Nothing. My stay was ruined by severe security breaches, physical harassment, and privacy violations by front desk staff, forcing me to check out a day early for my personal safety.

Severe safety breaches and harassment. Upon check-in, front desk staff (Burhan) gave me a key to an already occupied room. He then followed me to my floor to get my phone number under the guise of hotel procedures, only to send unwanted advances on WhatsApp. He constantly loitered around the property, making me feel unsafe and unable to use basic amenities like the pool. I had to check out a day early for my own safety. Women traveling alone, please avoid this hotel.

The location is perfect. Only 20 min from the airport and not so far away from the sea. Taxi was 25 euros Nice decoration outside near the pool, looks very nice. Food was good, you can always find different options for you. In the evening they have delicious grill. And some neutral feedback: the rooms are not very new, be aware that you’ll not see modern furniture or renovations, some facilities are quite outdated. But it’s still working and if you’re not planning to stay all day long in the room - it doesn’t require attention. For some introvert people it can be not so comfortable- sometimes waiters are too much, they can keep waiting for your dirty dishes in front of you and sometimes it gives not so good vibe, like you’re sitting on the stage .. And from this year the beach is not free, some staff there can ask you to pay for the beach club. If you want to go to the old city center they have direct bus 2 min away from that hotel. Very comfortable I would say (as I know only card payment)

My family has stayed at this hotel five or six times, and we have always had a good experience. This time, however, my mom stayed there alone, and I was expecting her to receive the same warm welcome and level of service as before. Unfortunately, something seems to have changed at the hotel. She arrived around 6–7 PM, and the towels in the room were dirty. The bed had black hair on the sheets, and it seemed as though the housekeeping team had simply folded the existing sheets neatly by hand instead of changing them after the previous guest. There was no duvet cover either. When my mom contacted the front desk, she was told to wait until the next day, when the housekeeping staff would come. I was honestly surprised by this — how is a guest supposed to sleep in a dirty bed? Even the next day, my mom had to wait until around 3 PM before someone finally came to change the bed sheets and provide clean towels. I fully understand that this is not a five-star hotel, and I am not expecting luxury. However, there should be proper and consistent quality control of the housekeeping service. Perhaps new staff members are joining from time to time, and unfortunately, some may not be doing their job properly and may simply make it look as though the room has been cleaned. It should not be the guest’s responsibility to check whether the room has actually been cleaned properly. Clean bedding and fresh towels are basic standards that every guest should be able to expect. We have stayed here several times before, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I hope the hotel management will take this feedback seriously and pay closer attention to housekeeping standards in the future.

мы были в начале сентября в этом замечательном отеле. обслуживание отличное, говорят по русски, английски, турецки. рецепшеонист Бурхан всегда помогал, с такси, советовал куда сходить, спрашивал как дела. еда была вкусная и свежая, каждый вечер мясо/рыба на гриле. разнообразный выбор, было вкусно. официант Салих всегда такой заботливый и улыбчивый, было очень приятно встречать начало дня в его компании. официант-бармен Сивинч всегда помогает гостям и очень дружелюбна. бассейн был чистый и теплый, работает с 8-20. в комнатах убирали каждый день, полотенца тоже каждый день меняли, постельное белье раз в 5. все комнаты одинаковые. у всех есть балкон, у нас был с видом на море, горы и бассейн, мы часто вечерами сидели там и наслаждались теплом. для меня очень важно подушки - тут были новые, удобные. сама комната не большая, но много места для хранения, шкафы, полочки. большое зеркало тоже было здорово. ванная комната маленькая. алкоголь в стоимость не включен, пиво 5€, могут записать на счет комнаты. рядом были супермаркеты, и парочку сувенирных магазинов (там все говорили по русски). так же рядом хорошая круглосуточная шаурма. по поводу пляжа, в отели выдают ваучер на поход на пляж, пляж в 5 минутах ходьбы, шезлонги, персонал замечательные. море чистое и теплое. но момент стоит уточнить, что шезлонг бесплатный, но на пляже надо потратить 10€ (а как иначе? без картошки фри или напитков?), с человека. в общем, нам все очень понравилось. было вкусно, дружелюбно, и удобно.

