn’t anything special. Toiletries smelled nice. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfy with crisp cotton sheets. Japanese style though so bed quite low to the floor.

I felt the common areas needed a good clean/dust. I didn’t like the frosted glass door to the toilet and that there was no blind on the internal glass window to the bathroom.
