Reviewed Sep 15, 2019Initial check in, guestroom smelled of cigarette smoke, I went to reception & asked for another room, and was quickly check-in to fresh room without odor. no password wifi is nice not have. spacious room, good condition all surfaces, quite air con, good water pressure & hot on demand, nice thick cotton towels. Nice touch of special teas in this hotel.

Reviewed Nov 14, 2016They Joyc hotel is a hidden gem in Dongguan. I requested the non-smoking floor. It was the first hotel I've stayed in in China that did not completely stink of cigarette smoke. The room was really clean and the service was great. I will stay there again. Also, as much as I like Chinese food, I need a break every once and awhile. This hotel is located within walking distance to several American Food chains.

Additionally, it was winter and this hotel had no heating so it was very cold everywhere in the hotel. Everything else was great, good value for money.

Reviewed Nov 19, 2014Love everything about this place. The best part about my stay was the BED! OMG! So so comfortable. I slept like a baby every night except id get awaken by the honks of the traffic. Its a China thing you will hear it everywhere. Free breakfast was good. Loved the coffee, and breads. Service was good, employees always greet you with a smile. Room was cleaned but not vacuumed often thats the only thing I didnt like. Overall for the price an awesome deal. Will be staying here again.
