Puzza appena all’entrata Sporcizia ovunque:davanti all’ascensore, camere già sporche appena arrivati (pulizie fatte in maniera sommaria), angolo colazione sporco sui tavoli e sulle le sedute. Personale scortese (soprattutto il ragazzo alla colazione) e reception con inglese minimo.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Excellent location, good size room and great service; staff were super helpful, polite and attentive. Major attractions pick up points are within easy walking distance, Meyongdong market is only 10 minutes away on foot. That night market was always buzzing, a shoppers paradise with ample choices for food of different cultures. Also, hundreds of restaurants and food places near the hotel. Hotel provides buffet breakfast but this was the last leg of our 2.5 weeks trip so we didn't take breakfast included options as we wanted to sleep late. Noteworthy details; you need to download 'Never Map' for Seoul. Walking directions on the Google map does not work except for giving public transport options.
Nothing, triple room could have been little bigger but compared to other hotels of similar type it was okay.

La struttura è molto datata e, purtroppo, anche il livello di pulizia generale lasciava molto a desiderare. Non mi riferisco alle pulizie quotidiane, ma alle condizioni di base della camera: moquette sporca e polverosa, muri sporchi, bagno vecchio con macchie e buchi sulle pareti. Anche il porta carta igienica era pieno di polvere. Inoltre, l’odore della stanza era davvero poco gradevole e rendeva l’ambiente ancora meno confortevole.

En la lavanderìa solo tiene una lavadora para todos los huèspedes (habia que hacer cola) y la secadora dañada .

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026The Klaven Hotel is in an excellent location, just a three-minute walk from the subway station and the main shopping streets. There are also plenty of convenience stores right on the doorstep, making it a great base for exploring the city. The hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful, especially Thibaut at the front desk, who consistently went above and beyond to assist us. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. There was no fresh fruit, very few vegetables, and the overall selection was quite limited. Fortunately, there are plenty of excellent cafés nearby if you prefer other breakfast options. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay at the Klaven Hotel again.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Bus stops and subway stations were close by (5-10 minute walk) with easy access to Line 1 & 2 making it easy to get places! Room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Front desk was super kind and helpful. I had a package delivered before I arrived and they graciously held it for me! They also stored my luggage for me for a few days when I went on a short trip away (I booked two separate stays a few days apart).

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026The location is great for a family. The room looks more spacious compare to other hotel. With its price still much better compare to those hotel in the middle of crowded area. Its more peaceful here. It would be a good improvement if they will put a bidet in restroom but still our stay is superb. Our 3 yr old kid can somehow run inside our room.

Рекомендую бронировать за 3-4 месяца, ближе к предполагаемой дате заезда цена становится выше. Списание оплаты проживания с карты снялась за месяц до заезда. Но в случае отмены в указанный срок деньги полностью возвращают.
