Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Great location, excellent clean, comfortable rooms. The outside of the building is deceiving because the quality of the rooms exceeds the impression given by the dated outside.
I arrived at 1pm and the lady staff member was not willing to even enter a discussion regarding an early check in, eventhough I would have gladly paid extra.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Breakfast was okay and convenient, lots of options. The location is superb. We were so happy to be less than a block from the beautiful lakes and walking paths and exercise areas. The Lotte World Sky tower was very close and we watched the light display at night. The Lotte World mall was very close and we walked to it regularly. The neighboring restaurants were excellent and lots to chose from. It was a short walk to the Airport Limo service. Very, very excellent location.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026צוות אדיב מאוד סבלני ויעיל. הסביר לנו הכל בצורה ברורה מאוד. ענו על כל הדרישות שהיו לנו מהם גם אם היו חורגות מהדרישות המקובלות. עשו מעל ומעבר לדאוג לנו לחדרים נוחים וצמודים והיו מוכנים גם לשנות אם צריך ללא עלות. ארוחת בוקר מעולה עם ליפתן פירות של פירות טרופיים מדהימים ויקרים ומאוד טעימים. מרק הפטריות בארוחה דליקטס. האורז המטוגן היה מעולה ועשוי כמו שצריך. כבר מתגעגע...

Light buttons are illuminated and make very strong light. Bed sheets and surmatelas are shorter than bed size. Breakfast is like a fast food where you have to clean up your service, for the price of the night it s not ok.

1. For business travelers, this hotel does not provide an invoice if you make a reservation and pay on booking. I stayed in more than 50 hotels, and this is the first time this happened. This will create a lot of trouble if you want to reimburse. 2. The location is not far from the subway station, but not all trains stop at this station. You need to wait for all-stop trains, which means the frequency is low.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026The room was surprisingly spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was amazing, everything was nearby! There were plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shops within walking distance, and it was easy to get anywhere in Seoul. The subway was also close by, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly, and the hotel offered great value for the price.
The hotel is a little older, but it was clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Location very peaceful and near to mall, subway and restos and very close to seokchon lake and lotte mall also the airport bus stop loveee the location. Staff are friendly. The heater is a great addition since it was still cold when we visit korea. Overall I will recommend this hotel to friends
There’s a smell in the bathroom like unwashed rag or something it’s like the rag used to clean the bathroom is not clean or something maybe next time they should use bleach in cleaning the bathroom

Bed was like a rock very uncomfortable and only 1 pillow each. The light switches were very bright and stayed on all night lighting up the room and they were right above the bed making it very had to sleep if you need/like complete darkness

Great location near Sokchon Lake and lines 9 and 2 of subway. Definitely recommend staying here!
The sink in the room is a little bizarre, using it makes people wake up (since it's right next to the bed), but otherwise maybe a fun little detail

아침식사에 과일이 한가지만 있어서 아쉬웠습니다.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025Отличное расположение отеля в районе Jamsil рядом с Lotte World. Очень удобно добираться на общественном транспорте из аэропорта: и автобус ходит прямой и станция метро рядом. Рядом с отелем красивый парк, и в нем парк аттракционов Lotte World и башня Lotte Tower. В отеле очень чисто и тепло ( особенно понравилось отопление пола). Жили на 14 этаже с видом на Сеул. Рядом с гостиницей есть много разных кафе. Обязательно остановимся в этом отеле снова.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025마루 바닥에 바닥 난방이 되는 객실이어서 갑자기 추워진 날씨에 적당히 따뜻하게 지낼 수 있어 좋았습니다. 객실은 굉장히 깨끗했고 변기에 비데가 설치 되어 있어 좋았습니다. 로비에 비치된 전자레인지도 유용하게 잘 썼습니다.
개인차에 따라 다를 수 있으나 저같은 경우는 암막 커튼이 없는 것이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

Reviewed Oct 24, 2025I have no complain about the property. Our stay is so relaxing and comfortable.
During the time we were there, the staff thats on duty the time we are there is not as friendly, not kind and not accomodating. As a tourist, we understand that they have rules of check-in time. But 3pm was their check-in time. We arrived there early to drop our luggage at the front desk, since its lunch time, we decided to eat outside and went back to the location, we are back at 1pm, and we ask if we could checkin early, but then the staff is really not friendly, we are not forcing it at all, so we waited and fell asleep in the lobby waiting for their checkin time. They allowed us to check-in around 02:55pm. They didnt really make it easy for us.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025The room was quite large, the sink was outside the bathroom which was a bit odd but it was very large and well made and so surprisingly it was quite convenient. The floor was not carpeted - it was some kind of wood imitation I think but anyway I think these type of floors are far easier to clean and much more hygienic than carpet floors. Also the beddings were cotton which apparently isn't that common in hotels here.
The light panel was in the middle of the headrest of the bed and when you turned the lights off at night it would still illuminate which could be annoying. I covered it with a pillow.

Clean facilities and love that they allow you to leave your luggage early in the morning and comeback and check in whenever you are ready. Very professional and accommodating. Room is small but good for price. Really good for area and price
