Cassiel Hotel

The staff were all very friendly and helful. The hotel is well located, very quite place, well connected to bus stop (nearest metro statition 10 minutes by bus) ... Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection. Room basic but was clean with the essence. Ability to store your liggage after check out. Carpets and textile covering of upholstered furnuture need to be replaced as soon as possible! very outdated :-(

Good beds, kind of roomy. furniture are a little old although I understand it's part of the hotel's scheme. they offer free and good breakfast however their hot meals weren't really hot. The only complaint I could have was the AC which you had to ask them to turn it on for you from front desk every time you were coming back to your room, weird!

Amazing hotel, perfect location, nice personnel.

Super Lage, nettes Personal, saubere Räumlichkeiten, reiches Frühstücksbüffet.

from September to the end of November I stayed at the Cassiel Hotel. The room including the bed was very comfortable, clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Extra big compliment for the receptionist Irem she is very service oriented and helpful. Staff work together in a nice way and made an impression on me like one big family. Since I am a fussy eater I could ask every day to make food to my taste. Pleasant conversations and I saw that many visitors also had a good time. The hotel is recommended for people who travel alone, for business people and especially for families who are passing through. My next visit in Ankara I will definitely choose Cassiel Hotel.

Good Hotel

Internet in the room was sketchy. Breakfast was without coffee.

Everything was all right except the smell of room. I booked a nun-smoking room but the room was smelly. They changed my room but the second one was smelly too.

Super good care about clients. The hotel reminds the sultan's palace. The furniture in the room is of the highest quality, we even took photos of the furniture to buy such furniture to our home. We didn't even want to leave this hotel

Kahvaltı geç geldi.çay kahvaltıdan on dakika sonra

There are no words to describe the experience. Everything I expected from a 4 star hotel and much more Highly recommended.

Otel idare eder yalnız kış ayında konaklama yaptık soğukdan donduk birtürlü ısınmadı oda

vasatın üstün çıkamayacak bir otel

Daha iyi olabilir...

Fiyat performans açısından mükemmmel, Kızılay’a araç ile 5-10 dk.

Ankara’ya her gelişimizde bu otelde konaklıyoruz, hizmet temizlik süper , odalar konforlu, kahvaltısı standart ...

Good hôtel with very nice bed room . Parking is small ans first Come first serve

Travelling from Goreme to Istanbul, we needed a nice hotel to stay for the night. I didn't want the typical cookie-cutter modern room and was able to find this moderately priced hotel in a good location. We selected their King Suite room, which I was told was their best room. The staff was very friendly, and parked our car and took up our bags. The room was big and wonderfully appointed with nice romantic styled furniture. The bathroom was quite small though and I had been hoping for a spa tub and was quite disappointed that we didn't get that in our room. I was at a loss why such a huge room would have such a tiny bathroom - it doesn't make much sense. Oh well - after we checked in we walked around the area and took in the vast multitude of restaurants, stores and cafes in the nearby area so we could find a place to eat dinner. When we returned to the hotel however, there was a problem with our room key and there was no power in our room, which took them about thirty minutes to fix. Our room included breakfast and the dining room was very clean and nice with a very large selection of typical Turkish food with a few western selections. Check out was very fast and they brought our car to the front for us. It was rather enjoyable and I would definitely recommend it - especially for its location.

Staff were wonderful quite helpful, could speak good English.

Cok guzel. Hzimet guzel. Oda guzel.

Her şey gayet iyiydi

Her şey muhteşemdi..

Çıkış yapacağımız gün check out saatine 15 dakika kala çıkıyor musunuz diye aradı resepsiyon. Kahvaltı vasat bile değil. Bunlar haricinde otel temiz, odalar yeterli büyüklükte ve dizaynı güzeldi. The room cleaning went on until 5 pm on our check in day, vacuum cleaner did not stop in no way. There is no sound insulation in the rooms. 15 minutes before the checkout time, the reception called to ask if we leave. The breakfast not even mediocre. Apart from these, hotel is clean, enough size rooms and beautiful design.

