Хороший вид из окна в номерах с 4-го этажа и после цифры 4, т.е. начиная с 404 и до 408. На высоких этажах вид лучше. Отлично убираются девушки в номерах! Завтрак нормальный. Фруктов много. Мало напитков: вода, чай, кофе. Из окон коридора открывается прекрасный вид на водопад

Некоторые менеджеры грубо общались. Старый ремонт, кондиционеры, кажется старше самого отеля. В некоторых номерах невозможно отрегулировать температуру или мощность. Бассейн очень маленький. Лифт для гостей очень нагревается за день, вечером просто невозможно войти.

The view from the room was the only good thing about this hotel.

The staff were very rude and not cooperative at all. Firstly, we had to pay 3000 Turkish lira just for a shuttle service to land of legends which is free of cost anyway. So we just paid 3000 Turkish lira for a shuttle service. Secondly the rooms were so dirty. There were leaks in the toilet. And the hotel staff took forever to fix a leak. The rooms were not tidy at all. Thirdly the night person at the reception was very rude. He was rude to us in the morning too. We asked for water and he rudely said “come downstairs and get it yourself”. Really unprofessional. There were a significant number of flies in the breakfast area, which was quite unpleasant and raised concerns regarding hygiene and cleanliness.

Hotel finishings need work, curtains didn't properly close all windows. Paint peeling off. Loose curtain rails. Broken window. Rooms look massive on the photos but are quite small. Some plugs in the room wasn't working.

The staff is really helpful, the private beach was great and all the staff working there is doing an amazing job! This was the best part of our stay!

The room was too warm, there was no air in it, and AC was blowing directly into the bed. You could not sleep without it as the moment you turn it off, it's like someone sucked the air out of the room. So we had to sleep with AC on and both of us got sick.

The front desk staff was very rude and not accommodating.Very disappointing customer service.Even on arrival the male at the front desk desk was arguing and shouting at a customer who seemed to be talking in a quiet and respectful way but the staff were very rude to him.

Очень близко от пляжа, есть также небольшой открытый бассейн прямо у отеля. Завтраки специфические, но что-то съесть можно, даже чечевичный суп и картошку фри дают. Также из плюсов - очень красивый вид из окон верхних этажей. Из холла виден водопад.

Самый большой минус отеля - это отвратительные душевые. Нет ни душа с гибким шлангом, ни даже крана в душе, только верхний душ. Причем напор воды очень слабый. Как люди моются в таких условиях и остаются довольны - я не представляю, мы сбежали на следующий же день. При этом мы весьма неприхотливы: то, что номера откровенно "подуставшие" вполне готовы были терпеть, но проблемы с водой в жару и у моря - нет. Ну, и самолеты, которые с диким ревом каждые три минуты взлетают прямо на уровне окон, - это очень на любителя. Ночью вроде бы потише. Кроме того, не понравился сам пляж: вода не такая теплая, как на остальном побережье (холодные ключи или течения) и очень сильно кусались рыбы, причем не только когда стоишь, но и в движении. Просто атаковали нас, было достаточно больно.

The staff were rude at times. There was no ac in the communal area. The fridge in the room didn’t chill the drinks I bought and staff only gave me one key fob for my room so when I went out the fridge would switch off and drinks were never chilled. The kitchen staff were very rude. And there was a dog kept in the kitchen where dishes were handled. Also very lack of options for a buffet breakfast, no juice only plain water and hot drinks

1. They took our passports to scan, and forgotten to return. When I came to ask where passports, didn’t say sorry and were aggressive 2. With AC on it was too cold, with AC off - too hot 3. No mosquitos protection 8. I asked in advance for airport transfer, they answered after we checked out 9. At the reception desk we had to wait each time, because staff were busy for more important things

We were staying there overnight while waiting for our connection in Antalya airport - it turned out to be a great place! Great location, close to the beach, the beach is great - little stones just small enough to be comfortable. Great restaurant by the beach.

