Super friendly shop with good quality product

The property is good but the service needs to be better and the staff needs to be more understanding towards couples. I was denied a King bed even after multiple requests. I had to wait for an hour even after 4 pm to get a King bed checkin. The checkin experience was not nice and could be better. I would compliment the food and breakfast spread as it was really good. The rooms were clean and washrooms had all modern amenities.

I found the hotel to be good, but the service could be better. I booked a standard room and had request the King bed as it was my anniversary which I had mentioned at the time of booking, but even after that they were denying availability of the same and were only giving twin bed room. I had to debate with them and had to insist firmly for the King room and also had to wait for a long time. I expected a better checkin experience. Rooms are clean and really good for the price if you find a good deal. Breakfast spread is also very good and everything was delicious. Apart from my checkin experience the stay was really good.

The hotel is beautiful and rooms are good as well but the checkin experience needs to be better. The staff did not provide me with a King bed upon multiple requests even though I booked a standard room with King bed preference mentioned in my booking. They told me that rooms are allocated on availability and either one of King or Twin room would be provided on hotel discretion. Breakfast was good though.

I had a pleasant stay overall. While the hotel does feel a little dated in parts, the amenities are well maintained and comfortable enough for a good stay. The food was genuinely good, with consistent quality and variety. A special thank you to Amjad Meer from the gift shop for his warm hospitality and excellent service — he truly made the experience more memorable with his friendliness and professionalism. Overall, a comfortable stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Go left from the Pari Chowk in Greater Noida, and after 15 minutes of a relaxed drive on a reasonably decent road, you will come across a sprawling set of high-rise properties, on the left side, that stand out from their rather uninspiring surroundings. That’d be the Crowne Plaza complex, covering some 8.5-acres, and consisting of 398 keys, including suites and apartments. There is, in addition, a huge convention center and banquet space to cater to large gatherings. On the hotel side, there are as many as six culinary venues, serving global delicacies, Italian & pan-Asian specialties, Indian Fine Dining, and a Belgian Beer Cafe. There is, of course, a swimming pool, spa, and a fitness center. No wonder it is a favorite among such corporates as Samsung, LG, OnePlus, Honda, Yamaha etc. who all have their manufacturing facilities close by, or exhibitors who put up stalls at the Greater Noida India Expo Mart. Mine was a quick, on-the-spur - of - the - moment one-night staycation to celebrate my birthday month. And boy, the hotel pulled out all stops to make that an evening to remember. I first received a call and then an email from Ashi Mathur, Guest Relations Executive, detailing all they could do to make this a great stay befitting my status as an IHG Diamond Elite Member. This included a complimentary suite upgrade, a complimentary birthday cake, a special dinner package, and of course, complimentary breakfast for the two of us the next morning! What more could we ask for? The suite we got was on the 12th Club floor; so we had complimentary access to the Lounge too, where we had our evening coffee with some chocolate chip cookies. The suite itself was sprawling, with separate seating and bedroom areas. The bathroom was also very well laid out with separate bathtub and rain shower areas. The view from the windows was of the greenery around the convention complex, which was better than the view of the slum-like surroundings on the other side. We skipped dinner on account of a prior commitment. The breakfast, however, was possibly the best in India and on a par with what we had elsewhere in the world. We had an excellent butter masala dosa with three kinds of chutneys. Idlis were fluffy, and the sambar was quite tasty. The usual cereals, fruits, sausages, bacon, pancakes, waffles … were all there, but what was unique was some five-six Korean specialties! Despite being full, I tried to taste a few, and they appeared to be quite authentic. We rounded out the breakfast with an excellent cup of coffee and a cinnamon roll. We were then presented with a pastry as a bon voyage gesture by Abhay, which caught us off-guard. And then, 4-5 other staff members along with the chef joined us for a group photograph, which caught us off-guard. All-in-all, this was a visit that impressed us no end. If any IHG property wishes to learn how to please Diamond Elite guests, they should come to Greater Noida!

Great Experience Especially with the I recently visited Crowne Plaza Greater Noida and it was fantastic! I had a great server named surendra singh who worked in the F&B department for mosaic and he was absolutely wonderful. I had a great experience staying at CrownePlaza Noida. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We just stayed at Plaza Greater Noida. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and offers a perfect balance of comfort and elegance. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed for both business and leisure travelers. The staff’s hospitality truly stood out specially Chef Anil, Chef bhatti, Mr Yash ( the rockstar) from.F and B & Mr Taimoor from Front Desk, they were courteous, prompt, and always willing to assist with a smile. The dining experience was delightful, with a variety of cuisines and excellent presentation. All things added to the overall comfort. A great choice for anyone visiting Greater Noida. The stay was alright but I do not understand why your swimming pool does not open before 8 am and why was it shut before 8 pm because it was drizzling? If you are swimming anyway, how does the rain bother a user? For a business traveler in particular, a pool can either be used early in the morning or late at night.

