L’emplacement était superbe, au cœur du centre ville. De plus la piscine, et l’extérieur en général étaient vraiment magnifiques et très agréable.

It was dirty place covered in ants, cleaner didn’t even come to room the whole stay. They sent a list of dates where there would be events out stay didn’t have anything when we got there the music was wild .. all day long the bass vibrating the door. Only about 8 sun loungers around pool the rest was wooden blocks.

Mugg i taket på badet, råtten dør på badet, skitten sofa og ødelagt sofa, sirisser på kjøkkenet, dårlige gardiner, hard seng, ødelagt dørhåndtak på bad, ikke heis, luktet forferdelig på bagasjerommet. Skittent basseng. Ikke lydtett i leilighet, mye støy. Glipper i ytterdør ga mye støy. Ikke verdt pengene. Bildene svarer ikke til forventningene.

Lati negativi: non pensate di poter dormire al mattino dopo aver fatto serata perché le signore delle pulizie sono molto rumorose. Il bagno si allaga facendosi la doccia. Alla sera ci siamo trovati le formiche. Il complesso è piuttosto sporco e decadente, il mio ragazzo è rimasto chiuso in bagno perché la maniglia si è incastrata.

Ci é piaciuta molto la posizione, comoda, vicina a tutto e molto servita di taxi per spostarsi.

La camera era tremendamente sporca, c'era la muffa sui muri, una puzza di fogna per non parlare delle 4 blatte che ci siamo ritrovate in bagno mentre facevamo la doccia. Esperienza terribile. Non la consiglio assolutamente.

Extremely disappointing – definitely NOT worth the money We paid around £6,000 for a two-week stay at Bora Bora Ibiza, and for that amount of money we expected a completely different level of accommodation, facilities and customer service. We knew Ibiza was expensive before we came. We expected restaurants, food and drinks to be expensive, and we were prepared for that. What we did not expect was to pay a premium price for accommodation and receive such a basic and disappointing level of service. Let's start with something that should be completely standard in 2026: THERE IS NO WI-FI AT ALL..When we arrived, the guy at reception simply told us, “Sorry, we don't have Wi-Fi.”We honestly couldn't believe it. Not poor Wi-Fi. Not slow Wi-Fi. No Wi-Fi whatsoever. There is also no kettle and no microwave in the apartment.These are basic facilities that you can find in accommodation costing a fraction of this price. For approximately £6,000 for two weeks, this is ridiculous. The reception itself feels more like the reception of very cheap basic accommodation. The general standard and cleanliness around the property were also extremely disappointing, with mess in different areas and very little feeling that you are staying somewhere charging premium Ibiza prices. Customer service was another disappointment. My husband accidentally left his glasses by the pool. When we asked the lady at reception for help, she seemed completely uninterested and didn't appear willing to make any real effort to help us find them. It's not about expecting somebody to magically produce a lost item — it's about expecting basic interest and assistance from staff when a guest asks for help. The security situation also made our holiday unnecessarily unpleasant. We were repeatedly required to show that our wristbands were physically attached to our wrists, despite being paying guests staying at the property.

At one point we couldn't even take a beer upstairs, while there was a disco/music event around the pool where the drink we wanted wasn't available anyway. Instead of feeling relaxed in the place where we had paid thousands of pounds to stay, we repeatedly felt as though we were being told what we couldn't do. And that really sums up our experience. We did not expect a five-star luxury hotel. We simply expected the standard of facilities, service and hospitality to be reasonably reflected in the price we paid. Unfortunately, there is an enormous gap between the price of this accommodation and what you actually receive for your money. Ibiza itself is beautiful and we have enjoyed the island enormously. Sadly, Bora Bora apartme nts has been the biggest disappointment of our holiday. After spending around £6,000 for two weeks, would we stay here again? Absolutely not. For anyone considering booking: don't assume that a high Ibiza price automatically means a high standard. In our experience here, it certainly doesn't.