The shower cabin didn't have the door so the water was everywhere. Air conditioner was blowing right to the bed where we were sleeping - very dangerous, please redirect.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le véritable point fort est sans aucun doute la vue, qui est tout simplement magnifique et rend le séjour inoubliable. La piscine et la plage privée sont très agréables et parfaitement entretenues. Un grand merci à Serpil, du room service, qui a été d'une grande gentillesse, toujours souriante et très professionnelle. Nous remercions également le jeune homme de la réception pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme. Grâce à eux, nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus dès notre arrivée. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et les produits proposés sont de qualité. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bel hôtel que je recommande sans hésiter pour son cadre exceptionnel, la qualité de ses installations et le professionnalisme de son personnel.

Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés. Le matin, la chambre devenait très chaude, ce qui était parfois inconfortable. Il serait appréciable de proposer des jus de fruits ainsi que du chocolat chaud au petit-déjeuner, en plus du café et du thé. J'ai également trouvé dommage que la piscine ne soit pas accessible le soir et que la plage ferme dès 18h30, ce qui ne permet pas de profiter pleinement de la fin de journée. Enfin, le restaurant de la plage propose de très beaux plats, bien présentés et savoureux, mais les prix sont un peu élevés.

Персонал приветливый, завтрак хороший, номер просторный и чистый. Рядом есть продуктовые магазины.

В душе фиксированная лейка, можно мыться только в т.н. тропическом душе.

Хороший отель с бассейном и своим пляжем (экономия на лежаках приличная), транспорт не далеко, можно доехать в любую точку города. Много мест для питания.

Хороший отель для остановки между рейсами. Отзывчивый персонал, 20 минут на такси от аэропорта. Отличный завтрак (шведский стол). Бесплатный вход от отеля на платный пляж с лежаками, зонтиками, переодевалками, туалетами и душевыми. Единственное, если с детьми, то вход в воду довольно резкий. Полотенца для пляжа постоянно в свободном доступе на ресепшене. После выселения можно оставить вещи, позагорать у бассейна или сходить на пляж. Потом можно покупаться в душе в СПА и переодеться. По дороге к пляжу есть несколько небольших супермаркетов и много кафе и ресторанов. Да, лифт заменили, как нам сказали на ресепшене. Мы жили на 9 этаже и проблем не было вообще.

Шумоизоляция, как в большинстве отелей, никакая. Беруши в помощь.

Für den Preis war die Lage mit Meerblick wirklich toll. Das Personal spricht Deutsch, Russisch und Englisch, was die Kommunikation sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Es gibt zudem eine Sauna und Massagen gegen Aufpreis. Besonders das Reinigungspersonal hat seine Arbeit stets schnell und sehr gründlich erledigt.

Leider war nur das Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen – mit Abendessen wäre es deutlich bequemer gewesen. Außerdem gab es beim Frühstück nur Tee, Kaffee und Wasser, ehrlich gesagt hat mir Orangensaft gefehlt. Insgesamt hat das Hotel aber sein Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis erfüllt, daher solide 8/10.

10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Antalya’daki tatilimiz boyunca bu otelde konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Öncelikle kahvaltısı gerçekten çok başarılıydı; hem çeşit açısından zengin hem de oldukça lezzetliydi. Otelin manzarası harikaydı, özellikle sabah ve akşam saatlerinde keyifli vakit geçirdik. Personelin güler yüzlü ve yardımsever olması konaklamamızı daha da güzel hale getirdi. Her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar ve kendimizi misafir gibi değil evimizde gibi hissettik. Havuz temiz ve bakımlıydı, gün içerisinde vakit geçirmek için çok keyifliydi. En çok hoşumuza giden şeylerden biri ise otele ait özel plajın bulunması oldu. Plajın ücretsiz olarak kullanılabilmesi büyük bir avantajdı ve tatilimizi çok daha rahat geçirmemizi sağladı. Genel olarak konum, hizmet kalitesi, temizlik ve sunduğu imkanlarla beklentilerimizin üzerine çıkan bir otel oldu. Antalya’ya tekrar geldiğimizde gönül rahatlığıyla yeniden tercih edeceğimiz bir yer. I always stay in Tourist Hotel when make changes for long segmental flights. The hotel is really close to the AYT airport by taxi. Special thanks to Edip, who is the genius receptionist! And the brilliant view from the room is fantastic!