Always a Great Stay – Highly Recommend This Hotel in India! It's always a pleasure to book this hotel. It's ideally located, very close to my supplier, and it offers all the comforts you could possibly need for a stay. The rooms are quiet and very comfortable, and the reception staff truly takes care of you. I'd particularly like to thank Yashodhara, who looked after me so well and provided a much-appreciated upgrade due to an overbooking at the hotel. I truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, and I'm happy that I can stay at this hotel every time I travel to India. This time, I had a true 77 m² apartment, fully equipped (kitchen, washer and dryer, living room, 2 TVs, etc.). It was exceptionally comfortable! A big thank you to the whole team for everything!

Your food price is too high as compare to other hotels

Amazing

Located in greater noida, it justifies the crowne plaza tag with spacious rooms, good service and great food. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and big. Service was prompt. Hotel was well kept with a big swimming pool. Food options were plenty. Club lounge provided a few snacks and drinks from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Breakfast spread was adequate and service was great. A few misses too. One of our room was not ready till 6 pm. And even though I was promised that I will receive the call when it's ready, I had to go back to the reception to remind them. Also, there were no bathing soaps in the bathroom, which was very surprising. Overall, a great stay. Would like to visit again.

Located in a dust bowl in Greater Noida. Had a loud, crowded wedding happening during my stay which ruined plans for a peaceful stay. Both Crowne Plaza and Expedia are struggling to give me a GST invoice for my stay, which is a basic requirement in India.

I stayed here for business trip and found the hotel itself to be wonderful. My room was exceptionally comfortable, and I had a fantastic night's sleep with quiet atmosphere without horn sound were perfect. I had a wonderful experience with the service provided. Monu was especially impressive with his dedication and efficiency in completing his tasks. Chitransh also offered excellent service. This is the worst property I have ever stayed. Room service, food , taste every thing is pathetic. Never ever recommend/ suggest this hotel. After calling six times to room service I got water in my room and the staff is so careless. This property is a black spot for IHG

Lovely hotel- the staff was amazing, the food was top notch, the hotel was beautiful and clean and Amjad at the Indian Handmade Heritage shop was a delight- so kind and helpful and suggested the best gifts to take home to my family since I never had the time to go to a market. Had a great stay at the property, thanks to the courteous and extremely helpful staff at the property. Rohit at the concierge would always ensure the transport was never an issue for me during my entire stay. Kartik & Sooraj from the in-room dining were very helpful with my dining orders always ready to go an extra mile to cater my requests. Sachin from the FNB at Mosaic was very attentive and helpful as usual. He remembered my usual order from my last stay at the property! Overall, had a lovely stay.

My room was full of mosquites that buzzed in my ear and bit my face all night. I woke up in the morning with more than 10 mosquito bites on my face and my eyelid swollen shut. I complained to multiple staff members and they didn't do anything about it, not even apologize.

I have visited this place to attend a marriage function and like this so much. one of the best hotels and banquet i have ever visited. The entry, parking area and decoration, everything was perfect. i could not spend much time however really loved this place.

Great hotel y with fantastic facilities and a good array of restaurants catering for all tastes. The personnel is excellent and very friendly and helpful. Worth visiting the small souvenir shop in the lobby. A good variety of local jewellery and pashminas and other goods. The manager of the shop, Amjad Meer incredibly helpful and full of knowledge of what he was selling. I went in just to have a look and came out with 4 necklaces for the family!! Well done Amjad. Stayed many times at this place, but reviewing it for first time. Went for a business trip with colleagues from Europe.Nice hotel friendly staff. Rooms are decent. Good food in restaurants mosaic and spice art. Amit(waiter) was very nice and patient to work with. Overall a good experience.

I stayed at the hotel for 10 days from 01 January to 10 January 2025. The entire experience was a very pleasant one. It was made particularly memorable by the front office staff. the process of checking in and arrival was very pleasant indeed. I would like to qoute an incident that made me very happy. On 09 January 2025, I had checked out and was on my way to the airport, when I received a call to go back for one more day. I returned and the staff at the front desk (Ms. Ashi), went out of her way to ensure that my check-in processs went off very smoothly, despite the hotel being completely sold out.

Check in process was complex it seems as the deals were not loaded properly which took the team long time to figure out. Staff not so friendly. Room was okay and average in terms of cleanliness. Mosaic restaurant staff was horrible and the food did not have much options. Nobody was even offering water on time. Had to ask a few times

Pathetic stay. Don’t waste your money 1 but by booking stay here. Rude staff full of arrogance, dirty room with bugs.

