Son 3 bloques de apartahoteles, en el bloque C hay una discoteca en la planta baja que no deja de sonar y el ruido y las vibraciones hacen dificil descansar.

The beds are the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced. Worse than a futon couch. It was very hard to get ice. I can’t drink beverages warm. I was almost charged by the hotel restaurant and I told them that I am a paying guest and should be able to get ice for free.

Für das, was geboten wird, finde ich den Preis allerdings deutlich zu hoch. Ich würde es zu diesem Preis nicht unbedingt noch einmal buchen.

Lage war gut, nahe bei den Clubs

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, Schimmel in der Dusche. Für Liegen und Sonnenschirm am Hotelpool muss man separat bezahlen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt definitiv nicht.

Great location if you're looking for Ibiza Town beaches or clubs. Touristy area but plenty to do, eat, and buy nearby. Rooms were relatively clean on arrival and front desk staff were accommodating to arrival time changes. Various types of transport to the rest of the island easily available. Very competitive rates for the dates of our stay.

Room had an ant problem that we couldn't shake, and couldn't be addressed by staff in the time of our stay. Night-time security was a bit over-active. Hotel is on the IBZ approach path (hence the name, obviously) so not recommended for late sleepers or those sensitive to noise.

Das Personal an der Rezeption (eine Frau) war teilweise sehr unfreundlich, mein Rock ist vom Balkon gefallen und sie wollten mir nicht helfen, diesen zu holen. Frühstück sollte bei diesem Preis inbegriffen sein. Ausserdem war es sehr laut die ganze Nacht.

I really loved the overall vibe of the property. The location was perfect, right by the beach and close to everything in Playa d’en Bossa. The atmosphere was great and made the stay feel like a proper Ibiza experience. The guy at reception was also really friendly and helpful, which made a great first impression. The pool area, views, and relaxed atmosphere were also a big plus.

There were a few small things that could be improved, but nothing that really affected my stay. Overall, I was very happy with the experience.

Liegen sind extra zu bezahlen, aber finde ich gut, es sind immer liegen frei 🤣 (15 Pro Liege, 15 pro Schirm, dafür pro Liege ein Gutschein für 1 Getränk) (1 Aperol kostet 14 Euro, also die Liege nur 1 Euro) darf man nicht jammern... Apartments sind groß, Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und Balkon Zimmermädchen kommen jeden Tag Es sind Metallgestell Betten, aber haben gut geschlafen 5min Fußweg zum Ushuaia Mehrere Cafés und Restaurants anbei, und ein kleiner Spar wo man auch alles bekommt Wir kommen bald wieder...

Zimmer sehr schlicht und in die Jahre gekommen, Badezimmerfugen teilweise sehr dreckig und sehr laut (ist halt ein Partyhotel, das muss man wissen und Oropax helfen :) ). Für 300€ die Nacht in der Hauptsaison eine Ansage

A szálloda elhelyezkedése, kedves , vicces személyzet, takarító személyzet is nagyon aranyos volt 😊

entgegen anderen Bewertungen war das gesamte Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit zu mir.

Ich persönlich habe damit zwar kein Problem es ist jedoch irrsinnig laut die gesamte Nacht. Dass man für Pool Liegen als Hotelgast zahlen muss wusste ich zwar im Vorhinein und war dementsprechend darauf eingestellt. Für den gezahlten Preis der Unterkunft dennoch nicht fair meiner Meinung nach.

The apartments are simple but perfectly adequate for what they offer. It’s a great option for young people or groups of friends looking to enjoy Ibiza’s nightlife. The location is excellent, just a couple of blocks from Hï Ibiza and Ushuaïa, which makes everything very convenient. We also appreciated that quiet hours are well respected, and the double-glazed windows do a great job of keeping outside noise to a minimum. Overall, it worked perfectly for our stay.

There wasn’t anything particularly negative about our stay. The rooms are quite basic and could perhaps use a little more attention to detail and warmth in terms of decoration and overall feel. That said, this is not a luxury property, and for a trip with friends focused on enjoying Ibiza and its nightlife, it does exactly what you need.

