Garden Phuket Hotel

I had a fantastic experience at Phuket Garden Hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making my stay very relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel's location is excellent, with Patong Beach, restaurants, markets, and shopping areas all within easy walking distance. The swimming pool was clean and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Phuket. The breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety of options. Overall, the hotel provides great value for money with excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend Phuket Garden Hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Cockroaches around the building and in our bathroom. Dirty sheets, TV that didn’t work, smelly odor in the bathroom. Loud noises in the night.

2 nights before heading out to Karbi. It was ok for the price. The bed was good but could have been softer. There was a stool for sitting but no back. I did not use it. The room needs a comfortable sitting chair. There was none. I could not identify which was the body soap from the shampoo. There were no labels. Little improvements can go a long way.

Food was stale ,no good taste, insect found in the food, housekeeping staff was bullying. They served stale morning food with no pickles or curd, even though they do not give you pouring water. They ask you to buy bottles. Very Expensive food. Also they ask for security money even after a fully prepaid booking. Mr. Rohit was good person in staff. Not recommended if you prefer a good leisure stay.

The property manager is very helpful, and the staff are very good and polite. There is a food market and 7eleven at 2 mins walking distance which makes the property ideal. The swimming pool is accessible 24*7, and it’s very clean.

Rooms were great and accommodated our family, I think maybe a revap on the bathroom area would be great for the hotel. But overall great rooms for the money spent.

The door should have another U-lock cable inside. Just a lock on the knob is not safe for a woman alone.

It's an worst experience don't go to this hotel. Staff is arrogant and cockroch are running here and there. AC are there only to show that they are there and they are not working properly. It's better to cancel ur trip and seat in ur own house that's the very much better than said hotel. Otherwise stay in tent near by city instead of said hotel. I advice even don't go to near by said hotel

Staying here was really nice the manager was also very helpful for anything you needed. The owner was always happy and laughing. The shower had good pressure and the bed was so good. I really liked if you had your sign on the door not to come in the cleaning staff left water each day outside your room for you

5* restaurant, Best Indian Food You will get all types of indian dishes. Rates are very reasonable. Best veg and nonveg food. All types of alchohalic and non alchohalic drinks are available. Veg food, nonveg food (sea food, chicken, mutton etc) available. Best in taste. Do visit this restaurant.

The cleaness, the smell it was just reeked of poo each evening in the room. Also the owner is a scammer! We paid in advanced as the room was none refundable but at the check in they charged us again. We were tired and I forgot we already paid. There was 3 of them at the check in and it took them 30 minutes to check us in and they asked for money. Luckily on our last day I clicked and made already a payment. They told me it was my fault as I didn’t not tell them! Joke! Scammers! Be aware. Ohhh and at the check out they wanted to charge us 500 baths for a towel we used as it had few stains after we had a shower but again you would not believe what old towels they gave you. You would not clean the floor with that! Plus we had to wait 2 days to get the sink fixed as it was leaking. The bathroom floor was just full of water! Stay away disgusting 🤢 no shame people! Greedy greedy dirty owners! They should be ashamed of themselves. We had no apology nothing! I would rather pay few extra dollars than stay in this dirty full of bugs room!

I stay so many hotels around Thailand but we found phuket garden is one of best places to stay at patong beach room was so nice and clean foods and service was fantastic and have very good Indian restaurant for Indian food lovers every ting perfect highly recommended to my all friends who came to phuket thanks again garden phuket team hope I will back soon

There was a hard smell in the room, possibly from the toilet hat drenched tue whole room.

I enjoyed the stay and the hotel staff were fantastic so helpful nothing was too much trouble.

About front dest enthusiastic,but the cleaner is disappointed,at first day,when we at room,the cleaner opened the door no knonk.Ask us if don't need to clean the room,she can't clean today,because she need to clean the next floor,and the second day the cleaner put the water and paper give us and ask us don't put the table and chair into the room(on the balcony),then just left.we feel very uncomfortable,we don't like this way to speak.we stayed for 4 days and the sheets were not changed.

In my booking breakfast was included with my two kids but they serve breakfast excluding my kids and they break fast time start from 9:30 though they menu was continental, all of these I felt very discomfort. Another problem was AC which was suddenly was out of order in the mid night which was very terrible for me and my family members.

Nothing here for liking. This is the most 3rd class hotel. This hotel run by Indian people, not Thai people. Staff behaviour is very very bad. People showing angry attitude. Only 2 bottle of water available, if you ask for more water they do bad behaviour and said no. Finally they do not co-operate at all. Nothing good in this hotel. I recommend not to stay here.

I paid for breakfast while I booked online. The service of restaurant people is worst. They can only give breakfast from 9.30 to 10.30 not before and not after. That means if you booked island trip, you have to leave 8am morning for island trip. That means your breakfast gone. They offer either tea or juce, you can't take both.. Breakfast server only one time no repetition. If you pay earlier then very limited options available. The hotel manager shouted on me and told me "this is available for breakfast, i can't do anything more". The most ordinary breakfast. Insufficient quantity. Location: The location is also not good. The hotel is extreme corner of patong, beside mountain. The actual beach is 1km away, but the nearest beach is not suitable for bath. Bangla road is 2.5km away. Strongly not recommended.

where do I begin.. 1) I was asked if I wanted transport from the airport and I did however when I landed there was no one there so I had to call to see if they had ordered one and it did come about 15 min later 2) when I checked in the owner of the place ( man who wears a hat all the time) kept trying to tell me check in wasn’t until 2pm but on the booking website it clearly stated noon 3) the food in the restaurant was palatable but not great and the choices for the breakfast menu were four dishes ( toast, western brekkie , or two versions of an egg omelet) 4) my room was as in the next building so had to walk over and the ONLY redeeming quality was that one of their staff and I didn’t get their name was incredibly helpful ( a young short Indian man ) but the room!! 5) firstly the door had issues opening bc the floor tiles were lifting and prevented the door from opening unless you really pushed on it 6) the bathroom towels and bed linens were grey not white 7) the patio door , which opened up to the next building ledge, did not have a proper safety lock on it 8) I only stayed two nights but the cleaning staff never came into make my bed or change my towels 9) when I was checking out the manager ( with the hat) seemed more interested in speaking to other ppl then getting feedback from me. 10) while the location is only ten min from the beach the street noise lasted until the wee hours of the morning. overall a tired hotel needs lots of elbow grease and a change in management.