1. Das Frühstück war gut und vollkommen ausreichend. 2. Die Lage insgesamt praktisch. Zwar liegt das Hotel etwas weiter vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ca. 50 min. mit Bus,(Bushaltestelle war 6 min. weit vom Hotel) aber in der Nähe des Flughafens ca. 20 min (mit Taxi 800 YTL Transfer gekostet). Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls gut aber nicht optimal. 3. Das Hotel hat eigene private Strand. Preis‑Leistungs‑Verhältnis war sehr gut 👍.

Ich habe im Hotel keinen Staubsauger gesehen, deshalb lag viel Staub auf dem Boden hinter der Tür. Die Badezimmertür war außerdem schmutzig und schon ziemlich abgenutzt. Außerdem die Kühlschrank war sehr schmutzig.

Der Empfang war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit offen für Fragen oder Anliegen. Besonders positiv ist die ruhige Lage. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits der Straße, wodurch kaum Verkehrslärm zu hören ist und man sich gut erholen kann. Zudem bietet es eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt & Meer. Das Frühstück war für türkische Verhältnisse in Ordnung und bot eine ausreichende Auswahl für einen guten Start in den Tag.

We are staying at Tourist Hotel Antalya for the third time already, and every visit leaves us with only the best impressions. We truly love the atmosphere, the service, and the warm attitude toward guests. A special thank you to Nur and Serpil for the excellent room cleaning. They always kept everything perfectly clean and made lovely surprises for us every day — beautiful towel swans and hearts on the bed. It was such a sweet touch and made our stay even more special. The staff and hotel owners are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. You really feel like an appreciated guest here. The sea is very close, only about 300 meters away. The beach belongs to the hotel, which is very convenient. There is also a restaurant on the beach where you can enjoy freshly caught fish cooked right there by the sea — absolutely delicious and a wonderful experience. Thank you to the whole hotel team for another amazing vacation! We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

В 1 день на респешн очень неприветливый молодой человек, который вместо приветствия, сказал грубо : заселение в 14-00. О чем и без него было известно и везде написано. Но в часов 11-00 удачно сменился друной менеджер по имени Ахмед, очень внимательный и дружелюбный, быстро решила наши все вопросы и заселились в номер. После тоже всегда с улыбкой встречал и провожал. Очень достойный и профессиональный менеджер. .Пляж в 5 минутах, там же много закусочных и кафе. Магазины и кафе тоже много и относительно недалеко от отеля. Завтраки обильные и разнообразные. Номера чистые, вид на море прекрасный жили на 8 этаже. С коридора отличный вид на водопад.ю. Уже второй раз в этом отеле, при возможности вернусь.

Нет зубных щёток. Но в принципе это не проблема.

NIE POLECAM! I flew all the way from Poland for a long-planned holiday, only to find the hotel completely closed upon arrival. No warning, no email—just a note on the door. The service was a nightmare. When I called the provided number, the staff accused me of ignoring renovation info they never even sent (they didn't even have my email!). The staff refused to speak English and ignored me completely, speaking only Turkish to my friend. They moved us to a substandard apartment that had none of the amenities I paid for (no pool, no sea view, no private beach). Save your money and nerves. This place is unprofessional and treats guests with zero respect. Avoid at all costs!

