Aloft by Marriott Orlando Downtown

I liked having available drinking water. Both in the room and in the dispenser downstairs. The pool was good and the bright colored seating.

More affordable food options would be great but keeping the cost of the room down is more important.

Hotel clean well located Nice staff very helpful

Nothing

Location but we drove by it twice before we found it. Great if you are going to a show at Dr.Phillips

Pillows and no comfortable seating in the room. A plastic desk chair and a bench.

Unique room design and convenient location

Valet system , shower , broken fridge

Clean, fabulous staff, no pet fee!

Bathroom had a bit of a funk that never subsided, and there were a few traces of previous guests.

Matt the bartender was fantastic! The rooms were beautiful & the pool was amazing!!

Our room did smell like cigar or cigarettes when we got there.

Clean, staff friendly nd breakfast.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing service! Luis was super friendly, professional, and had such a positive attitude. He got my car quickly and made the whole experience so easy. It’s always nice when someone greets you with a smile and takes good care of your car. Thank you for the great service Luis can’t wait to come back!!!

Clean, nice cozy place

Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Clean hotel Full gym

They should disclose when booking that is valet parking only

The hotel staff were brilliant, very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Angel and Ivy were particularly exceptional on the check in desk. The hotel was spotless, the room i had was massive and overnight very quiet. Loved the hotel.

Great experience. Beautiful hotel

Very nice location in the heart of downtown

No complaints everything was good

I am very satisfied with the hotel; the rooms were super comfortable and clean. The valet service—especially Luis—was incredibly attentive at all times; he helped with my luggage, gave me water, and opened the door for me right up to the very last moment. I will definitely be back.

Cerca del KIA Center, buena ubicación

Que no posee estacionamiento para que los huéspedes puedan aparcar sus vehículos debiendo verse obligados a pagar Valet Parking

Location and proximity to downtown (we were able to walk to the Kia Center)

Cost, particularly for parking. This hotel only offers valet for $30 + tax per night.

A super clean place, the super comfortable rooms, the super friendly staff, especially Luis de valet, was attentive, opening the door for me, raising my suitcases, everything was easier.

Muy bueno

Excelente

Very clean. Housekeeper kept us filled with everything. Valet was great as well. Easy check in as well.

Location, staff, cleanliness

At times you could hear guest in the hallway a more than most hotels I’ve stayed at

Location, cleanliness.staff

Great property with a very attentive, friendly staff. Our group was in town for a show at Dr. Philips Center nearby and had a great stay! We'll definitely come back

Great hotel with spacious rooms. Girls at check in were friendly and amazing

Staff were extremely welcoming, nice, and friendly. Place was clean and conveniently located.

Everything was great.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the amenities were exactly what we needed. Highly recommend

Great location and safe!

Felt odd that the pool was right behind the registration desk.

Spent 1 night as well as hosted a meeting in one of the function spaces. Could not have hoped for a better experience. Attentive and friendly staff in a clean, modern building. Function space was comfortable and set up to specifications. Just a 1 block walk from downtown. Would not hesitate to book here again. Thanks for everything!

We had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable and staff is friendly. Special thanks to E at valet, who noticed one of our tires was low on air and inflated it for us before we left. Will stay here again!

La habitación estaba estupenda

Había ruido, del sistema de aire. Para mí no es problema, pero otras personas no duermen.

Great location, atmosphere and clean

We had a great board room meeting over 2 days. Breakfast and lunches along with breaks were fresh, timely and well enjoyed. The space was comfortable and productive. Thank you!

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Kadeem is the man! Room was clean but I’m going to stay here again because of the wonderful customer service.

Fantastic room and fantastic service! Kadeem was so generous and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here next time I’m in Orlando

LOVED my room! E and Juvante in valet were extremely helpful and nice. Never had to wait for my car! Thanks Guys!

I stayed here for a refresh / renewal. I was greeted by the kind valet attendants E and juvonte who made the process to retrieve my car quick and easy and made great recommendations for food in the area.

Roshorn Luis juvante and Stephen did a really amazing job they were professional and really helpful thank you guys 10/10 valet service really appreciate your help guys

Roshorn was courteous and took care of my truck for me! Thanks guys

Pool downstairs

Great, spacious room. No restaurant but the food served at the bar is outstanding.

Location

Price did not seem to be worth it

Very clean and comfortable room with nice view. Close to local theater, shops, and food.