The property is quite dated and has definitely seen better days. On the plus side, the apartment was spacious and had a basic kitchen with the essentials. There is a supermarket on the property. The sun loungers by the pools and on the beach come at an additional cost. Guests get a €5 discount. The distance to the nearby clubs and nightlife spots is excellent. As for noise, it probably depends on where your room is located. We could hear tables being dragged around in the restaurant next door every morning.

A bit overpriced for the standard, but it’s Ibiza. Paid sun loungers

La salle de bain était pleine de moisissures, les serviettes sont tellement de qualité médiocres qu’elles ne sèchent pas, aucun service offert, le personnel désagréables : ils se sont même permis de me prendre pour une menteuse quand je leur ai dit que j’avais déjà payé le parking (oui non inclus dans le prix de la nuit, vu le prix c’est scandaleux), ils veulent bien garder les bagages post Check out mais pas trop longtemps car après 15h c’est payant… tellement abusé et idem les transats de la piscine sont payant, je n’avais jamais vu ça auparavant.

I stayed at Jet Apartments Ibiza this year for my birthday, and after travelling to around 40 countries and staying in many hotels, I can genuinely say this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel uncomfortable. They would look us up and down whenever we entered or left and often spoke to us in an overly familiar and unprofessional way, with very little tact or basic customer service. Cleanliness was unacceptable. We found towels in the bathroom with large clumps of hair on them, and when I checked underneath the bedsheet, there were crumbs and dirt. The room had clearly not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. I was there for my birthday and my boyfriend had flowers delivered. When we asked for a vase, we were told the hotel did not have one and were actually advised to use a rubbish bin instead. The internet was probably one of the worst parts. There was almost no mobile signal and the Wi-Fi was so poor that even normal messages barely went through, let alone video calls. I had planned to work online during the trip, which was completely impossible. Even birthday messages people had sent me only started coming through properly the following day once I had a decent connection again. The hotel itself was extremely hot and stuffy. There was no air conditioning in the corridors, making it uncomfortable even to walk through the building. The lift worked for the first few days and then stopped working, so even going up one floor in that heat became exhausting. The corridors also regularly smelled strongly of cannabis and other substances. Ibiza is known for nightlife, but that does not mean hotel guests should have to deal with people smoking in indoor common areas. There was also a man in the corridor selling party tickets who reacted very strangely when we explained that we had already bought all our tickets in advance, almost as if we were expected to buy something from him.

Only complaint was that the wifi barely worked.

The room was really big and spacious. The hotel complex itself was quite large, so we had to walk quite a bit to get out of the hotel, but it was still worth it. The room was cleaned regularly except for one day, which I’ll explain as well.

The cleaning staff usually came to our room quite late, which was fine for us because we were rarely in the room anyway. However, one day they knocked quite early, and when I told them we would be leaving in five minutes, they said okay. But when we came back later, our room had not been cleaned. The Wi-Fi is very poor, so if you have mobile data it’s fine, but otherwise it can be a bit of a problem. Having a kitchen in the room is a big advantage, but they should also provide a sponge and dish soap for washing the dishes. We had to go out and buy them ourselves. There also seemed to be a problem with the elevator, and only one person could use it at a time. So every time, one of us took the elevator while the others had to use the stairs.

"Apartamento con piscina" supuestamente te lo venden así, la sorpresa es que cuando llegas allí y vas a utilizar la piscina, hay un chico que nos dijeron los de recepción que es una empresa externa a ellos, que te cobra 15€ por cada hamaca y 15€ por el paraguas, pero te regalan 1 consumición y si no reservas nada de esas dos cosas no puedes utilizar la piscina aunque estes alojado en el hotel o pongas las cosas en el suelo para darte un baño. Tuvimos unas malas palabras el chico y yo, pero por no estropearme las vacaciones preferí no seguir, en resumen una estafa. Preguntamos por los alrededores en los otros apartamentos y no te cobraban nada por las hamacas y el paraguas. Estas cosas deberían avisarlas antes de reservar

We loved the location, the easy access to the beach as well as the pool atmosphere. We would highlight the cleaning staff who were very thorough and, very importantly, extremely friendly and welcoming.

