Ubicado en un zona muy tranquila y a pocos minutos de la playa.

Por las tardes olía mucho a alcantarilla en todo el hotel y en el baño de la habitación. Además, tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la habitación. Se nos fue la luz de por la noche debido a un problema externo al hotel y nos cambiaron de habitación, aunque tuvimos que esperar dos horas hasta que nos dieron una solución. Al día siguiente nos volvió a ocurrir y tuvimos que movernos de nuevo. Finalmente desde la gerencia nos dejaron permanecer el resto de la estancia en una habitación superior a la contratada.

On a adoré l'accueil, le jardin avec la piscine, l'appartement, le calme. Tout ! Ma chambre était giga mega spacieuse et confortable. Mariella a été l'hôte la plus attentionnée de tout notre séjour.

Franchement ? Difficile à dire ... Si : les vélos qui ne vont vraiment pas bien, dommage.

Aan werkelijk alles is gedacht! De kamer (of eigenlijk het huis) was zeer compleet ingericht! De keuken stond vol met potten & pannen, bestek, peper/zout, grote koelkast met vriesvak, borden, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat (inclusief de koffie), jerrycan drinkwater, etc.! Maar ook aan stoeltjes voor op het strand, fietsen, paraplu’s en EHBO- set stonden klaar! Het zwembad is ook heerlijk schoon.

Er zijn bijna geen negatieve punten te bedenken. Het enige minpunt is dat het in heel Puerto Morelos momenteel een beetje stinkt, wat komt door de sargassum (zeewier). Maar daar kan Abbey del Sol niks aan doen. We verbleven 3 nachten en ze hebben onze kamer tussendoor niet schoongemaakt, dát had anders gekund.

Best groot appartement voor 4 personen, ruimer dan verwacht. Alles aanwezig. Netjes en proper, helpend personeel, fietsen vrij te gebruiken, alles was top!

Niets. Misschien niet in het centrum maar dat wisten we, ook echt wel binnen wandelafstand. Heerlijke avondwandeling langs het strand

Tolle Unterkunft mit der Liebe zum Detail. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht. Mariela und ihr Team haben dafür gesorgt, dass der Aufenthalt perfekt war.

Very well appointed and located 4 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes to town, restaurants and grocery. The bikes and beach chairs were appreciated and so was the BBQ. An umbrella at the pool would be nice to provide some shade.

Only 1 cleaning was provided for 14 nights and we had to pay for 1 extra toilet paper roll.

It offers a comfortable home feeling which is perfect after a long flight. We love that it is in a quiet street, close to the beach and only a 10-15 mins walk into the centre of town. The friendly office staff are an added bonus.

There's a beautiful courtyard with a fountain, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Great water pressure. Comfortable bed. Loved the bikes! Towels supplied. Laundry for $10 on site. In a quiet part of town but everything bike able. You can walk to the beach.

My particular room (1st floor, courtyard) was small with things kinda crammed in, and scraping furniture above so I had to sleep/wake with the people above. No place to dry clothing in that room, which was probably cheaper (no balcony or patio). Workers swarm with banter at 8:30 a.m. Other than that, very pleasant.

We loved everything. What a special place to stay. Great location for us....quiet end of town. Two blgrret Beach clubs very close by. Staff who helped with anything that was needed.

Great location, at the end of the main road so not much traffic, but still easy to walk to the center of town. Very pretty buildings and pool area. The hotel also provides beach amenities for free which was very nice.

No hot water was available for the shower or sink.

Great location. The beach was so close that it was easy to bring chairs and back toys. Easy half mile walk to cafes and restaurants. The area right around the property was quiet. We used the pool, cooked in the kitchen, and the bed and sheets were comfortable. Very good experience.

We liked everything and the walk to town is short but it might be a little too far of a walk for very young children.

Comfortabel apartement op loopafstand van het centrum. Ook fietsen beschikbaar indien je het toch te ver lopen vindt. Keukenspullen waren prima hebben wij alleen gebruikt voor ontbijt en lunch. Matrassen aan de zachte kant maar het is persoonlijk wat je prettig vindt.

Uitchecken mocht om 16 uur ipv 10 uur maar dit kost 70 USD. We hebben dit gedaan maar vonden het best een fors bedrag, het apartement was niet verhuurd de volgende dag. We hebben ook geen extra handoeken of beddegoed verbruikt.

We had a wonderful stay at Abbey del Sol. The facilities are great, wonderful swimming pool and beautiful plants all around the property. The staff was kind and attentive. The rooms are equipped with all we needed for a good stay including chairs for the beach, coffee machine, and many more details that made this hotel very special

We had a very small room with a view to the corridor. Other rooms had large balconies and seemed way bigger. Don't rent the cheapest one.

Un hôtel familial et simple comme on les aime, où tout est fait pour rendre le séjour agréable. Grande chambre, très bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas possible sur place mais la cuisine est très bien équipée et il y a un café très sympa pour le petit dej à 3 minutes à vélo. Le prêt de vélo est très appréciable pour se balader.

Very Clean, comfortable beds, all the necessities, everything in good working order. Beautiful little center courtyard with perfect size pool and plenty of space and beds to relax secluded from any street noise. Very close to the beach and 10 minutes walk to restaurants and shops. The bikes were perfect for getting around a town and the roads are very safe to use them on.

The room was big, clean and well equipped. We had a room overlooking the pool. The beds were really comfortable. The staff were wonderful and supportive of things we needed to make our trip enjoyable. We used the bikes which was a great way to get around.

The amount of chlorine and bleach used in the pool. We have a pool at home and never use bleach. The bleach turned my son's hair green.

