I purchased a B Prive membership two years ago, which was a manual membership costing around ₹23,000. It included several vouchers for stays, dining, and other benefits. However, whenever I tried to make a booking, the B Prive team would always come up with excuses, and I had to struggle a lot just to use the benefits I had already paid for. About a year ago, I was contacted again to renew my membership. Initially, I refused and clearly explained my past experience. But they assured me that this time there would be no issues. They even provided everything in writing and offered additional vouchers, which convinced me to purchase a higher membership of around ₹29,000. Unfortunately, the same issues continued. In May 2025, I wanted to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and started requesting bookings almost a month in advance. The main problem was that they claimed they didn’t have rooms available under the B Prive complimentary category. However, they were ready to offer paid rooms, which clearly showed a lack of commitment to their promises. After multiple follow-ups and escalating the matter to higher authorities, I finally got the room, but the entire process was extremely stressful and frustrating. Because of this experience, I didn’t use the membership for the rest of the year. When my membership was about to expire, I again tried to make a booking one month in advance, and once again faced the same situation. They did not honor their commitments, and I had to provide proof for everything. Even in the end, when only 2–3 days were left, my booking was accepted after a lot of unnecessary hassle. Another concern is with Kiaan Restaurant, where B Prive members are given a separate, limited menu compared to regular guests. The behavior of the staff towards B Prive members is also disappointing — it often feels like they treat you as if you are eating for free, despite having paid a significant membership fee. Overall, my experience with B Prive has been extremely disappointing and stressful. Instead, I would highly recommend visiting Del at Roseate House, where the service and overall experience are far better and more respectful.

I had my wedding at Roseate. It was an amazing experience! Huge shout out to Harsh, who went out of his way on several occasions and made it super special. Super grateful to him and the hospitality team at roseate.

Amazing hotel as expected, but the service was the best thing. We stayed there for our wedding and we couldn’t be more grateful to the entire staff, specially Harsh (butler) who made our day even more special, decorated the room very thoughtfully and beautifully! He took care of us very well right till we checked out of the hotel, would totally recommend to request specially for him if you are staying at the hotel.

The food was super delicious at Chini in the Roseate Chef Neeru did a great job in the preparations and was duly supported by the staff

The large window offered a serene, almost cinematic view that instantly set a calming tone. It felt like a peaceful retreat perfect for unwinding and escaping the chaos of city life. Food was absolutely incredible! Every dish was well prepared, flavourful, and exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we look forward to visiting again.

Not extremely clean (starting from ever present dirt right in front of reception nobody pays attention to), old and rudely patched in places. We arrived at 3 a.m. from the airport to a blasting sounds of club music. “Don’t worry, sir, it will stop soon”. So, super loud aggressive music penetrating all hotel spaces at 3 in the morning is OK? At about 10 a.m. same music resumed from inside the hotel. “Don’t worry, sir, we have a party for lunch only”. Of course, business is business and it is normal for a hotel to rent out spaces for different venues. But, most likely they should also make sure that these venues don’t disturb the hotel guests? After all, main business of a hotel is selling rooms for people to be able to rest in. Constantly lying various managers (and I spoke with a few). “Don’t worry, sir, it will stop at 8 p.m.”, “Don’t worry, sir, it will stop at midnight”. I managed to make them kill the music both nights we stayed, but on the 2nd night right in front of the room they had some works, preparing for a wedding planned for next day. One of the most inconvenient rooms (my wife and I had a Junior Suite) I have seen in 25+ years of global traveling. Both toilet and shower have transparent doors and are located right near entrance door. Nice situation to be in, if someone from the staff comes to the room, for example to deliver your laundry, while you are in either. 2 handwash basins are in the room itself, one very near the bed. No single hook or nail on the wall where you can hang your clothes or a bathrobe. Towels are only 2 sizes: regular shower one and a size of a handkerchief. No coffee machine or an electric kettle. No proper workspace. No suitcase racks. 2 wardrobes containing 4 mismatching hangers in total and I had to chase them more than once to have some more brought in. Must be really bad luck to end-up in such a place out of all hotels available in Gurgaon.

I recently stayed at the Roseate House in Delhi while attending a multi-day wedding celebration that spanned three wonderful days. The hotel resort itself was absolutely. The room was very spacious and had a wonderful large bathroom. The staff were outstanding: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The food was exceptional — truly out of this world, with delicious options. We were so immersed in the packed wedding schedule and festivities that we didn’t get a chance to explore the hotel’s facilities, but that speaks to how engaging and enjoyable the events were. The overall atmosphere was vibrant and colorful, filled with warmth and a genuine sense of hospitality that made everyone feel right at home. It was such a delightful experience that I will definitely return — highly recommended!

I recently hosted my daughter’s wedding at The Roseate New Delhi, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hospitality and service provided by the entire team were exceptional. A very special thanks to Akash for his outstanding care and support throughout the event. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for me and my family. The ambience, the food, the customer service. The staff was amazing. I am a solo traveler from Houston, Texas and I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling from anywhere in the world. They were very prompt picking me up from the hotel any request that I had they accommodated me they welcomed me with a hot bath with flowers. Everyone was polite. The restaurant at the food was delicious. Ms. AnaMIKA assisted me with my Saree which I deeply appreciated. The hotel property was like a museum. This is a wonderful way to start my trip in New Delhi.

A fabulous hotel on the outskirts of the city, with a shuttle service to the airport. We stayed there on the last night of our 16 night Golden Triangle private tour and were delighted. We have never stayed in a Roseate Hotel before (to be honest, we didn't even know that they have places in our home city, London). There is an argument to stay there rather than in the City Centre. Unusually clean district with exceptional security. The designer deserves all possible accolades. Exceptional buffet, high end (though expensive wine list), stunning service, loads of amenities, great and quiet rooms. Bathroom was on the small size.

A little far from the main sights, but perfectly located for a calm ending to the trip and an easy airport exit. It truly feels like an urban retreat avant gaurd design, spacious rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere away from the city noise. The spa was immaculate, and the Indian restaurant served delicious food. At night the place transforms with lighting that makes the whole property feel magical. A great spot to recharge before flying out.
