Hibernian Hotel & Leisure Centre

The building itself is beautiful, the bar had great pints, the food portions was great. Check in was smooth and pleasant, I needed an iron and the staff were very accommodating and brought it up to the room. Lots of towels and teas and coffees.

The mattress... really really thin and uncomfortable. The floor of the room was so noisy, every step the floor would creek, you can hear a lot from the corridors and rooms above.

We enjoyed spending time as a family at the pool. It was a neat pool.

Our request for two rooms next to each other was not granted on our first night. It took us asking for it to be rectified and that wasn't until the next day.

Bilderna visade något mycket bättre än det var. Restaurangen/baren var omysig, omodern,och kändes ofräsch. Plastiga säten. Fanns inga alternativa restauranger/pubar i närheten. Rummet var litet men ok. Det enda plusset var en av personalen i baren

Our one night stay was lovely. Amy met us with a warm and welcoming approach. The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable. The room was quiet and temperature was good for sleeping. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly.

Everything was fine. No issues it was a lovely stay.

Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Leisure centre and gym were very impressive at this price point. Dinner in the bar was very generous. All round good stay.

The hotel is centrally located so suited our needs. We were only staying one night so it was convenient

Hotel definitely needs some tlc! We were meeting friends in town and waited over 30 mins outside after midnight trying to get in. They had left a number to call when the door was locked. But apparently it was broke. We could clearly see the staff all fairly young inside cleaning with music up loud.

Das Frühstück ist super, das Personal nett, das Pub gefällt uns. Wir warrn schon zum 2. Mal dort und kommen bestimmt nochmal.

La ubicación del Hotel

El secador de pelo estaba dentro de un cajon y no se podia sacar, la cisterna del wc no desaguaba con normalidad, al abrir las ventanas habia suciedad acumulada de muchos años.(telarañas y bichos muertos) En recepción ni entendian español ni se esforzaban, solo reservamos cuatro habitaciones y en mas de una no hicieron las camas,. El desayuno escaso, el segundo dia ni un triste croasant habia, No hay aire acondicionado. En la zona del espa te obligan a llevar su gorro y luego resulta que viene gente de la calle to sudaos y sin gorro se meten en el yacuzi, de hecho el bar el ginasio y demás instalaciones entraba la gente de la calle. La entrada principal estaba muy sucia manchorrones con marcas de zapatos, tampoco hay zona de fumadores, a la callé habia que ir!!! Pesimo no, lo siguiente,. Para ir a la zona del spa escaleras arriba y abajo nada practico para personas con discapacidad reducida.. La comida de la cena tipica de la zona peró con una variedad pesima Ni volveremos ni lo recomendamos a nadie

Shower door kept coming off runner , locks on window unsure if child safe - room were very hot no aircon - hard to find porter to get outside at night or early if you cant sleep want a fag

It was located centrally and the room was clean. Our kids loved the swimming pool in the leisure centre. Parking is located right outside the leisure centre. Breakfast was alright.

The hotel is old, carpet everywhere and it smelled funny.

Loved the fact this hotel was very family friendly it catered to all our family needs we had a toddler and 7 week old. the park wasnt to far away for a run around and they provided a cot for my 7 week old made the stay so much easier and breakfast was exactly what everyone wanted

The only thing we did not like was the small lift took us 2 trips to get everyone up and down but its a old building so cant really be fussy with that.

Outdoor garden.

The beer garden out back was lovely but had to walk through the lane to get to reception. When we asked a staff member was there a way through hotel rather than going down the road the reply was normally but was an accident so no. Glasses when we ordered drinks were dirty and cloudy looking. Room was very spacious but huge cracks in ceilings bathroom was clean but again huge cracks in ceiling and door handle almost came off in my hand when opening door so after that couldn't close out the door. Hotel very out dated in need of work to bring up to standards you would expect at cost.

Room very small supposed be for 2 adults and a child, very warm only for the fan, no iron, food was cold in the bar, no weetabix for breakfast totally unorganised no bread, coffee machine out of order and staff very unfriendly, receptionist didn’t speak when checking out

L’établissement est bien situé et les chambres sont bien équipées et confortables même si le style de l’hôtel est un peu vieillot. Le restaurant était très bien.

Notre chambre donnait sur les toits de la cuisine, tant pis pour la vue mais le bruit des groupes de ventilation était insupportable. Impossible de changer de chambre, la réception m’a assuré que les groupes de ventilation stoppaient à 21h mais ça a duré beaucoup plus tard dans la nuit. Isolation phonique à revoir totalement

The hotel very nice, but the weather being so very very hot I was shocked to find no air conditioning in the rooms consequently I couldn’t get to sleep till all hours.

They need to think about installing air conditioning in all the rooms.

room was , hellish hot , window was useless ,small and only oppening 3 or 4 inches , there was a desk fan supplied in the room , this was cheap rubbish , not even causing the slightest breeze , even when it was 6 inches from my face . no window in en-suite , no mention of the facilities when i checked in , i wouldve like to use the pool etc , no one suggested how to access or even where it was, terribale experance .

Central location

Very dated. Towel was threadbare and ripped while drying myself. Only 1 big towel the rest were small including the spare in the drawer. Staff in the bar/restaurant were not interested in serving, cleaning the table or anything at all really. Had to look for someone every time and then it was like you were bothering them. The lad in the cocktail bar was no better. The food was good though so that was positive.

The lady who checked me in was very nice and friendly. So was the lady who checked me out. They were chatty. friendly and welcoming and very helpful about parking.

I was happy with the hotel and everything and would stay again if I'm in Mallow.

Rooms were lovely, comfortable and spotless. The Beer Garden was amazing, food even more so and very reasonably priced. All the facilities were top notch. Looking forward to our next stay

The only drawback is the walk from the car park to the front of the hotel, and it's certainly not insurmountable

Het is heel warm in de kamer, alsof de verwarming aan staat. Oude beddenspiraal met priemende veren. Stampende olifantenfamilie boven ons.