We think that the rate to rent the sun bed+umbrella (15 eur/each by the pool bar) is a little too much. It was a shame as it discourages people to hang around the bar and it can be quite empty even though the music is nice and the place feels good. The rate to rent at the beach is even higher. We also did not like the behavior of one receptionist who was extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly. However, the rest of the staff were quite nice.

Q cobraba la reposera en la pileta

Una struttura molto centrale, consigliata per chi vuole raggiungere a piedi l’Ushuaia e Hi. Dista poi 15 min di auto da altri locali come il Pasha, Cova Santa. I più distanti rimangono l’amnesia e UNVRS. Comoda la piscina (gratis per accesso e uso ma con prezzo a parte per lettino e sdraio) così come la spiaggia di fronte alla struttura. Camere pulite ma essenziali, ideali per chi non vuole un eccessivo confort, ma comunque preferisce una soluzione agiata e non improvvisata. Presente supermercato adiacente la struttura.

L’assenza di un parcheggio privato della struttura. Molto fiscali per l’orario di check out.

This apartment accommodated our large group of 14 people all together in a similar part of the complex. It was so nice to be neighbors with our big group, we were able to be louder than most hotels because of the atmosphere, yet we were also able to get the sleep we needed. Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean and spacious! We loved that there were two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a small kitchen. We didn’t feel like we were in a small cramped hotel and we all had space to sit out or have our stuff out.

When we first checked in, the rooms we booked were supposed to accommodate 5, but Jet told us only 4 to a room, so we had to book a studio to accommodate two more people. Luckily they had a room available so last minute. This may be more booking.com’s fault, and although Jet was accommodating and had a room, it could’ve been bad if we had to book two people elsewhere. Additionally, the wifi wasn’t working most of the time or had poor signal, which was difficult for some of the group who didn’t have data roaming so couldn’t use their phones much to communicate or anything. Lastly, some of the rooms, the AC wasn’t working, so for part of our stay, many of the group were uncomfortable and hot for a few day until it got sorted and cooled down.

Apart from the location, everything about this hotel was disappointing. The reception staff were unfriendly, unprofessional, and treated guests with a complete lack of respect. Their attitude made us feel very unwelcome throughout our stay. We were also shocked that, despite being hotel guests, we had to pay extra to use a sunbed by the pool. I even requested an iron for my clothes and was charged €25 for it, which is completely unreasonable. We stayed at the hotel for a full week, and on check-out day we were only 30 minutes late because we were finishing packing and cleaning the room. Instead of showing any understanding, staff came directly to our room with a credit card payment terminal and charged us an additional €30. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. If there was one thing that ruined our vacation, it was this hotel. We were constantly being stopped and asked to show our wristbands, which made us feel uncomfortable rather than welcomed. This hotel is definitely not worth the price or the overall experience. I would not recommend it.

The location was great, it was walking distance to night clubs and restaurant. We have beach access and the pool area was good. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

Noise Issues: The room faced a busy street and sat directly next to a loud restaurant. Sleep Quality: Severe noise disruptions made it impossible to sleep during the entire stay. Room Condition: While the room was spacious, the decor and furnishings felt highly outdated. Comfort Level: The quality and feel of the bed linens were completely unsatisfactory.

Property was very close to everything we needed! 10/10 for location.

Was disheartening you couldn’t sit anywhere by the pool. It cost extra for day beds and when we tried to sit on the grass or beside the pool we were told we weren’t allowed. It also advertised as ‘adults only’ and there many families with children.

Great Pools and so close to all amenities and beach and most of all to HI Ibiza !!

Não gostei a forma como nos receberam quando chegamos, era raro darem os bons dias... E achei um obsurdo pedirem 15 euros por dia por uma espreguiçadeira, depois de se pagar 2500 euros por uma semana no apartamento e sem prqueno almoco ..uma proxima vez, de certeza que não irei para esse sitio...