The property is perfect if you are interested in a short stay at G Noida. For us, we had some work in the morning so decided to come in and stay a night before in order to be more relaxed in the morning. The room was really spacious and spotlessly clean. I also loved the quality of the toiletries provided.

Whole Staff are Very Helpful and Accomodating

Front Office Manager Himanshu helped me a lot during my stay he kept asking me about my stay how it is going , and All the duty managers were very sincere and helping including Anas Interpreter, I'll be back soon and hope this attitude will continue.

PROPERTY WAS WELL MAINTAINED, AND STAFF WAS GOOD. what I did not like was i have put in ,my remarks while checking out . For room service and laundry asking for cash payments. once i brought the attention of reception, they rectified it

1. Found dust on the desk 2. Found heavy dust accumulation at the back side code of bed table. 3. Shower head is leaking from neck, so water comes out from the neck, too. and shower head sitting part is loosen, so very difficult to fix the position of shower head. 4. tap water color is something like yellow, not transparent. 5. when I had room service for fruit, the person brought fruit to my room had very strong body smell. 6. at 2nd day, I found the bath tub is not cleaned at all, it was same as after I used in the first night. so I cleaned by myself. 7. bathrobe which I used on 1st night and hang on the bath room was not changed and as it was.

The concierge did a poor job with a simple request for a taxi.Thank goodness a manager stepped in to assist. I needed to exchange dollars for rupees but was told not all of the $ bills I had could be exchanged.They were only able to exchange some of them. I believe it had to due with the date of the bills. Also, the ATM machine did not work. I was travelling with a friend. The staff could not understand that we wanted to have the bar bill split as we each wanted to pay for our drinks. It took 20 minutes to accomplish this simple request. They were quite annoyed and made us feel that we were out of line to even ask.

Hotel in a new area outside Dehli, especially convenient for reaching the new exhibition centre nearby. The hotel has very spacious, comfortable and well-maintained rooms. The gym is very well equipped and excellently run. The bar behind reception is also very nice. The only sore point as far as I'm concerned is the food, the quality of the food both at breakfast and dinner and in room service, it really needs to improve decisively to make the hotel reach a really high level

Hotel is inconveniently located we thought air quality will be better but NOT. Air conditioning system is old with dirty filters no good air:(

Best service so far!! I am so impressed with the staff and their genuine eagerness to help the guests! I am super impressed with Anil (Chef) and Rajesh (from bell desk), I was running late for my meeting and Rajesh noticed me running towards the lift and learnt that I haven’t had time for my breakfast. He informed the Chef and after 10-15 mins chef came himself to deliver the entire tray of breakfast in my room. I must also mention the guest service team and the reception staff, everyone were so very helpful and genuinely courteous! This is the best guest friendly hotel I have been to in the recent past.

Good business hotel. Nice rooms and good service. Only complaint would be the rooms were too warm and the air conditioning don't bring down the temperature to a comfortable level.

Great Hotel with great service. Support from staff was excellent and they helped you every way they could. Best Indian food I have ever had in the Spice Art restaurant. The Belgian bar is a perfect place to wind down after a hectic day. The bartenders were attentive and very friendly and there was live music every evening from a very talented young singer. All making it a memorable stay. The Gym was fully equipped and one of the better I have experienced in a hotel. There is not much else to do just outside of the Hotel, but it feels more like a calm and relaxing oasis from the chaotic hustle and bustle outside.

Hotel placed me in what looked like a handicap access room. Bathroom had an open shower with a folding chair with arm rests. This is acceptable if the floor is adequately sloped to move water towards a drain. The floor actually sloped away from the drain. After two or three minutes of my first shower, I notice the entire bathroom floor was covered in water, a significant safety issue. I spent several minutes attempting to contain the problem. I notified the staff who vowed to fix the problem. Some fix. They rolled up towels and placed them around the shower area. Once the towels were soaked, the same problem existed. I almost fell twice due to the wet floor. Probably my last stay in a Crowne Plaza.

Great experience and the staff was so pleasant and helpful. Thanks to Prem in the business center and Razem on our floor for the wonderful service.

It was a beautiful experience. Stayed there just for a day but it was amazing

We are a family of 4, we have two kids 10 and 13 years old. We booked two rooms . we checked as early as allowed, around 2 PM and we were notified that our rooms are in different floors!!! We requested an interconnected rooms but for our surprise none is available!!!! They gave us two opposite rooms not interconnected. The second night they offer us an interconnected rooms !!! This was very bad. I booked both rooms together, under the same name and it was clear that it for the same family.

the room was bit small, but the overall experience was fine.
