Very bad cleanliness, staff are very disrespectful and rude, and have offensive behavior. There are no facilities in the room, I do not recommend it at all. Sleeping on the street is better than here.

Everything in the room was broken. The curtins was broken, the airco was broken they come fix it and keot leaking on my stuff. They have no drawers. The roommates clean litle and forget a lot of stuff and leave dirt. The receptionist never greet and only are on there phone ore eating out loud like a chile. And the door of the shower was broken. Dont understand how a hotel like this can be on booking.com reallyba waste of my money. Horrible

Very clean. Good value of money.

The location was very convenient and I felt safe walking around and exploring. It was close to the conference venue where we attended business meetings. It was also only a 10 minute walk to the skytrain and local malls. Lots of access to transport (taxi's) etc. There is a Starbucks and restaurant just across the main street. The airconditioning in the room was a welcome relief from the heat outside. They provided 2 x 500ml bottles of water daily.

There was construction right next door which started early in the mornings and ended late at night. Was also woken up a few times by neighbours who either arrived back late at night and seemed to be moving things around (knocking against walls and dragging on floors). It would be nice if they had Voile curtains behind the blockout curtains. I couldn't open the curtains because there was another building adjacent to my window and would allow a full view into the room. Likewise, the shower is by a window so you would be visible from the outside at night with your lights on. Rails in the bathroom for hanging wet towels and for placing toiletries would be welcome.

Overall we were comfortable with the room.

The price was affordable and the room was nice. If I happen to travel around here, I will for sure stay there again. Everything was okay for me.

I can hear footsteps from the stair loudly because some people did not walk properly as if they were stomping instead of walking.

The sun is very strong during the day starts from 10am to 5 pm so the room is hot during the day .the water from the tank on top so get the sun so not comfortable for taking shower during the day because water is hot

no facility for wardrobe .There was no closet to keep my clothes and belongings.

Far from convenience stores, street food markets, bars & dispensaries. Hotel is old, but still livable. Some of the staff are arrogant, don't know how to speak politely. Some fixtures in the room is quite old and delapidated.

The room only had 1 towel although it is booked for 2 persons. There is no bathroom mat for drying the floor and feet. The wifi doesn't reach the room. The television doesn't have english channels.

Location: great and fairly quiet (near Central World, Big C, Pratunam and Ploenchit Road with restaurants/embassies within walking distance Airco: kept the room cool Shower: excellent waterpressure

Cleanliness: leaves a lot to be desired (black mold in corners of bathroom and around the plastic washbasin). The ventilation grille in the bathroom was full of dust and needs a thorough clean up, so does the outside of the toilet bowl). TV: no English channels available Airco: part of the split system located on the "balcony" with the result being a fair bit of noise as if it was at breaking point Watercooker: available, but without tea or coffee present Water: only 1 instead of the standard 2 bottles per person supplied Room: Initially we were given the wrong room, which was already occupied by (an)other guest(s) Facilities: not even a simple opportunity to eat or drink on location Payment: after paying cash for 2 nights the counter employee could not give a receipt as she didn't know how to do it. The next day the receipt of payment couldn't be provided, because the printer and computer system had broken down. There was no back up system in the form of a written receipt. Finally the receipt was forthcoming at departure but with the wrong roomnumber. A correct receipt with the correct roomnumber was supposedly no more possible.

Adequate accommodation on terms of value for the room rate; room was quiet, away from traffic noise. Pleasant reception staff and easy check-in. Ten minutes walk to a BTS station, a further ten to Erawan Shrine and CentralWorld shopping centre; motorcycle taxis available within 50m if you're not keen on walking.

It's clean and spacious.

I liked everything. My stay was very comfortable. I particularly want to say thank you to the hotel supervisor Ms Kat and hotel employees Toum and Ben. All of them went the extra mile to accommodate my requests and everyone understood and spoke English. The location is very convenient. The room was quiet. Very good value for the price

If TV had international channels that would be awesome

This is a basic business hotel in the right place at the right price. It closed for Covid is is starting up again.. Not everything works exactly as it should but it's coming back from Covid closure Breakfast is hot water and a toaster (bring your own bread-not really a problem in the era of grab food) and now a microwave. The price is right the staff are helpful and perhaps not as well supported by their own organisation as they might be. Nevertheless the Phoenix will rise again!

Room was clean and the staff were very courteous. I did not encounter any of the issues some of the more negative reviews had. This is a great hotel for value seekers. Lets talk a bit about the location though. There is not street food or convenience stores available for several blocks. On the one hand this is inconvenient, but on the other it is a lot more quite than other places I have stayed at. BTS Ploet Chitt is about 4 blocks away which makes it pretty easy to get wherever you want to go.