Nothing to note, but if I must add something... We're a Coca Cola family and they only carry Pepsi products at their lobby store. :-)

⭐⭐⭐ 3 out of 5 stars I stayed at the Aloft Hotel Downtown Orlando and had a mixed experience. The room itself was very spacious, which was a big plus, and the staff—especially the bartender—were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is also great and very convenient. That said, there were some notable downsides. There were no toiletries in the room, which was surprising and inconvenient. I stayed on the 8th floor, and the noise from cars on the nearby highway was significant and made it very difficult to sleep. Additionally, the QR code for the in-room dining menu didn’t work, nor did the option in the app. While the front desk did text us the menu personally (which I appreciated), the food options were very limited. Overall, the hotel has a great location and genuinely friendly staff, but issues with noise, amenities, and dining options held the experience back.

Aiden was really helpful on the valet. He came with big smile and it was really efficient. Brought the car really quick and mindful

Fatima at the reception was amazing 🤩🙏💪🏻 Thanks a lot 🙏

E and Juvante provided amazing valet service for us during our entire stay. They made it very easy for us to get our vehicles and wonderful attitudes. Thank you. Also the entire front desk and housekeeping were excellent.

I will definitely stay here again greatest experience

Nothing

Everything was super nice and the lobby smelled AMAZING...I wish they sold the scent ! The room was beautiful and comfortable.

No microwave in the room and there was a large gap when the bathroom door was shut, you could still see right in. There aren't any hooks in such a large room, a lot of unused space. The bartender was swearing and rude during a football game we were watching. We were fans of the opposite team.

This is an old government building that was re-purposed into a hotel, so the hallways and rooms feel really cold and drab. It's in a good location downtown and close to Lake Eola Park.

You have to order food on an app. Breakfast was basic and disappointing. Some menu items are ok.

Credible guys did very professional driving of my car and were incredibly friendly and it was e and Ray the combo team when in downtown meet the combo Kings

Absolutely gorgeous place. Staff was amazing. Food was fabulous. Our valet, E, was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better stay anywhere.

Roshawn & Tyrique did a fantastic job. Very professional and took care of us during check in. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel for a stay.

Nice place, clean. Courteous, responsive staff. The space was cool, vibe was positive. Free coffee in the morning in the lobby was great.

Roshorn was the absolute best. He was polite and friendly and took great care of us and our car. Thank you so much, Roshorn!

Luis from valet parking is awesome, great service. and the hotel was clean. Very well located. Definitely we are coming back.

Location

Na

Had an amazing stay at Aloft Downtown! Great room size, excellent staff! Tiffany helped me lock in a large room block for my team and the process was A+++

Luis was great at helping us with valet. The bartender in the lobby was the most humble and sweetest! The front desk staff were all very professional. I would recommend Aloft Orlando and look forward to staying in when I travel back into town.

I had the best valets! Juvante and Roshorn. I needed to carry up several large packages and my luggage. I didn’t lift a finger. They both were a great help and super kind. Thank you both !!!

Location

Excellent

The location was perfect as the wedding was across the street. It's a nice and clean hotel.

There was an issue when my mother was being checked in and the front desk staff was not listening to understand but listening to respond and this made the process longer than it needed to be.

Location to the performance center.

Front desk configuration, made it hard to interact with staff with big monitors in the way and no real counter space to take out ID/CC etc

This my family's first time staying at ALoft and we had a wonderful experience! The room was spacious, including the spacious handicap bathroom that made it easy for my mother. The atmosphere was pleasant. The room got nice and cold quickly. The room was nice and clean with plenty of clean towels. The beds were comfy and the curtains sealed the windows nicely to keep out the morning sun. They were all really kind and considerate with helping my mother with her motorized wheel chair. Last night, Nef went above and beyond the call of service and made sure all of our belongings made it safely to our room and even helped me and my mother get to our play across the way on time with no hassle. This morning we were greeted with the same level chivalry and hospitality. Juvante and Roshorn aided my mother and I as we checked out. Making sure we had all the assistance we needed. Its men like them that helped to make this a fun and memorable experience.

The bed was very uncomfortable as the mattress seemed like the springs were broken.

We needed a small conference room for a group of four, and were very pleased with the rate, amenities, and location. The room was spacious and there was a small butler pantry which was a great touch.

Our stay was awesome! We always love staying at aloft. Roshorn was so helpful with our vehicle and bags! Would definitely come again!!!

Thank goodness for Rohan and the valet team. Post game traffic was rough!! Hotel is in the perfect location and super friendly staff.

The hotel was nice, clean and conveniently located. The valets Juvante and Daniel were efficient and respectful retrieving my vehicle.

The Aloft team was accommodating and very helpful. We had a small group meeting and the sales team delivered on all that was promised. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Roshorn did a great job getting our car in a timely matter. He paid attention to details. He opened the door for me. It was a great start to my day.
