Très bon séjour à Angers, hôtel très bien placé pour se balader dans le centre à pied.

Tram très proche , propreté aléatoire , couteaux de cuisine qui ne coupent pas , vaisselle pas très propre

Appartement très propre et spacieux. Par contre très bruyant le matin avec la réserve de l'express U.

Séjour d’une semaine agréable. Calme, bien situé, literie confortable, rangements suffisants, agencement optimisé. L’avantage de l’hôtel : linge à disposition et ménage 1 fois dans la semaine. L’avantage de l’appartement : la kitchenette. Le petit plus : une petite gourmandise et un sirop à disposition à l’accueil chaque jour Le petit moins : les capsules de café et mégots jetés des étages supérieurs sur l’espace vert devant ma fenêtre. Le rebord métallique sur lequel les gouttes d’eau raisonnent lorsqu’il pleut.

Super séjours chambre top des chocolats et du café sont offerts ainsi que thé et tisane. J'ai beaucoup apprécié l gentillesse du personnel et leur bonne humeur. Merci

Chambre confortable et calme. Suffisamment grande . Bon état et propre . Je trouve que le petit déjeuner a 21€ est exagéré

We had a pleasant day at the hotel which offers basic accommodations. The location is excellent close to the downtown core and is also quiet. We would stay there again.

Staff were very pleasant. Room ("apartment") was dreary, depressing, could have used some colour on the walls. Space was cramped in "kitchen" and around table in "bedroom." It served its basic purpose but I was happy to leave.

Sejour de 2 nuits. Lit très confortable. Salle de douche avec le nécessaire pour se laver. Petit déjeuner a payer en supplément mais avec un buffet généreux mais pas excessif (pas de perte alimentaire).

Je suis arrivée j'ai eu droit à une grande chambre où je ne me sentais pas à l'aise suite au bruit de l'ascenseur juste à côté. Je suis allée voir la réception ils m'ont donné une chambre un peu plus petite que j'ai adoré. (Éloignée de l'ascenseur bruyant)

Séjour d'une semaine dans le cadre professionnel. (travail de nuit): Aucun bruit. Personnel très sympathique et au petit soin (de jour comme de nuit). Parking souterrain très abordable.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix ! Idéal pour un séjour a Angers dans un quartier calme, a proximité des transports et tout près du centre-ville! Ravi de mon séjour!

Great stay. Had issues with table and was moved immediately. So convenient if you are visiting the ice rink. 3 mins away.

This is an apartment hotel with a little kitchenette. I stayed for 5 night and there was no housekeeping service which was fine for me. I asked for fresh towels and I had everything I needed. Very close to Ice skating arena I was going everyday and a supermarket is right next door. Convenient location for my trip.

Very clean, comfortable. Kitchenette very efficiently designed and well equipped. Friendly helpful staff.

Room was good and air conditioned. Unfortunately the corridors between reception and room were very hot and stuffy. Was able to prebook carpark space - it is in secure parking below the building but you'll need to check in first to get the code. Reasonably close to city centre (10 mins walk).

Calme Manque la climatisation pour cette période

Les moins : Moquette tachée sentant mauvais, rideau déchiré, gras autour des plaques de cuisson, crasse à l'entrée du siphon de la salle de bain. A cause de la chaleur nous avons laissé les fenêtres ouvertes et n'avons pu dormir car le quartier est très bruyant. Les plus : Bien équipé, cafetière, bouilloire. Très bien situé. Prix attractif

Agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très aimable même si la communication par rapport au ménage des chambres n'a pas toujours été claire.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed, central, clean and safe.

The location of the hotel was very good for our visit to the Ice Arena Angers for the Continental Cup tournament. There is a supermarket next door to the hotel, which we found very convenient. We stayed in a studio which was very comfortable and clean. The only problem we encountered was the radiator in the bedroom was not working and we were given a small electric heater, which was adequate to warm up the room. We would have liked a toaster instead of trying to make toast in the combination microwave/grill. There was a good selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Happy hour was fun with the pool table Staff were very good for the restaurant. Hotel well appointed for us to drive to Paris after checkout

Sleepless three nights due to very high temperature in the apartment and noise from partying students coming from the neighbourhood

I stayed in this hotel for 12 days (less actually as I moved out early even though prepaid). Several other individuals at the same conference moved early to other hotels. One cleaning of the room over the entire period - bad enough being there in a heatwave but my mid-stay cleaning meant that my towel number was reduced to one rather than two by the cleaners, and not even a replacement of my communion wafer size soap bar (supermarket next door thankfully). No mention of limited room service on the website, so be warned. No air-conditioning but found out that one could ask for a fan. As I mentioned, several other people at the the same conference checked out early - quote of one - "I can endure no fan but not the mold in the shower!!!". Staff overall friendly and helpful, although the seemingly sole male doesn't know how to smile and appear unaware that he is in the service industry! A smile goes a long way sir!!! On the plus side, the apartments are pleasant (mold excepted) and the location good. But do yourself a favor and stay in superior accommodation at similar prices. Never a repeat from this customer.