нет лифта, но это тоже был своего рода спорт после плотного обеда :)

Fanns en gubbe i restaurangen som inte va trevlig alls, han såg väldigt bitter ut och tittade snett. Han verkade inte va särskilt glad över att vi hade småbarn med oss

Но вот что касаемо пляжа, его больше нет. Там требуют чтобы вы тратили деньги. (По 10$ с человека) Гораздо выгоднее идти и просто отдельно брать лежаки. В прошлом году такого не было, так что это сильно меня огорчило

Мне не понравилось то, что отель писал о том, что он имеет личный пляж! На самом деле его нет. Нужно было платить 10 евро за лежак с человека, а нас было 4. Еда в отеле одна и тоже каждый день, нет ни какого разнообразия, в основном салаты . Фрукты 4 наименования , выпечка 1, мясное в основном каждый день сосиски, нагицы и котлеты магазинские. Хлеб отсутствовал вообще, были только булки не сладкие в упаковке.Один из официантов постоянно наровил забрать у нас посуду со стола, не успели мы ещё докушать.Однажды я оставила чашку кофе на столе на трассе, отлучилась на пару минут, пришла а ее уже нет! В отеле вечером и ночью очень шумно, посетители постоянно шумят до поздна, спать невозможно! В комнате уборка была всегда поверхностной, полотенца единственное менялись постоянно и те очень застираны. Дважды мы ехали на экскурсию рано утром, на канун вечером я просили нам приготовить ланчбокс с собой, но об этом забывали. Один раз нам сделали 🍔 ( булка, сыр и 🍅) . Я считаю, что отель не соответствует заявленному о себе !

Das Hotel hat kritische Rezensionen umgesetzt. Das Büffet variiert und es gibt zu jeder Zeit Getränke zur Verfügung. Vorher wurde bemängelt es gibt nur Kaffee zum Frühstück. Er ist dauerhaft verfügbar.

Leider war unser Zimmer im Esperanza in der ersten Nacht nicht verfügbar. Wir wurden in ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Dort war der Zustand des Zimmers kritisch. Sauber erschien es aber die Ausstattung war so alt und mangelhaft. Das Bett zu dem unbequem. Das Hotel Esperanza kam nicht auf uns betreffend eine Entschädigung zu. Das finde ich für den bezahlten Preis nicht angemessen. Der private Strand wird beworben, dort muss aber 10€/ Person konsumiert werden. Damit ist es nicht mehr kostenfrei. Das Bad ist im Esperanza eine Zumutung. Auf dem WC sitzend berührt man dauerhaft den Klopapierhalter. Beim Duschen wird das gesamte Bad überschwemmt und es dauert lange bis der Boden wieder trocken ist. Leider ist eine Sache von mir verschwunden, nachdem der Zimmerservice drinnen war.

Small room and the bathroom was not extremely small. Smaller than Hong Kong bathrooms.

It's close to stores and bus stops. The food, specially prepared over the grill (only dinners), is occasionally good if fully cooked.

Do not trust the review score! We knew it's close to the airport but we didn't expect incredibly loud airplane noise every 2 minutes every day, sometimes even at 2 AM or 4 AM. The windows are thin so the airplane noise is extremely loud, especially if other guests decide to have an argument at night. The room and the beds are very small. The beds are child size; they are not normal twin size. The bathroom is so small that I could not fit on the toilet. The room was renovated by the cheapest contractor. They extended the bathroom wall so there is not enough space on the left side of the toilet. They just glued the bathroom vent, the bidet shoots downward inside the toilet bowl, and the AC drains water right onto the balcony, so the balcony's floor is always wet. The AC unit blows freezing air right over the beds. I have to emphasize that it's not just your typical AC cold air, it's freezing. The settings don't help because the difference between being hot and catching a cold is only one degree. The reception, the housekeeping, and even the property manager do not speak any English. Just try sending them a message on Booking or having Booking give them a call. No response. There is only one old lady cleaning the entire hotel, and by cleaning I mean removing the trash bag from the bathroom. We were there for 10 days and she never cleaned the bathroom or the room floor. She changes the bed sheet every three days and even then you have to argue with her to do it. Most days, you don't have any options for meals, so you better like the one or two warm dishes. The photos on Booking are all different angles and from the same table. The chef preparing food over fire is blatant false advertising. The property doesn't have an elevator. You might say it's only a 2 star hotel and you get what you pay for; but if you book in advance, some 4 or 5 star hotels with occasional discounts end up costing the same price.