Het personeel, tijdens ons verblijf Mariëla en Mildred, zijn heel professioneel en vriendelijk. Nemen de tijd om alles uit te leggen. Het mooie zwembad is kraakhelder en schoon. Het strand is 4 minuten lopen. Centrum 20 minuten, maar op de fiets welke gratis gebruikt mogen worden, ook slechts 5 minuten. In onze kamer was alles aanwezig. Aan alles is gedacht. We hebben tijdens onze reis veel duurdere hotels gehad, maar dit is verreweg de beste!

Amazing aparthotel - every single detail well thought-out and staff all kind and lovely. We’ve stayed in multiple places in Mexico since starting here and none have lived up to this standard. Super comfy bed, super helpful staff and lovely, quiet road. They have plenty of free bicycles to use to ride around to the beach and restaurants.

We really appreciate it the warm welcome. The team take great care of us. Everything in the apartment as well thought about and prepared with great attention. (Ice cubes in the fridge, drinking water, beach towels and -chairs).

Loved our stay at Abbey Del Sol. Room was spacious and room was large. Very nice kitchen too. Pool area was lovely and the free bikes we awesome. Would definitely stay again.

There was NO BREAKFAST !!!!!!!! 😡 I was double charged, arrived to an empty facility [\no other guests ] I did not know that at time of arrival. They tried to put me in a room with no windows under a pass way, basically a closet with a bed !!!! I was in Mexico at the beach and they tried to put me in underground type room😡 THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY HAVE DONE AND WHO GHEY DID IT TO! I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED !!! I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED !!! The hostess LIED, MISREPRESENTED ! I HAVE CONTACED LOCAL LAW OFFICIALS! My gosh ??? So I asked for a regular room she said that she didn’t have any rooms available but the maids where cleaning one that might be available. SHE CHARGED ME ADDDTIONAL $385.00 HOTEL WAS EMPTY! SHE LIED AND MISREPRESENTED THE CONDITIONS OF OUR AGRREMENT AND STATUS OF HOTEL AVAILABILITY - REMOVE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD - I HAVE FRIENDS IN PUERTO MORELOS &/ CANCUN , the very bad experience, lying, cheating will be shared locally and in Mexico and in New York, Phila!! Amazing property! Well located walking distance to restaurants and grocery store about 12 minutes or you can use the bikes. Very clean and well appointed apartment. I also enjoyed the pool every afternoon and used the BBQ. Will definitely recommend Abbey del Sol and would love to stay again. Thank you Mariela for your warm welcome and Jin for your help with the BBQ.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool.They think of everything that we might need. The free bikes are a great way to get around. The beach towels and chairs made our visit to the beach wonderful

Everything is perfect at this hotel. Beautiful, bright, roomy, clean rooms. Comfy bed. Has everything you could need - beach chairs, umbrella, kitchen things. Balcony made it so nice. A very nice pool area with plenty of comfy loungers. Free bicycles to use. Friendly and helpful staff. The office people spoke perfect English. We were very happy here.

Lovely and quaint, like a serene oasis. Everything is kept in pristine condition. The workers are friendly, kind and very helpful. Although we had the smallest room on the property, we were very satisfied with the facility and all the supplies provided for our enjoyment.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at Abbey Del Sol and the experience was excellent on both occasions. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. Each room also comes with a full kitchen with everything you need to cook at the location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Also, the free bikes are great for cruising around town or for picking up groceries. I highly recommend Abbey Del Sol, but make sure to book early to get all your days.

TV's are not intuitive and difficult to operate. If you plan on using the TV, make sure to ask the front desk for guidance.

The pictures do not do this property justice. We loved our stay here. Front desk staff is helpful. Bikes and beach chairs are provided. The kitchen is well stocked. The bed is comfortable. The TV even has US and Canadian channels, helps if you want to catch up on news and sports.

Nice, clean and well equipped room, very well maintained premises and friendly owners. Location for us was perfect: quiet but still walkable to the beach (~5min) and town square (~15min). Snorkeling tour operators (we went with Wet Set) and plenty of restaurants and are also within walking distance. Street parking was not a problem. Would stay there again.

The only TV was located in the bedroom, would be better in the other area. More towels would be good. Free bikes could use a little maintenance.

Puerto Morales is a lovely place only 25 minutes from Cancun. Abbey del Sol was a wonderful place to stay. The apartments, staff and facilities were amazing. The pool was wonderful.

The apartment was very nice, super clean and exceptionally located close to restaurants, the veach and activities. The staff were very friendly and accomodating with all my requests! I will definitely be returning!

Had a great stay. Our particular room was small but it was only for one night. It had everything you could want or need for an overnight stay. They had some amenities that we just didn’t get a chance to try like the pool and the free bikes. We will be back.

We picked a smaller room due to the cost and the fact that we were only staying one night. We were cramped in there.

We absolutely love Abbey del Sol. This was our second visit, but it won’t be our last. The apartments are cute, clean, and modern. Our apartment was exactly how it was pictured on the listing. There is filtered water in each apartment. Linens, towels, toiletries, and a fully functional kitchen. Our room had umbrellas (which we needed) and beach chairs, beach bag, and beach towels (which we didn’t need). The property is safe with a locked gate. The courtyard and pool are idyllic. Our favorite part of both trips were the complementary bicycles!!! We love biking into the center of town, shopping at the grocery store, and visiting all the incredibly delicious restaurants. The staff were very responsive and easily available after-hours through WhatsApp. The in-room binder gives loads of useful information about the local area and tips and tricks for your visit. Without exaggeration, Abbey del Sol has been one of the best unexpected surprises of all of our travels. We are already planning our next stay - and looking forward to it!

Loved everything about it from the homey kitchen with EVERYTHING, fantastic staff, stunning pool, wonderful colors, bikes, location from town. We got a second story apartment and couldn’t not have happier. Had the hardest time leaving and out next stay at villas akumal was a total disaster in comparison.
