Cleanliness was not great - drinking cups still had dirt on them when I first checked in; also found a couple of hairs in the toilet/shower even after housekeeping had made up the room and they did not bother to wash the used cups or clear the shower drain of dirt and hair. Staff service was lukewarm at best - when I tried to check in at 2pm the staff refused to let me check in early unless I wrote a review about the hotel first, which did not make sense to me at all since it would not be honest to review a room before I had even step foot in it. Obviously the room was already ready but they did not bother to offer it to me unless I wrote the review for them.

COEXの学会に参加したが、アクセスが良かった。部屋も清潔で、毎日の清掃も良かった。

The room was small but nice. The steakhouse restaurant was good. Good location.

No much amenities, swimming pool. Gym is small.

위치는 역 바로 앞이라서 좋아요! 버스정류장도 가까워서 접근성이 너무 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 시설도 쾌적해서 좋았습니다. 우산대여서비스 덕분에 편안하게 다녔네요.

2回目の宿泊です。2号線三成駅の目の前でロケーションがとてもいい。部屋も清掃が行き届いていてとても綺麗。早くに到着しましたが、アーリーチェックインの料金を払えば早くにチェックインできました。暑かったので助かりました。

事前にアーリーチェックインに関して問い合わせのメッセージを送っていましたが、返信がありませんでした。

洗面台の縁の裏がトイレに座ると見えるのですが、黒カビが見えて残念。 2日目にミネラルウオーターの補充が無かった。フロントに貰いにいかなければならなかった

We paid for a standard twin room (two beds) via Agoda (a third-party service). When we checked into the hotel, a hotel receptionist informed us that Agoda had ordered a double room (one bed for two people) instead. She also said there were no standard twin rooms available that week (except for that night), which made us quite stressed out. Later that day, we checked in, expecting a one-night stay, but a new hotel receptionist, Aurora, said there were rooms reserved for emergency scenarios. She very kindly got us a standard twin room for that week. We are so grateful for her and really enjoyed our stay. The room was wonderful and the cleaning ladies did a wonderful job cleaning the room each morning.

It was a great experience! From the kind people at the front who helped explain everything to me and my family. They were super patient and polite. The one who helped us was Aurora! She asked my mom English or Chinese papers, since we were tourists. And the majority of my family was Chinese, super thoughtful and considerate of them to ask for which type of language we could get from the papers. I’d probably come again if I got the chance but we stayed for only one night. The bed was clean and tidy when we first arrived to our room. And the showers were spotless—sparking as if it was just cleaned! The TV in my room works well, and it was easy to use. The WiFi was also efficient, and fast! Overall a great experience, and hopefully everybody else has a lovely experience like me, and my family <3

the room was quite small. Barely enough room for two suitcases and definitely not much space to spread out. BUT, the mattress was very comfy and the shower worked great and we were only here for two nights. The hotel is very near the metro system and has a HUGE underground mall at the COEX Center with a number of options of places to eat. Because of accessibility to the metro, it's easy to get to almost anywhere in the city, but it does take time to get to the touristy stuff north of the river. Price was affordable. It's a great urban location. Staff was always friendly and helpful

I had an amazing stay at GLAD Gangnam COEX Center! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Samseong Station subway exit, super convenient for traveling around Seoul with luggage. Special thanks to Jessica at the front desk—she was warm, patient and offered really helpful travel tips. The hotel space is clean and comfortable, and the overall service was top-notch. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Seoul, highly recommend it!

Brand new hotel nice looking but take a while walking by taking airport bus 6103. Overall thank you for Jessica helping us for earlier check in. Recommended ＾＾

Just the Location

Not a value for money at all, no conceirge to handle luggages. GYM is a joke (2 trade mills and cable, that’s it), staff manipulate you for a positive review, she asked for the review upon check-in in order to let us check-in at 2:15 P.M. or you have to pay for early check-in !! Room is tiny not for two people with bags, wardrobe is a joke with no shelves, it’s might be enough for one person. You can’t get an iron in the room, but you can use it in laundry room..

The hotel is in an excellent and very convenient location.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an der Metro Station Samseong und der Starfield Coex Mall. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. DasPersonal ist freundlich und es gibt am Eingang eine Kaffee Snack Bar.

Man wartet etwas lange auf den Fahrstuhl.

The room was small but liveable. Breakfast was limited and subject to availability. When I tried reserving breakfast, I was informed it was fully booked until after my checkout date. 😓. Luckily it was not a problem as the hotel is located near cafes and restaurants that open early.

Location Very polite and helpful staff

The room was very small and not particularly comfortable. The bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning unit was located directly above the bed. Unfortunately, there was no way to adjust the airflow away from the sleeping area, and it was blowing directly onto my face during the night. As a result, I woke up feeling unwell the next morning. The breakfast experience was poor. Food was provided cold and had to be reheated by guests in their room microwave. This is not what I would expect from a hotel and felt more like a budget hostel than proper hotel accommodation.

Местоположение, чистота, обслуживающий персонал и на ресепшн и уборка. На ресепшне ребята заселили на три часа раньше, учитывая что я ночь не спала, это было подарком. По уборке я в один день отказалась, а она мне в пакете оставила воду и полотенца у двери, очень приятно.

Подушки чуток жесковаты для меня. Остальное все на отлично.

Stayed here for a work trip and the location is great - conveniently located beside exit 1 of the subway station. Heyne was very helpful at check-in. The room is a bit small but the bed is very comfortable so I passed out every night.

2 nights in a row where I had to call about cigarette smell. Staff were fast to respond and put air purifier in the hallway.