Vi bodde her for å feire vår 26-års bryllupsdag, og hotellet leverte over all forventning. Beliggenheten er perfekt, like i nærheten av Lara-stranden, og hotellet har et stort og veldig fint bassengområde. Rommene var kjempefine og alltid rene, maten smakte fantastisk, og servicen var upåklagelig. Det som gjør dette hotellet spesielt, er det utrolig hyggelige personalet. En ekstra stor takk til Mustafa i resepsjonen for at han var så hjelpsom og ga oss en herlig opplevelse. Tusen takk for et minneverdig opphold!

We had a lovely time the staff were very accommodating and polite the hotel was beautiful and a wide selection of food and the pool area was beautiful I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Antalya

The hotel was very pleasant, clean, and well maintained. The rooms were cleaned every day. The food was varied and delicious, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. The swimming pool was also clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again.

Am plecat de aici cu sufletul plin și cu amintiri frumoase. ❤️ Din primul moment ne-am simțit primiți cu căldură, ca într-un loc familiar, în care fiecare detaliu a fost pregătit cu grijă. Camera a fost impecabilă, atmosfera liniștită și primitoare, iar oamenii deosebit de amabili și atenți. Sunt locuri în care mergi doar pentru a te caza și locuri în care te simți cu adevărat bine. Pentru noi, acesta a fost unul dintre acele locuri speciale. Mulțumim pentru ospitalitate, pentru zâmbete și pentru starea frumoasă pe care ne-ați oferit-o! Cu siguranță vom reveni cu drag. ❤️

Super hyggeligt lille hotel. Meget roligt og afslappende atmosfære. Maden var lækker, et lille udvalg, men der manglede ikke noget. Rengøring hverdag på værelserne (værelserne er meget små, men det var helt fint for os)

The hotel is just 15 minutes from the airport. 10minutes walking distance from the beach. The food was nice, but there wasnt too many options to choose from. The hotel has a nice pool. If you arent looking for something too pricey its a good option.

All inclusive isn’t really all inclusive. No alcohol or soft drinks are included. Food choices are limited and aren’t always restocked during lunch or dinner service. Staff was nice but there was 1 lady who didn’t like us and she was rude to us because she didn’t speak English.

Jolie petit hôtel avec un personnel plus que agréable. Toujours le sourire, très réactif et attentionnée. Encore merci à eux !! L'hôtel est calme et spatieux. La nourriture est également très bien pour un petit hôtel. La plage ce trouve à 15min à pied. Très calme en semaine et très agréable.

En ce qui concerne les repas, le petit déjeuner est complet mais il manque du jus dorange, du pain frai et des laitages. Sinon très bien.

Bonjour, J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans votre hôtel. Le personnel est très attentionné et accueillant, la cuisine est délicieuse, les lieux sont propres et l’ambiance est vraiment chaleureuse. Une très belle expérience que je recommande vivement ! 😊

I felt scammed from the moment I arrived. The hotel advertises an all-inclusive package, but meal times are extremely restricted—if you want to eat anything outside these very narrow hours, you are charged extra. There wasn't even drinking water provided in the room. To make matters worse, Booking.com only briefly notes that wine and champagne aren't included, but in reality, no drinks are included at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

None of the employees spoke English, and they didn't even bother to use a translator to try and understand you. You talk to them, they say okay, and then they do nothing to solve the problem.

