Excellent Food menu .While the breakfast options are not many, the food is tasty.Decent sized rooms and the location is very close to the Main temple making it a good choice for families.

Mentioning the bed size would be advisable or Booking.com needs to add better description to make a more informed decision.A bit more expensive overall for the given facilities.

The key card.. seems to have problem opening the door. Each time have to re validate before being able to open the door

comme souvent en Inde, même dans des hotels de standing, les chanmbres ont trés mal insonorisées, c'est le cas dans celui là, malheureusement, bruit permanent dans les couloirs, même dans les étages supèrieurs on entend le vacarme résonner depuis la réception

location of the hotel is great and the parking spaces available is a convenience factor. Breakfast is basic and good enough to go. except that they have a coffee machine that is not working.

The property is located at the heart of the city and is spacious. It's clean and the facilities are good. The staff is also courteous.

Nothing much to mention. There is no buffet lunch or dinner when we visited, however their buffet breakfast is excellent.

A bit high price for the market and class of hotel. Quality of some of the warm breakfast items was a bit underwhelming (pongal, vada). Idli and dosa were well prepared.

Outdated hotel which no better than 2/3 stars. Surly reception staff, pool area is disgraceful with dirty sun beds, filthy tiled floors. Once in hotel zero facilities so absolutely nothing to do. Bar area is like stepping back in time. Dark, dingy full of men who were very drunk, one asleep & the other literally grunting/burping every 2 mins. Hotel manager when we left chased us as we paid the wrong amount for the peanuts & owed a further 100 rupees!! Sad beyond words.

Electric outlets ( plug points) were old and not in proper condition. Most of them were loose and we had difficulty plugging our phone chargers

Dreadful canned music in Reception, and too loud and intrusive! I mean, really, appalling!! (Sound is my profession) No fault of the hotel, but inconsiderate guests making noise in the bedroom corridors at all hours of the night. Guests, please have mercy on those of us that actually sleep sometimes.

Breakfast was amazing. Big buffet spread. Very courteous staff. Room was really good. Bathroom was very clean.

Food ordered through room service was really bad. No value for money. Guests are better off eating elsewhere.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the staff were warm, courteous, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience comfortable The hotel has a lot of potential, as it is part of luxury hotel chain and with a bit more attention to consistency and detail for cleanliness, the guest experience could be even better. Some aspects could be refined-such as with better ventilation for indoor cooking during breakfast, but nothing took away significantly from the stay. The team was always responsive and willing to assist, which I truly appreciated.

Even after booking for a king size bed I was offered a twin bed. If you go through any agent lik booking.com, the hotels offer bare minimum facility only. If booked directly they offer everything available. Every hotel is encouraging to get booked directly to get max margin. Booking.com, please look into. This hotel doesn't have any security provisions. They allow all range of visitors into the customer room without asking permission. No one is asking who is coming and going

Manager was very rude on check in. Gave us a lecture to not use bookings.com and to calm hotel directly. Kept on speaking over us. We nearly cancelled our booking due to his attitude.

Food was very good. The porter was very kind. The pool and garden area was lovely.

We stayed for 2 nights over New Years Eve. Poor communication for New Years Eve activities (to which we were not invited, as guests). Towels not always available at pool area.

L'hôtel offre une belle piscine où nous avons pu faire de belles brasses. Très facile d ese rendre en ville avec un rick shaw. Chambres grandes et literie confortable. Dommage que la salle à manger (fermée avec clim à fond) soit un vrai frigo où tous les bruits résonnent.

Lovely clean room, a very good restaurant for evening meals with knowledgeable friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. The staff at this hotel were great, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay. The rooms are just like the photos that you see and everything works well in the room.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Obwohl die Einrichtung und Ausstattung teilweise ein klein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist, ist alles tiptop in Schuss, sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Nettes Personal. Sehr umfangreiches und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Auch das Abendessen ist qualitativ und geschmacklich sehr lecker.