Мы приехали семьёй и были очень разочарованы. В отеле был ремонт полностью на всех этажах. Наш номер был единственный жилой на этаже, остальные ремонтировали, поэтому везде был мусор и грязь. В номере не было света, когда мы заселялись и нам меняли лампочку, когда мы уже заселились. Были оборваны шторы. мы заказали номер люкс с панорамным видом на море, но окна были настолько грязные, что панорамный вид не удался. С самого утра в 7 00 работники начинали работать в соседних номерах и шумели, что мешало отдыху. Мы пошли на завтрак и в этот момент прорвало трубу наверху и на наш столик и на нас хлынула вода сверху. Муж не выдержал и попросил нас переселить. Нам предложили другой отель далеко от моря и цивилизации. Мы туда переехали. Когда нам показывали номер, ноги прилипали к полу и у нас и у сотрудника этого отеля. Мы попросили помыть полы. Их не помыли. Через 2 часа мы опять попросили их помыть и их наконец-то вымыли. Мне муж подарил розы. Я попросила на ресепшене, чтобы у цветов обрезали кончики стебля и поставили в вазу. Мне дали ножницы и вазу и сказали, что я могу сделать всё сама. Я возмутилась, что я гость и хотела бы, чтобы цветы стояли у меня в номере. И только после этого их отнесли мне в номер. На завтрак я попросила, чтобы мне пожарили яичницу и мне персонал кухни сказала, что ей не хочется этого делать. Я была в шоке, после чего она пошла взяла продукты и пожарила мне яичницу. Мы уехали в город и оставили открытым выход на террасу. После нашего приезда в номере был ужасный запах кошачьей мочи. Номер не убирали ни разу и не выносили мусор все 3 дня, что мы там пробыли.

We had an amazing experience during our 7-day stay in Antalya ( we added an additional three days). The location was perfect—close to everything, so we didn’t need to travel far to see the popular spots. The staff made our trip even more memorable with their warmth and hospitality. A special mention goes to Ederim or was it spelled Ederip (forgive me if I got the name slightly wrong), the front desk representative. He truly made us feel like family. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible in Antalya, and our family will always remember his kindness. We also want to thank Nour, the housekeeper, who was always so friendly and caring. She made sure we were comfortable every day, and her kindness really stood out to us. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back! Oh also, the breakfast is amazing. Variety of selections. The staff downstairs were also very kind.

Номер дали не тот, что бронировали. На полу везде вода после дождя. Отель старый, совсем не то, что на фото. Одеял нет, плохой запах. В ванной сильная слышимость, как будто другой номер моется в вашем. Бронировали с видом на море, дали на первом этаже без вида. Ближайшее кафе - 10 мин от отеля. Рядом военная база, в отеле много военных. Отель не для комфортного отдыха точно. С детьми не советую

Сподобався вид з вікна( на море), сподобалось розташування ( близько до аеропорта), сподобався привітний персонал, який швидко допомагав при виникненні проблем.

Треба мати на увазі, що близькість до аеропорта це і плюс, і мінус. Велика кількість літаків з міста і в місто забезпечує цікаве видовище кожного дня, але і надає великий шум та запах палива.

I loved my stay , we traveled for destination marriage , the view was panoramic and perfect on the 6th floor, we had the sea view and the fall , very romantic for a couple . The staff were amazing , shoutout to berkon my friend , he is an angel ,gave us the best room , helped me surprise my fiance, got me cake . I was at the front desk everyday and he was just so patient and nice with me , he also gave us a lot of discount for extended stay and laundry .. he is amazing , housekeeping was great as well , nargis checked on us everyday to clean our room she’s awesome she gave us some turkish sweets , noor too she made us romantic swans with towels on bed . The pool was clean and nice , the location is great .close to the airport ,chill and quiet , close to the sea . Also close to many cafes & restaurants . Breakfast was good . I loved it

Лифт на нашем этаже не останавливался и не вызывался. Приходилось с другого этажа вызывать, переходить по крутой винтовой лестнице. Завтраки одинаковые , без мяса или сосисок. Не вкусные. Мы ели только яичницу .В душе непонятно что с водой, она то кипяток, то холодная. Не регулируется. Ремонт устарел . Бассейн с грязной водой, купаться нельзя.
