Dejligt hotel med god service og venligt personale. Ligger på en bakketop væk fra larm og turisme, men bakken er hård. Overkommelige priser. Mange forskellige gode service Godt agentur for udflugter. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold Der er en skøn hotel kat, hvis selskab vi nød godt af. Roomservice på hele hotellet. I lav sæson er der næsten ingen mennesker, så vi nød godt af at have hele poolen og hotellet for os selv.

Der er ingen tagrender på terasse, så når det regner, bliver ALT vådt. Man kunne ikke få skrevet nogle regninger på værelset, det er træls når man er flere afsted. Mærkeligt ikke at have denne service når hotel har alle oplysninger på en. Grundet sæson, så kunne de ikke tilbyde deres morgen buffet. Under hele opholdet var der meget larm, men dette pga. renovation til højsæson, så det ville være svært at undgå. Når man har et ophold på knap 14 dage, så er det ikke okay man ikke har et skab at have sit tøj i. Vi havde skab, men uden hylder, så det var svært at være på værelset uden det hele var kaotisk rodet.

It was very clean quiet and calming. Great pool .the food was really nice. Value for money.

Maybe if you’re walking the hill.. But they do have a free shuttle bus.. And being in the hill provides the serenity.

The people working there look down on others; the receptionist, a woman with glasses, caused us problems when we first arrived.

Was perfect

Everything is great at the hotel. It's located in the mountains; services are approximately 150 to 200 meters away. There's a steep slope, but I use my bicycle to get my necessities. I enjoyed cooking in my room and everything was available for me to cook.

When I left, I was surprised to hear the cleaner say I had broken the table, but I was certain I hadn't. It turned out to be just a small crack. I explained to the staff that I didn't have any children and no one had entered the room with me; I had only been placing my belongings on it. They were understanding, and I thank them for their understanding. Thank you, and I will return in the future. 😘🌹

Oasi di tranquillità nel caos di Patong. Un angolo di paradiso ben curato nei più piccoli dettagli. Eccellentei la pulizia delle camere. Un valore aggiunto nella ristorazione, L'arredo meriterebbe un resylingcurata dallo chef Stefano.

Occorrerebbe un po' di restyling nell'arrsdo.

Le personnel est plutôt agréable

L’hôtel est très mal entretenu et vieillissant ! La literie est extrêmement dur! Les douches ne fonctionnent pas correctement et sont franchement toutes à refaire ! La plus par du linge serviette de douche et drap du lit sont éliminées quand il ni a pas des trous!

Dejlig swimmingpool og hjælpsomt personale ved meget larm om natten. Godt hotel til prisen jeg kommer gerne igen.

morgenmaden er kedelig og den samme hver dag. De har en rengørrings mand ansat som aldrig smiler og han virker som om han ikke kan lide fremmede, de kvindelige rengøringsfolk er søde. Hotellet ligger oppe af en stejl bakke intet problem hvis du lejer en scooter/motorcykel.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. I had a junior suite which was ground floor, poolside & quite spacious with a very comfortable bed, cold air conditioning & plenty of hot water. The pool was nice, clean with plenty of sun loungers & a pool bar accessible from in or out of the water. The gardens & grounds are beautiful, lush & well maintained.The quality of the food was exceptional! I will be coming back again!

I have nothing negative to say about my stay here at Sai Rough Residence.

La piscine Le restaurant avec le super sympa Stephano Qui s’occupera de vous avec son accent Italien en plusieurs langues dont le Français Vous pourrez manger d’excellentes pizzas, fondue bourguignonne, fondue Savoyarde, salade de tomates avec Burrata et desserts maison Rare en Thaïlande ! Le barman de Ste Maxime avec son accent Marseillais Beaucoup de Français apprécient cet endroit en famille Tout le personnel Thaï est très accueillant

La seule chose que je n’ai pas aimé, c’est que la clim est disponible uniquement dans la chambre et pas dans le salon pour ceux qui loue des pièces achetées à la piscine

My room, and housekeeping… they were a bit mad. and also I found there cockroaches

L’établissement est excentré de l effervescence de Patong beach ce qui était notre choix. La chambre était propre avec balcon et un frigo très utile vu la chaleur, les bouteilles d’eau gratuites tous les jours c’est parfait. La piscine est très jolie ainsi que la partie pour les repas. Le personnel est très serviable et gentil.

Breakfasts were great. The location was at the top of a very steep hill but at least a shuttle was available to take you to the beach and shopping. The pool was nice and restaurant fairly good

The towels were in terrible shape and furnishings cheap in our room. We had to ask for house keeping and one day we forgot and nothing was done and we’d run out of toilet paper.

Mukava allasalue ja sijainti lähellä paikallista markkina-aluetta. Ilmainen kyyti rannalle oli hyvä.

Siivoojat eivät osanneet tervehtiä ja huoneen siivous oli huonompaa, kuin muualla missä olen kierrellyt. Vastaanoton yksi henkilö oli paljon kiinnostuneempi puhelimestaan, kuin asiakkaista. Unohti esimerkiksi tilaamme kyydin rannalta hotellille.

The pool area was good and the pizza was tasty.

When we arrived we were shocked at the hill we had to endure to get up and down to and from the hotel. Some taxis even cancelled because of the hill my partner is registered blind, they should make the hill more clearer to customers before booking. We booked two rooms, the first room was ok. The second room the shower was literally on the toilet, you could sit on the toilet and shower. My parents had to pay extra to upgrade to better room as my mum didn’t want to shower where you go to toilet. This isn’t just in the same area, it’s on top of each other Our room was ok however the bed was rock solid and gave me a back ache. The staff were not friendly, my parents upgraded room was self catering. The toaster you had to hold down for it to cook. When we asked the asked the staff for another set of cutlery they refused. Refused a knife and fork for a self catering room! I took one from the table and they asked for it back. Never known anything like it. They would not let you drink or eat anything from outside the hotel, so we walked 5 steps to the balcony. Again doesn’t make sense

Pekný hotel, dobre vybavený, za dobrú cenu. Je to trochu do kopca, ale o to je tam kľud a žiaden hluk. Za mňa odporúčam

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble. Le personnel est accueillant, les équipements sont de qualité, la piscine agréable et le restaurant bon.

La montée très raide pour accéder à l’hôtel. La faire chaque jour était fatigant et certains taxis refusaient de monter, ce qui compliquait les excursions. À prendre en compte avant de réserver.

All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel had a real chilled out vibe with all the amenities you need. The food was always excellent. The room was a good size and well appointed and always cleaned when you put out your sign. The hotel is situated just far enough from all the loud bars and they provided a shuttle bus that takes you to the main beach and shopping area.

Hotel is situated on a hill which is walkable. Exactly 180 strides up😂., however there are always taxis or tuk tuks if you don’t fancy walking.