Herkese kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Gerçekten çok güzel bir otel.

Dolu otele rezarvasyon alıyorsunuz gecenin bi yarısı otele giderken otelden aranıyor otel dolu diye otele kabul edilmiyoruz. Sonrasında ödemeyi de çekiyorsunuz. Müşteri hizmetlerine 15 dk bağlanamıyorum. Bu nasıl bir hizmet hotels. Mesajıma lütfen dönüş yapın ve paramı bir an önce iade edin

Beklentimizi karşılayan bir konaklama oldu.

Kahvaltı biraz geliştirilebilir. Onun dışındaki her şeyi çok inçe düşünüp yapmışlar. Öneririm

kendimi evimde hissettim.dekoruna bayıldım

Small hotel with quite rooms, good location, qualified staff, good service...always staying this one, since 2015...parking space is available, a bit overdecorated, but I love it...always ask for a promotional price, companies love it a lot:)

Such a nice business hotel, definitely my first option for Ankara. It has spacious rooms, quality bed and linings, everything you expect from a business hotel. The breakfast is really generous, I always like the coffee served at the bar area

Temizlik oda vs iyi. Tek sorun konumu çok merkezi sayılmaz. Konum öncelikli neden değilse tercih edilebilecek rahat iyi bir otel.

Ankara is not a tourist destination. Visitors are usually involved in business and need a comfortable, well-located and well run hotel for their visit here. I have stayed in the Cassiel Hotel on two occasions over the last six months and have found it excellent in every way. The breakfast spread is always fresh and good - typical Turkish fayre, and the staff will bring you any extra items such as an omelette or fresh orange juice. The decor is stylish, the rooms comfortable (there is even a "pillow menu"!), and above all - for me an absolute must - everything in the bathroom works, with an abundance of hot water. The front-desk staff and porters are all helpful and always pleasant. Sure there is a mosque nearby with the standard calls to prayer, but where in Turkey isn’t there one? This is not a problem. Unlike in hot, noisy and crowded Istanbul, you can get to your meetings cool and unhurried anywhere in town from this location. Full marks!

worst location for a hotel...it is located side to side to a mosque. you will be wake up every morning at 6 by hearing AZAN from the mosque. breakfast is limited in a small restaurant. actually every thing in there is small...small meals.small buffet breakfast...and etc...we triped as three family...non was satisfied by the Hotel...have to mention the woman at night shift reception is the only one who can speak eng and is friendly...

It was great except no budy could speac english in this city

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and most of them spoke English. The neighborhood is a quiet part of town yet not that far from city center. the only complain was that the walls are too thin and you can hear easily whats happening in other rooms. even phone conversations and coughing.

I had business meeting for 4 days and the hotel has got a nice location easily reachable and well connected with public transport. It is very detailed in the service and cleanliness. The food is tasty and elegantly served. The only observation is that, apart the receptionists, the other personnel I met have limuted English skills.

I stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip. The hotel is excellent with regard the bedrooms, bathrooms and the friendly staff, the only reason it didn't get a 5* rating was the early morning call from the local mosque at 4.30. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Stayed here for work. The hotel pictures are very accurate. This is a very comfortable and pleasant hotel with decent sized rooms. The staff have limited English but are very helpful and make you feel welcomed and well looked after. There is a tray with complimentary snacks for the peckish traveler and generous amounts of tea. Altogether a very pleasant hotel which is a short taxi ride away from the centre and the sights.

I stayed here with my husband and 2 - year - old daughter. All the furniture is as you have seen in the photos. The hotel is very very clean, the rooms are spacious. Ate dinner and it tasted well. Friendly people all looking and acting professional.. you won't regret.

Perfect services everything was in place can't say anything bad about them.

everything was perfect from the beginning till the end

I thing this hotel is one of the best with their clasical decoration . They made everything really good and its like a 5 star luxury hotel .. amazing details large rooms and high quality equipments ...

Excellent Hotel but needs to include more International Cuisines in their Restaurant Menu