Тихий ,уютный ,небольшой бутик-отель для спокойного отдыха. Народу в отеле не много. Контингент отдыхающих-семейные пары и друзья. Без шумных вечеринок и анимации. Кому нужен спокойный отдых от суеты-вам сюда. Отель находится недалеко от моря -минут 7-8 ходьбы. Собственного пляжа у отеля нет. Есть небольшой и очень чистый бассейн. Отель городской, но расположен на тихой улице. Остановка общественного транспорта недалеко от отеля. Самолеты да, пролетают, так как недалеко аэропорт. Но нам это не мешало. Мы нежились на шезлонгах у бассейна под пальмами и наслаждались отдыхом. Территория отеля ухоженная и чистая. Питание в формате шведского стола. Завтрак ,обед и ужин. Выбор блюд небольшой, но всё свежее, вкусное. На мангале каждый день готовят то курочку ,то рыбку. Всё по-домашнему. Посуда идеально чистая. Чай, кофе, вода в порционной упаковке бесплатно в течение дня. Персонал отеля выше всяких похвал. Работают быстро, слаженно и чётко . Все русскоговорящие. Администратор Карина просто умничка, старается найти индивидуальный подход к каждому гостю отеля. Благодарим персонал отеля за прекрасное отношение, уют и внимание к гостям С уважением, . Очень понравился отель, особенно, соотношение цена-качество. Очень чисто, хорошая уборка номеров. Хорошее расположение, нам было важно рядом с аэропортом и хороший пляж. Вежливый персонал. Особенно хочется сказать о Sevinc, хорошо говорит по-русски, очень хорошо рассказала о правилах отеля, дала отличные рекомендации, что посетить в этом регионе. Спасибо ей большое, замечательный работник отеля, очень вежливая с гостями

Es wird als All-Inclusive angegeben, war es leider nicht. Man hat Kaffee und Tee nur zum Frühstück bekommen zwischen 8:00 Uhr und 10 Uhr. Darüberhinaus gab es nur Zapfwasser und gemischte Limonaden-und Kirschsaft alles in kleinen Mini-Plastikbechern. Essen gab es dann von 13 bis 14 Uhr und 18:30 bis 20:30 Uhr. Sonst gar nichts. Extrem schlecht auf so eine Art und Weise Kunden anzulocken. Die kommen nicht wieder, wir auf jeden Fall nicht. Dusche und WC sind extrem klein. Auf der Toilette kann man nicht ganz sitzen, da der Toilettenpapierhalter an der Wand neben dem Sitz ist. Man muss sich halb hoch setzen oder quer oder irgendwie. Unmöglich.

Наглый персонал, воняет кухней, все вещи прованялись, врут в лицо, при заселении попросили вернуть деньги сказали обращайтесь в букинг у нас вы ничего не бронировали

Det er en meget stille og roligt hotel. Personalet er super flink. Der er generelt meget rent.

Toilettet var meget lille. Der er ikke sodavand på hotellet. Der er meget få udvalg i buffeten. Generelt er der sjældent dessert. Der blev sereveret kun 2 slags frugt hele den uge vi var der. Man skal ikke forvente noget luksus, kun basale nødvendigheder. Det er billigt og bo og opholde sig på hotellet så et eller andet sted hænger pris og kvalitet sammen.

Personalul foarte amabil,curatenie zilnic, iar mancarea nu era foarte diversificata ,dar era gustoasa. Este aproape de aeroport si de magazine,e un hotel mic,dar linistit,nu este aglomerat si este destul de cochet.

Pe booking scria ca avem acces gratis la o plaja privata,dar de fapt ei au parteneriat cu Amoor Beach sa-ti dea sezlongul gratis cu conditia sa faci consumație de 10 euro de persoana. In loc sa alegeti aceasta varianta mai bine platiti doar sezlogul separat care e 7 euro de persoana ca in acest caz nu este obligatoriu sa faci consumatie.