The apartments are an easy walk from the city centre and all of it's amenities. The apartments are clean and comfortable, and the reception staff very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Convenient location and easy access to food and transportation. Rooms are spacious but bathroom a little tiny. Non-airconditioned but a fan was provided for. Overall a decent apart-hotel as a base to explore the region. Family of 03.

Great apartment in a great location within easy walking distance of everything to do in Angers. I was on the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable and was very noisy so unfortunately not the best nights sleep whilst there, but my friend in the double bed really enjoyed it, so overall very pleasant. Marked down due to that and marks and stains all over carpet throughout. Would have been nice to have coffee/tea available to use in the kitchen but is next to a supermarket so we bought our own.

The hotel is close to everything... 15min walk to the cathedral and the castle. All amenities are within walking distance

Compact,all you need for short stay

This property was ideal for our overnight stop. The receptionist was very friendly and helpfull. Our accommodation was more than adequate with two rooms having two beds one a sofa bed one room also had a small kitchen with fridge and microwave. There is also a laundry room by reception. Breakfast in the morning was very good for 8.5euro. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Brilliant stay over with my family for two nights. Very clean, spacious apartment with good sized bathroom. Felt like having a whole flat to ourselves. Is in a good location right next to a supermarket. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. My only small criticism was the size of the breakfast plates at breakfast - they were like saucers. I would prefer to pay a little extra money but have a decent sized plate - so we all did not feel the need to go up and down to the buffet table. Also would be good to have a greater quantity of hot food if it is going to be on offer in the first instance.I did not wake up my 3 year old on the second morning, as it did not seem worth taking him downstairs for a tiny breakfast- just bought some cereal. Also the parking information could have been made clear to us on the first evenging as it was not made clear to us that there was parking onsite when we first asked and we ended up paying for street parking on the first night, when there is in fact a small amount of parking on the facility, which we used the second day. Overall a brilliant stay and would recommend and visit again.

Saucers are used as breakfasts plates therefore multiple trips to the counter completely unessacery . Pets uses better plates

Good value close to centre and convient for Autoroute

We had problems paying with our American credit cards. We tried 4 different cards and none of them would work. We had had no previous problems using them in France. Luckily we had the cash to pay for our two night stay. Bedroom was very small (expected) and the shower was very small

excellentocagion to visit Angers.All you need to prepare your own meals,which is very important to us for one of us is coeliac.Staff very heçpful.Parking would be a bit difficult i the summer.

Our apartment was modern with everything we needed except a kettle. The receptionists sorted out my problem about how to get WIFI on my tablet. We would look to stay with them again

We are a young family of four (children; 2years & the other 5 months) and we found the apart hotel very handy when needing to prep for a day out. It also gives you more space than a standard hotel room.

Stayed for 1 night. It suited our needs, but was desperate for an electric kettle. You only supply a coffe maker. Surround area was pleasant and plenty of local restaurants/bars nearby.

Room for 5 of us to move, which is important as we have 3 teenagers. Our stay was brief but the room was very clean and well set out. I would stay again. The staff were welcoming and friendly even though it was an extremely busy day for them finish for the Tour de France.

Hotel in good location, no internet in room, very limited reception hours.

Spent one night here while cycling the Loire a velo. Somewhat spartan and lacking any character whatsoever, it was still a comfortable and functional place to stay. Excellent location, close to restos and a Carrefore City. We arrived early and they would not allow us us to check in until 3 even thoughthe place was probablt available. Reception is also closed for a 2 hours while the staff have lunch.

Hotel was clean and in good condition. Having a fridge in the room was nice! The breakfast was a little sparse but good and the hotel desk hours are a little odd. Otherwise I was quite happy with the hotel and would stay there again.

Very friendly staff that made you welcome

Second time here and the accommodation has deteriorated since we were there a year ago.Our room was supposed to be non smoking but stank of cigarettes and the buts had been thrown outside on to the roof of the garage. We had only one set of towels and 1 pillow each. The receptionist was on her own trying to cope with an influx of guests and a card machine that wasn't working properly. We had stayed here a year previously and had returned because we had been impressed with the quality. We will try somewhere else next time.

I stayed here for a week. Room was clean and modern, facilities were good.Great location for my stay. my only concern was room was not cleaned or bedding/towels changed during my stay.This was a little inconvienient, however I did not mention this to reception so maybe partly my fault.

The reception was not open when we got there and was not going to reopen until the next day. VERY hard to check in. Read the fine print - that's for sure!

Really good value for money

A fairly noisy Sunday night/Monday morning from drinkers on the street but otherwise pretty handy to eateries and sights. The appartment/s looked a bit tired and we're lacking much of the china and cutlery listed on the cupboards.

There was a lot of noise from the street and partying on Saturday night but you had to have the windows open as there was no air conditioning. It was a great location though. The shower door does not seal properly so leaked puddles of water across the room. Great that it had a laundry. Reservation staff was friendly and helpful.
