Cassiel Hotel vs Similar Hotels

Rooms are spacious.

Rooms described as spacious with very good beds and nice towels, though some furniture is a bit aged.

The cleaning is reported to be good.

Mostly reported as clean (clean towels, 'otel temiz', 'clean rooms') but a few guests mentioned room cleanliness issues, so slightly below top score.

The hotel is centrally located.

Quiet, pleasant location with good city views; not central and a bit far from the airport (some complaints about taxi costs), so balanced positive.

Staffing issues noted; not enough staff available.

Service is repeatedly praised as friendly and helpful (multiple reviews mention very competent, güleryüzlü staff and helpful lobby employees); one isolated report of a rude reception lowers it slightly.

Breakfast was fresh.

Limited comments focused on breakfast being somewhat overpriced; otherwise little specific praise for food offerings.

No mentions of amenities; standard quality for this hotel tier.

Spa and fitness facilities repeatedly praised as very good/top-notch; small issues noted (pool temperature could be higher) but overall excellent.

No specific feedback; standard quality for this hotel tier.

Mixed signals: some guests felt good price-quality balance, while others called it a bit expensive and noted overpriced breakfast, so below the overall target.