毎日メインディッシュが変わって、数日滞在しても飽きなかった。レストランのような華やかさはないけど、トルコの家庭料理で美味しかった。小さいけど清潔なプールと、デポジットを払えば清潔なビーチタオルを毎日借りられてチェックアウト時にきちんと払い戻された。

飲み物の具体的な記載がなかったが、チェックイン時に受付でアルコールは含まれないと聞かされた。1本5ユーロ以上する。プールの清掃はされていたけど、水が濁っている日もあった。プライベートビーチとは言うものの、有料のビーチのパラソルとサンベッドを無料で使えるチケットを渡されます。しかし、そこでは1人10ドル（ユーロ）以上の購入が求められるので実質無料では無い。ただ、近くに無料の公共ビーチがあるので、自前のパラソルとレジャーシートがあれば海水浴は楽しめる。

The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The food was also very delicious.

The bathroom was quite small, but that wasn't as much of an issue as the shower, which caused the entire bathroom floor to flood every time we took a shower.

La comida fatal , el todo incluido no es todo incluido , solo pension completa, y muy poca variedad, wn general todo mal , no volvere nunca , y no recomiendo

Прекрасно встретили на рецепшене Бурхан.Поселил раньше,.Номер прекрасный на третьем этаже с видом на море и горы.Номер чистый и уютный.Постельное новое.Кормили хорошо два три вида мясных блюд, ,сыров, оливок не считая запеканок, овощи, , фрукты- арбузы, ,дыни, яблоки.Вечером всегда запечённое мясо на гриле.Очень приятная и отзывчивая работник зала Севин.Посовеиует, объяснит.Повар -молодчина.Море -рядом пять минут ходьбы, пляж бесплатный, песок и немного мелкая галька..Чистый бассейн, мелкий для малышей и взрослый..Нам понравилось.Рядом остановки, можно поехать посмотреть город.Вернемся ещё.

Location

This hotel falls well short of what anyone would reasonably expect from an all-inclusive resort. The food was by far the biggest disappointment. Dinner consisted of just one protein option each evening, with very limited choice overall, and the quality and taste were poor. There were no desserts whatsoever, only fruit, which is simply unacceptable for an all-inclusive hotel. Meal times were also extremely restrictive. Lunch was only available for a single hour, between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm. Despite being granted a late check-out, we were refused lunch because the official check-out time was 12:00 pm. If you’re allowing guests to stay longer, refusing them lunch on a technicality is poor customer service and completely undermines the purpose of an all-inclusive package. The facilities were equally underwhelming. There is no lift anywhere on the property, which is inconvenient for anyone with heavy luggage or mobility issues, and the swimming pool is much smaller than the photos suggest. Overall, this hotel does not deliver the all-inclusive experience it advertises. The food, facilities and service were all below expectations, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine all-inclusive holiday.

Very good staff, people were really lovely and helpful ! Location near the beach, they have a partnership with private beach so you can have umbrella and sunbed. Room were big enough and they were coming everyday for cleaning. I really recommend the hotel 😉

Соотношение цены и качества. Я была 4 ночи и осталась довольной всем.Территория чистая,еда разнообразная до пляжа спокойнойно доходила за 5 мин. Действительно отдохнула в этом отеле,тишина и покой это всё что я искала.

Неудобный душ

Чисто, поскольку отель после реновации.

Очень маленькие комнаты, ванная комната просто микроскопическая, вода из душа заполняет ее полностью и не уходит в водосток. Нет ничего для сушки белья, приходится сушить его на стульях на балконе. Очень тянет табачный дым с улицы, либо через вытяжку либо через кондиционер, невыносимая вонь табаком в комнате при закрытых окнах и включенном кондиционере. Питание не заявленный формат «все включено», а просто полный пансион. Готовят нормально, без нареканий. В столовой чисто, убирают быстро.Персонал стоит над душой в прямом смысле слова, пока вы будете кушать. От этого чувствовали себя не ловко. Из оплаченного трехразового питания нас покормили только два раза, заявив что нам не положен обед ни в день заезда ни в день выезда. С подобным мы столкнулись впервые.

Ικανοποιητικό πρωινό μεσημεριανό απογευματινό, το προσωπικό πάντα έτοιμο να σε εξυπηρετείσει ανά πάσα στιγμή. Η κυρία Καρίνα στη ρεσεψιόν άριστη, με όρεξη διάθεση κ χαμόγελο πάντα στη διάθεση του πελάτη. Ήσυχο μέρος ιδανικό για χαλάρωση. Κοντά στην παραλία αν θέλεις κάτι περισσότερο.