Very disappointing experience. The apartment was dirty and had cockroaches, ants, and other insects. The photos do not reflect the reality of the property, which is old and poorly maintained, with broken tiles and ceilings showing signs of water damage. The reception staff was also extremely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

What a total let down! Being put in a terrible room before being shown to a room with 2 naked ladies already in the room. The pool is like a drug fuelled race with young people chewing there own faces off.

El personal poco amistoso. Mal trato. El hotel en sí esta destruido. El aire acondicionado chorreaba y hacia un ruido horrible y no nos dieron solución. Siendo español no dejaron a una persona identificarse con el pasaporte, solo DNI, lo cual es ilegal. Pero lo peor sin duda el personal.

Sicuramente la posizione che si affaccia sulla spiaggia, ha una buona piscina interna per chillare il pomeriggio con bar. Il fatto che 3 volte a settimana organizzano un evento pomeridiano all’interno dove c’è la piscina, gratuito per chi risiede al bora bora, che si sposta dalle 23 alle 4 nel locale affianco. La posizione al Ushuaia è Hi + ogni tipo di servizio/ristorante

Il rumore che non ci ha permesso di dormire, il nostro appartamento era attaccato al bar sulla strada principale, praticamente aprivi la finestra e avevi la gente che faceva colazione. Inoltre l’ambiente era sporco…ho trovato mozziconi di sigaretta sotto il divano letto.

Ottima posizione, vicino al mare e a due discoteche principali. Ottimo l’uso della piscina gratuita per gli ospiti e i pool party organizzati! Security sempre al entrata e reception H24. Fantastico il bar e ristorante all’entrata. Personale gentile e cortese. Ci tornerei!

Pulizia della camera, specialmente le lenzuola sporche! Il check in ore 15 troppo tardi anche se ci hanno dato la chiave alle 14 perché il personale è veramente gentile!

No cambian las toallas cada día. La mesa del balcón estaba sucia y el suelo del comedor también … En las fotos sale una cafetera pero en realidad no disponen de ella.

staff was extremely rude. the bed had one sheet as a blanket, woke up shivering with my teeth chattering and couldnt sleep. wasnt given a blanket for the pull out couch literally slept under the fitted sheet. shower gets water all over the floor. no extra towels provided even wuen asked, nor were blankets, and staff was rude when they were asked

My stay at the Bora Bora Hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing, and I would not stay here again. The service issues began right from check-in. The staff member who assisted us was unprofessional; she remained seated the entire time, made no effort to stand, and did not speak English. We were not provided with any information regarding the hotel facilities, and we were never given our hotel wristbands at check-in. We had to figure out on our own that we were supposed to have them and eventually had to go back and request them ourselves. The condition of the room was also very poor. It is clear that the property is quite dated and poorly maintained. We were shocked to find stains on the mattress and pillowcases. The bathroom was in a particularly bad state, with mold on the ceiling that had been poorly covered up with a thin layer of paint. There was no toilet paper holder, and the design was such that the entire bathroom floor became soaking wet after even a short shower. To make matters worse, the towels and the room itself were not cleaned on a daily basis. Regarding the amenities, the sunbeds at the pool had been removed, which made the pool area unusable. While the constant soundchecks for the Sunday party did not bother us too much, be aware that the music from the adjacent club is incredibly loud and continues until 6:00 AM. If you are looking for a quiet or relaxing stay, this is definitely not the place for you. Additionally, the hotel has a very strict and unwelcoming policy regarding visitors. Overall, the lack of hospitality and the poor state of the rooms made this a frustrating experience. We will not be returning.

Location is great

-Unfriendly and unhelpful Reception (working Wednesday 01.07.26 - 6.00 am). We had to rent a safe for 25 Euro (deposit) + 4 Euro per day. For the deposit, they gave us a printed paper and a small terminal transaction paper. Once we checked out and give back the lock. We had the printed receipt paper but not the small receipt paper so they did not return us our deposit and the receptionist was not even kind with her words or try to help with the situation. -No quiet ruling (people shouting, jumping to the pool at 3 am) -Wall between the apartments are like paper. You can hear every single detail.
