The room was a lil' small...but if I'd gotten the room with kitchenette...woulda been larger

Mein Zimmer war neu renoviert und bestens ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, alles super sauber und modern und der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett. Das Örtchen an sich ist auch sehr nett und hat viele schöne Geschäfte und eine gute Gastronomie zu bieten. Ein Highlight sind die Seelöwen, die ab September unten am Hafen liegen und eine richtige Attraktion sind.

Mal insonorisé et je ne comprend pas pourquoi ils mettent la climatisation à 17° alors qu'il fait à peine 20° dehors, quel intérêt à part polluer la planète.

We had a fantastic stay! The updated room was spotless and well appointed! Loved the little kitchenette, for quick snacks and food storage in the fridge. Being on the main floor was an added bonus as we had a quick walk across the road to dip our toes in the ocean. A short walk to the many restaurants, shops and harbour life with gorgeous views and plenty of wildlife. The staff was 10+. Always willing to help in any way possible, friendly, professional and available. Affordable pricing will bring me back time and time again whenever I am on the island.

Zimmer riechen etwas muffig bzw. nach starkem Reinigungsmittel Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber soweit sauber.

De kamer is gerenoveerd maar het is (nog) wel gehorig en de horren kunnen een schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken. Verder niks op aan te merken.

The friendliness of the staff, great location, the cleanliness of the unit and the soft beds.

We were on the ground floor and unfortunately we could hear the tenants above us who had a little baby.

The young man at reception was super friendly. He even phoned us shortly after checking in to make sure everything was OK and he advised us to call him with any concerns. They are currently renovating all the rooms. We were in a renovated room and it looked great! We were there for Wine Festival and the Inn is close to all the wineries.

Comfy beds and pillows, clean, quiet location.

Water pressure in the shower sucks! Then the temperature randomly changes so you end up burning your skin! Then it goes super cold and then back to burning hot...could be a lawsuit one day its that bad!

Gegenüber vom Hotel lag direkt das Meer. Es war fußläufig zur Bay. Wir hatten ein neues renoviertes Zimmer bekommen. Das Bett war bequem und die Wäsche roch gut. Bei der Sauberkeit gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Check in war unkompliziert und der checkout war noch schneller. Wir konnten kostenlos am hotel parken. Besonders möchte ich bervorheben, dass die Wände mit Holzpanelen verkleidet waren. Wir haben weder unsere Nachbarn noch die Straße wirklich gehört.

Sehr schönes komfortables Zimmer. Grill vorhanden. Super Minigolfanlage daneben. Sehr nettes Personal.

We stayed in one of the 15 newly renovated rooms and everything is brand new and higher quality than expected from outside. Front desk person is very busy but super helpful. Hotels is just a few minutes drive to rows of restaurants in town.

Beautiful newly renovated room overlooking the ocean. The best part of our stay was the friendly staff. They truly go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend this hotel!

People had to come in and measure the bathroom midday and even though it was quick it was still disruptive as we were trying to nap. Very outdated room but I assume that’s because we had a dog with us. Just didn’t feel that clean (the toilet bowl, dusty wall hangings etc)

Location was amazing, right across the street from the water. We had a great view of the water from our room and the staff is very friendly. There were no problems with parking. And it’s a quick walk to restaurants/shops.

This property was easy to find and has great views of the Bay. The check-in was a breeze with very friendly staff. We opted for a unit that had not yet been renovated because we needed a stove with an oven. We had a full kitchen with full sized fridge and stove. It also has a separate bedroom similar to a 1 bedroom apartment. Im sure it will be even better once this unit is renovated. It was a short walk into the centre of town for shopping and dining.

The bathtub faucet was continuously dripping.

I just checked in, brought my bags to the room and was off to get a bite when I received a call to see if I was satisfied with the room. This was a first for me and thought it was first class as well.

Sliding door glass needs to be replaced as it’s hard to see through as it is permanently dirty & can’t be cleaned. I would take a room on the second floor further back that way road noise wouldn’t be as bad when sitting on the balcony

The room had been newly renovated and was extremely well presented. The view from the upstair balcony was great. 😄 property was clean. Michael at the front desk was very personable and extemely helpful.

I would have liked bars in bathtub as I was afraid to shower. They did have rubber mats to stand on !

They advertised a kitchenette but there was only a fridge.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly despite our late arrival (9:20pm). The room was very clean, the bed super comfortable, the kitchenette well stocked and there were sharp knives that worked well. The fixtures were modern. Lots of shampoo and soap supplied in the bathroom and the towels were thick and soft. Great view of the bay

Road noise? The upper walkway was slippery when wet.

the place was obviously well cared for and the hospitality went above and beyond.

the towels and sheets felt very cheap. if they wanted to upgrade the overall quality of the suite they could purchase true cotton materials to elevate the experience. while the linens and towels felt and smelled clean, the smell was overpowering and artificial.

Great location by Cowichan Bay and very affordable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room (with a king bed and kitchen facilities) was recently remodeled and very clean and comfortable.

The room was newly renovated and beautiful with a little kitchenette. I had an ocean view which was lovely to look out to in the morning having my tea. The amenities were well stocked. The front desk was very kind and helpful.

Honestly nothing. It is an older property and I don’t know if all the rooms are renovated but the ones that are are nicely done.

It is right opposite the water and all the rooms have some water view it seems. The room had 2 queen beds which were very comfortable, a small kitchenette which had everything we needed including a toaster and electric jug, fridge, microwave and small 2 burner element.they also have small balconies facing the water.

The parking could be a bit tight if it is fully booked.

We arrived on the first night of a multi day bicycle trip. When we arrived we were at first disappointed that there was no secure bike storage. However, the property concierge jumped into action and took good care of our bikes in a spare room overnight. He was very helpful. Rooms are newly renovated and very nice. Beds are super comfortable. Walking distance to the commercial area and across the street from the waterfront. We would stay here again.

No dedicated secure storage for bicycles so you will need to confirm with the property manager how they will assist with this.

Was “upgraded” to a Very recent ungrade. We were only there for 1 night. Across the street from the water. A 10 minute walk to restaurant and little store

The road got a bit loud with morning traffic

Great location. Easy walk to restaurants, across the road from a park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Newly renovated room with comfortable beds and kitchenette.

The windows and patio door could use better and larger window coverings. The blackout drapes were too small(needs another panel) and let too much light in for sleeping. I would also suggest that on the ground level rooms it would be good to have sheer panel drape as well as blackout drapes on the patio doors so people walking by can’t look in.

Kitchenette was well stocked. Accommodation on the ground floor was good, as stairs without an elevator is not a good option for us.

Bathroom had been redone but position of the toilet was too close to the wall, should have been moved out a bit. Parking right in front of your door was not always an option.

We had a beautifully renovated suite with a lovely view of the water. The suite was immaculately clean, including the bed linens and bathroom towels.

Nothing negative at all. We were visiting family in Duncan and it was a picturesque short drive from the Inn.

I stayed at the Inn for 4 nights while I was in town for a wildfire bootcamp and I wish I had known about this place when I first started having to make yearly visits to the area. First off the staff was phenomenal. I've never felt so taken care of anywhere else I've stayed. I was provided with a fantastic room with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was clean, spacious and the beds were exactly what I needed before running fitness tests that weekend. The location was perfect with easy access to everything I needed. At the price, it's a no brainer to stay here instead of any accommodations in sketchy Duncan