Der er en behagelig og rolig atmosfære, en opmærksom og venligt personale stab. Vi værsartig virkeligt,at Karina organiseres et par sandwich, ved vores hjemrejse kl. 03:00. De kom ind sener med stor succes.

The hotel was very clean, in a great location, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Karina was so kind and welcoming and made my stay so much better as a solo female traveller. She made me feel really comfortable and welcome. 😊

Особую благодарность хотелось бы выразить девушке на ресепшене — Карине. Она очень клиентоориентированная, доброжелательная и всегда готова помочь. Карина умеет находить подход к гостям и создавать комфортную атмосферу. Мы отдыхали с детьми, и она делала всё возможное, чтобы наше пребывание было максимально комфортным. На территории есть бассейн, что очень понравилось детям. Также хотелось бы отметить кухню — еда была вкусной и разнообразной. В целом отдых оставил только положительные впечатления. С удовольствием рекомендую этот отель другим гостям.

Good location

We arrived to to find the accommodation we booked was unavailable, and the staff led us to a nearby hotel as an alternative. Even though the hotel we originally booked for was 4 stars, for half board (so breakfast & dinner included in the prices for 4 nights), the new place had only 3 stars, and only breakfast available. Nevertheless, the owner refused to refund us any monies!!! I’m escalating to booking.com to get my monies back. Be very careful with these guys pls

Cheap all inclusive

I have paid in front for 2 rooms, 2 days before my arrival I ve got a message that they can't host me due to a problem with fire exits. I have asked many times for my money refund but they finally stoped respond. So sadly no money back. Don't pay in front!

V ubytování jsem byla již podruhé a očekávala jaem stejné služby, co mi již byly poskytnuty. V rámci all inclusive bylo na celé obědy servírováno jídlo bez možnosti výběru, ačkoliv historicky byl vždy bufet. Servírované jídlo neodpovídá variantě all inclusive, ale plné penzi. Wifi fungovala jen u bazénu a v prostoru jídelny, na pokoji takřka vůbec. Lehátka a slunečník na pláži byli nově zpoplatněny 10 eur na osobu (možno utratit konzumací v přilehlé restauraci na pláži), ačkoliv bylo avizováno, že vše bude zdarma. Hotel v rámci naší stížnosti na výše uvedené nereagoval. V hotelu bych se již znovu neubytovala a pobyt nedoporučuji.

De receptie dame was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, nog bedankt daarvoor. Ik was echt welkom in het hotel. Dat is een fijn gevoel. Dit is voor herhaling vatbaar. Ik maak reclame voor jullie, en een neef van mij wil ook al komen logeren bij jullie.

Came back to this hotel after 3 years and 100% will come back in 3 years later too. The nicest staff, waiters, cleaning lady and everyone makes the place TOP experience. The food is amazing, everyday cleaning, receptionists always there to help you. Easy access to the beach, and bus stop to go to the city centre. Nearby local shops. Turkish people are one of a kind, treating everyone and everything -including stray dogs and cats- with such friendliness. Best vacations are always spent here, even though we've been to a lot of places.

I stayed there for few days after my surgery and the hotel is very clean and stuff is really amazing and helpful and friendly . Made me feel like I visited my mum for a weekend . Defo would recommend

I had an all-inclusive stay at this hotel and was truly impressed. The meals were exceptional — always fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. I only dined outside a few times, as the hotel’s cuisine exceeded my expectations. The private beach was a pleasant 7-minute walk away, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. My room was spotless, and the housekeeping team provided outstanding service every day. The staff at the restaurant and reception were consistently professional, kind, and attentive. Overall, the service throughout the hotel was excellent. My stay was both comfortable and memorable, and I look forward to returning soon. Many thanks to the entire team for a wonderful experience.

The bathroom door handle was damp and moldy, and it needs to be replaced. The rooms could also benefit from some refreshing and updates.
